Pedicure was great, Got sns and this is how it turned out… most are different length, shapes, and crooked. pictures don’t even come close to how bad they look.

I really enjoyed my experience here! Pinky, Johnny, and Swahili were great and everyone was nice. The environment was very inviting and I even enjoyed conversation as they worked. They took their time on our nails but were also fast.

First time coming here. It was great. The pedicure was such a good price. The only complaint is she didn’t really massage more like rub but she still took her time. I asked them how much they’d charge for the acrylics I had on currently and they told me $35! I paid $50 for these. I think I’ll come here from now on. It’s clean, professional, they’re nice and have good prices. They just need to put more pressure into their massages.

Definitely the best nail salon in statesboro that I’ve been too yet. The man did a great job on my nails and was super friendly. Pinky did an amazing job threading and tinting my eyebrows, I told her I didn’t want them too dark and she gave me exactly what I wanted! Great quality and great people!!

Came twice. First time my sns set wasn’t good spots were left undone. Came back today for a fill in and the lady done a wonderful job and she did a wonderful job on my threaded eyebrows. My feet were done perfect the first time I came also.

In search of a good pedicure... still havent found one. Because the young girl with glasses insisted on digging in my big toe, even though i asked her to stop several times, I now have an injured toe and need a podiatrist to fix it! They should train people better! In pain!

I decided to try this nail salon out today and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. My pedicure was amazing and the young lady who did the service was polite and so professional!! If she begins providing full in’s I will go to her alone! I have not ever had such amazing service. My fill in was perfect and the tech who provided that service was amazing as well. My nails came out perfect. I will definitely come back.

My mom and I tried here because we heard good things, and we are a fan. The staff was very friendly and intentional, and they did a great job on my pedi and her mani.

Im new to the area and decided to visit this salon for a pedicure, I was serviced by Tony and he did a outstanding job, Tony was very welcoming and professional.

HONEST service review ; my nails turned out great... Though I didnt get anything to difficult which I try not to do when trying a new place... BUT the reason for this 3 star review is strictly off of SANITATION,, when I came in my nail tech sat me right in his seat,,didnt tell me to wash my hands or ANYTHING,,, which being that Im coming from outside I thought that was unsanitary and gross BUT I had just sanitized in my car before entering so I didnt make it an issue. I was the FIRST customer of the day and my nail tech still had a layed out paper towel with previous nail stuff on it from the day before (or how ever long) and just worked with and over all of the old stuff (GROSS AGAIN) ... But once again I didnt say anything...Once my nails were all done he then oiled my cuticles AND THEN told me to wash my hands,,,,I WAS SO CONFUSED,,,Ive never had a nail tech put the oil on and then tell you to wash your hnds (practically right before leaving).... SO I see other reviews complain about FUNGUS. YUCK,,,but after going there I can TOTALLY see how it could happen...NO CLEANING OR REPLACING STUFF WHAT SO EVER!! SO for those reasons I WONT BE RETURNING,,,its a whole pandemic and them not telling people to wash their hands before service BEFORE they use their tools or anything is just to much... Its no telling what are on those tools and service stations by now... I JUST CANT...HOPEFULLY theyll see this review and change a few things...YUCK YUCK YUCK!!!

I loved it. I went to the nail place infront of the mall, and they recovered my nails. They look amazing. If I had a before, and after. I would get roasted, but praised after.

Amazing! Went for a fill in because my normal place was booked and this place was better than anything I’ve ever experienced there. My tech was really awesome! Very nice, professional, and considerate. Very gentle with the tools too! My nails look amazing!! Definitely will come again!!

I had a terrible experience the first time I went last month. The girl who did my nails clearly lacked knowledge about shaping. I went back today and it was great! Johnny was so helpful and fix my nails to look natural the way I want the first time. 10/10 recommend asking for Johnny.

