We had such a fantastic experience here! My son is 4 and also autistic, he had long curly hair that he had grown since he was born and we ready for his first haircut. I was unsure of how he was going to handle a haircut but our stylist was AMAZING. She explained the whole process to him calmly before making any moved, she talked about dinosaurs with him and they celebrated this big moment together when it was over. Would absolutely recommend!

Problems with the on line reservation process were quickly overcome by a great staff who quickly rescheduled me and the haircut was perfect.

Pretty poor staffing. Even after having my appointment at 5 I had to wait till 530 to get a hair cut. Can be because of the graduation week but then they should not take appointments.The service was decent but could be better. Wouldnt recommend this for first choice.

Easily booked online and was seen right after entering. Heather did an amazing job taking my long hair to a bob! I’ll definitely be back when I need a trim.Salon was nice & clean with hairstylists & guests following social distancing measures.

Been going here for a decade service is phenomenal all the staff are super friendly. The most ethical mechanic in state college by far they do not uosell services that you dont need and will be upfront around what is needed and what can wait! If you need service from oil change to serious mechanic work GO HERE!!!

This is Supercuts I frequent now and I have never had a bad hair cut. The stylist respond to direction quite excellently. The location has parking out front too. Try it, you wont be disappointing. Oh, I almost forgot, here are a few of useful words to use; point cut, texture and layer. Now youre all set.

Showed hours online and on their front door of closing at 5pm. We showed up at 4pm and they told us they were closed yet still had customers inside. At least update your hours. Poor professionalism.

A nice family oriented kind of salon. Good if youre looking for something traditional and nothing too complicated. This kind of place is not suited for someone with black hair or natural hair. Even trying to get them to even out my afro was difficult for them. Gotta go to a barber for that kind of service from now on.

I get my hair cut about once a month. All of the staff are supposed to go through the same training so they all give a consistent cut. But my hair cut is never the same. The only difference between a good cut and poor cut is three weeks.

After almost 3 hours of waiting to get a haircut at another place, I called and made an appointment for later that same day. They were very friendly and did a great haircut!

Supercuts is a nice place to get a quick hair cut or other general salon service. Prices are very reasonable and they offer a senior citizen discount. The ladies that work at this location are nice, quick at what they do, and good conversationalists. I always try to wait for Megan, because I consider her to be the best stylist there. (I am older, and fussy, about my haircuts. I trust Megan and she always is consistently great!) I believe the shop has six stylist stations, but I have not seen more than four ladies working at any given time. There is limited parking as this location is in a mini strip mall.

Don’t go here for a haircut. Went here for the first time because my favorite barber shop Great Clips was closed. I waited 10 minutes for a haircut. 5 of which I was the only customer waiting while the stylists were busy with other customers. Two other customers came in after me and the stylist chose to take one of the customers who came in after me. This place lacks basic customer service skills. If you want to be treated like a second class person you should decide to get your hair cut here.

This lady worked so quickly and didn’t ask for clarification before she started chopping off clumps of my hair. I have a pixie cut that I am trying to grow out and she just set me back like 3 months with the amount of hair she took off. No consideration for my desires, only for efficiency.

Ive gone here a couple times and for the most part I am left underwhelmed by my haircuts. This past time I asked for an inch left on top which I thought would be simple enough. went home washed my hair and saw that one side of my head was twice as long as the other side, Would not go back

The ladies are great there and Im very happy with my haircut. It has been bad in the past but theyve obviously hired good people!

Awesome deal for kids haircuts

I have had my hair cut here several times and have never been impressed. One time, I asked for a few inches off the length, as something a little different. The stylist cut 6 inches off and I absolutely hated it. Today, the stylist could not understand the concept of face-framing, something I have had done every time I have gotten a haircut in the last 10 years. She tried to argue with me about how it would look and my explanation of what I wanted was apparently not good enough. So now I have short bangs and long hair when all I wanted was the bangs to gradually flow into the rest of the hair. That isnt difficult to do. The store was very busy today and the overall attitude of the stylists was very poor. They were not friendly and acted like it was an inconvenience to them to have so many people wanting a haircut. This was my last time getting my hair cut at Supercuts and unless you like your haircuts to be bad experiences, I would recommend you find another place for your haircut.

Shawna is hands down my best experience ever at this location. Very friendly and listens to what cut you want! She has cut my hair twice. Been to most of the other stylist and will only let shawna cut my hair from now on!

Find anther barber shop. Im never coming back to this place. Explicitly told them that my hair is hard and sticks out if cut too short, but by the time they realized that my hair is already cut too short, they just keep cutting them. Feel like they are not trained at all.
