Best haircut I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to many barber shops. I’m white and when I told Bossman I needed a skin fade he didn’t blink twice before getting to work. Best service and skill I’ve ever had, not just in state college. Make sure you Tip well, they deserve it.

Gone to get a haircut 3 times now as I don’t frequently get haircuts. However they never disappoint. Very sharp job. They give a great fade, and the service is on the spot. One important tip, call a few days ahead. They get a bunch of student costumers so it will assure a spot.

Great hair cut.

Waited only 30 mins because I went as soon as they opened. Best cut I’ve gotten in state college. Didn’t see a smile or hear a word out of the guy cutting my hair until I tipped him. Place could use some cleaning up, but hair cuts are great.

1st timet showed up at noon as a walk in, left at 2: 50 without a haircut because I didnt have enough change to hold the meter. These guys seem like they do fantastic, but dont walk in and expect to get a haircut without an appointment. The guys there seem like they have a good personality, but I was not warned about the extreme wait time and lost 3 hours out of my day.

This place is awesome for shape ups, bold fades, and basically anything a guy needs. ALSO he does FREE appointments which is super convenient. Been going there with my friends for a bit and never had a compliant.

Guy can do magical things with a razor, I only get short cuts and fades so I cant advise on anything more, but just from what Ive seen in the (pretty long) waits before my cut, he is fantastic. Highly reccomended but get an appointment because even though he does walk-ins, youll be waiting a while

I was a walk in appointment. I dont have thin hair or particularly thick hair, but it can be stubborn and I needed a quick buzz and trim off the top was all I needed. I left with razor burn on my temples and neck with uncut hairs above my ears and the sides that I had to trim myself. The top was choppy and wasnt layered correctly- when combed forward my bangs were longer on the left than on the right (usually combed to the left). My left sideburn is also shorter than my right by more than a quarter of an inch. The price was what I expected and the location convenient, but I will not be returning to Fitted Cuts.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Went in at 10 am and left at 1250pm without a hair cut because I had to get a class. This is the second day in a row I waited for 2+ hours to get a cut and didn’t even get one. They are excruciatingly slow with their service and have no sense of urgency even when the room is full with 10 people waiting. They would stop in the middle of cuts to play on their phones while everyone who’s been waiting there for hours just sits and watches. The waiting room only has one couch so everyone else has to wait on hard metal foldable chairs. Whenever I asked if I could make an appointment they essentially rejected me and told me I can just do a walk in, which clearly doesn’t work considering the extreme waiting time for walk ins. You would think that at this point they would just do appointments only to save the time and frustration of customers and use an app like Booksy to better manage it. I will say that they do give some of the best cuts in State college, but the poor management and customer service has turned me off from this place forever.

Always a fresh, cool cut. Chill environment, although always make an appointment.Had to knock off two stars off as Im always getting painful razor bumps, from blades that either need to be cleaned more, or replaced altogether, and they dont seem to be open during the weekend which is when people really get stuff done.

Beautiful cut. Just visiting State College on a brief stay. I know where to go on my next visit.

You gonna wait all day for a okay hair cut. Its almost not worth the trip because the extreme wait time. They really shady with severing in he order in which you come. They gonna put their friends ahead of you. It super irritating every time I came here this is the last time today.

The only barbers in town that cut ethic hair. Not cheap though.