I went for the first time to do my nails and i was on the phone and the lady was telling me that i was to loud and telling me to be quite and i found it so rude ive been to many places and not one has told me to be quite telling me over and over i will not recommend this place at all ‼️

I took my 84 year old mom to have her nails painted with a red gel polish with sparkles, her favorite. They had a large selection to choose from, and everyone was so nice. The nail technician did a fantastic job, and her nails look absolutely beautiful! It was $20, very reasonably priced.The salon was immaculate and modern. I will always take her to iNails from now on.

Went for a manicure and pedicure. Picked out my colors and the guy put the wrong color on then tried to convince me to stick with the color after I said no because he did not want to take it off. Other guy took a large piece of skin off my nail then tried to hide it as if I didn’t just feel him rip a piece of skin off my finger! I asked him why was my finger bleeding and he didn’t say anything. Spent almost $100 here for unprofessional, lazy service. I won’t be back and I will be telling others not to come here either.

I typically always use this nail salon pinky is literally my favorite nail tech around but this past time i had my nails done i was very very disappointed. I came in and requested a mani pedi as I usually do and i had to wait around 15 minutes to be sat in a chair even tho there was multiple nail techs roaming around or sitting doing nothing. I paid for the full pedi and all they done was let my feet sit in extremely cold water and then paint my toes which were not done very well as you could tell the man did not want to be doing it. When finished with my pedi they put me under a nail dryer and I mentioned again while they were sitting me that i wanted a mani as well he said okay one moment. I sit there and watch three new customers come in without appts and they immediately sat them to get a mani so i mentioned to the man again why i was not being taken to a table to start my mani and he said he thought i was done. That then fired me up because i had the realized i know have to wait for them to finish theres before id get to get my nails done. The only good thing to happen is pinky she did and amazing job with my design i was wanting and the gentleman who done my nails did an amazing job painting them but caused me to bleed on one finger..

They do amazing shapes! Especially almond(its so hard to find someone who doesnt make the acrylic bulky and makes the almond point even on all nails, but they’ve done a perfect job here!!) Definitely my go-to place while I’m down here for school!

The more popular they get, they more their quality seems to suffer. I use to know I was going to get the best when I came here. Now, it is a toss up. When possible I try to get the one of the managers because they have been consistent. I wish they all were. 🤨

Very nice people here. Though the pedicure was not up to my standard, Im also very ticklish which makes it hard for them to do their job. They do very well with people who are ticklish and are very nice.

I tried iNails 2 months ago. Im very particular about my nail care. I was referred by someone and I was very impressed. So impressed Ive taken my 4 daughters for services as well. They product selection is great. All the lastest in nail care. Service was wonderful. Kacey and her staff are customer service professionals. Try them you wont be disappointed.

This is the first time I have ever gotten my nails done by someone other than my usual nail tech back in Savannah; however, I’m proud to say that I was not dissappointed. They were very polite, sweet, and did an AMAZING job! I prefer for my nail tech to take their time so I get the best work and they did exactly that! 10/10 would recommend

I only go to the owner Johnny and he always does a phenomenal job on my nails and gets me in and out. Some people may complain about a wait because it is a smaller salon but I always make an appointment so I never have that problem.

Ive had nothing but good experiences every time I come to this salon. Its very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Plus theyre the only place that I know of around here that does the dip nails. I also like that they take their time when doing my nails. They really make sure to get it right so Im leaving the salon happy!

I had the most horrible experience. For the most part, i do appreciate you all taking me soon as i came in but its not at all a professional environment. The loud talking, playing, cursing was so uncomfortable, I thought it was a joke. The guy that did my manicure was not good at all, i picked a color and he went against it and put a darker color on my nails which was very ugly, I wasnt happy at all. I will never go back to them again, very very Unprofessional😐

I’ve been coming to this salon consistently for the past few months and I’m more than pleased with my service every time. Everyone takes their time to make sure you get exactly what you want. They have a nice color selection for SNS, gel, and regular polish. Always clean and communicate very well.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 3 months. I get the SNS nails and they always turn out just like how I wanted. The technicians are very sweet and friendly. Also, their cucumber pedicure is my favorite. This is the best salon in town based on my experience.

Worst nail salon I have EVER been to. The nail tech took a chunk of skin off my toe, I said “ow” and he continued to go at my toe. Horrible pedicure experience, lazy nail techs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I was charged $37 for basic gel nails very short and acrylic not spread on the nails correctly causing them to have lumps and look very unprofessional including the paint on them. I was completely rushed so he could take a break, one of my hands was shorter than the other and not same length ! I was told that my Nails will be $37 but in the beginning before i even sat down for short gel that they would be $33.00. SO THAT MEANS THE GUY GOT A TIP BY RAISING PRICES. Also I asked could they fix them and I told her I did not like them AT ALL and she told me I have to come back within 3 days and order for them to fix them when I work a very busy schedule not letting me make an appointment to come back. Ive got my nails with them one other time and they were not good at all this is a place that I will not be returning to after they fix the ones I have on my hand currently!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited a hour in cold water just to get half the steps skipped for the pedicure. Was overpriced for the quality and lack of effort put forth. Do not recommend.

Pinky is the best in Statesboro! Ive tried almost every salon and stuck with Annie’s for a while there, but I tried iNails about a year ago and have only been coming here. Everyone I’ve had here has been amazing, but Pinky really is the best!

I have been to a few other places in Statesboro and I can defenitly say this is my favorite place to go. I’ve had several diffrent nail techs that always make sure I’m happy with the finished product. I will say that it’s a smaller salon so the wait can be expected to be longer but the quality is good and I personally will wait for good service. I’ve had my eyebrows done as well as pedicures and acrylics that I have been very pleased with. They give student discounts as well.

I had a terrible experience here. I am now dealing with a BAD INFECTION on my pinky finger. It’s brown, And very numb! I have no nail whatsoever now. And this is on the hand I write with. I have never been in so much pain.

Nice and clean environment! I like the polish color variety. Quick process! My nail technician messed up my acrylic nails though. He cut several fingers. When he rubbed them with alcohol I felt each and every bruise! And theres this hardened, clear material outside the nail meets skin line. Maybe its from the acrylic? Didnt really pay it much attention initially

Absolutely love this salon (Im very particular about my nails). Definitely the best in Statesboro! Kacey is my go-to girl & the only one I’ll allow to do my SNS. The customer service is great & most of staff speaks fluent English! Not to mention they have over 200+ SNS & Gel colors to choose from! I get my nails done here faithfully every 2-3 weeks and I’m ALWAYS satisfied! Prices are reasonable & they offer student discounts. I’m always asked about where I go to get my nails done. 😊

The atmosphere was nice. I got a pedicure and the service was kind of aggressive and not as detailed as Im use to but ok.

Pedicure was mediocre at best except they cut me with the grater and did not bother to apologize. They also cut my fingers with the machine and again did not apologize. My polish is already chipped after a few days. It took way too long to get my services done after waiting for too long.

Got a fill in after i got a full set from them 2 weeks earlier and two nails have already popped off in less than a week after my fill. Was over charged both times. Limited colors for gel. I tried it twice and will not be going back.

Me and my sister in law went here may 7 and her nails are different lengths and one of mine is crooked she has little air bubbles in almost all of her nails and mine have scratches on them and I have not done anything to prevent that, also both of the people who did our nails Weren’t being patient and did them as fast as possible and now it’s may 8

Arrived at 5:15 for a pedicure, was directed to the seat. Was not told that there would be a 1.5 hour wait! Sat there with my feet in water for over 45 minutes before someone actually started! Was not informed that there would be an extra charge for regular French using REGULAR polish, there’s a $5 additional charge. I was told $25 before using my discount then it suddenly changed to $30 due to French. Poor customer service!!! Used to be a frequent costumer, will not be returning. This isn’t the first time there was a change in pricing!

I’ve come in here a few times but today was terrible the girl who did my nails rushed the entire time. Cut my skin multiple times and messed up the polish and when I said it was uneven (the polish) she just cut my nail down. Reshaped one super messed up. It was overall a terrible experience and I won’t be going back to get my nails done it was a simple French style I wanted but now I just want to cry $53 down the drain 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
