Bobbie saved my hair! I went to a ‘prominent’ salon in town for highlights and a cut. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and I HATED my hair! I consulted with Bobbie and she knew exactly what to do to fix it. She squeezed me in, did an exceptional job, and made me feel confident again! I can’t wait to continue going back to her. It’s hard to find a stylist who actually listens to what you want and also does a great job. I highly recommend Bobbie- 10/10.

They staff are very nice. They try to do a good job and get your hair exactly the way you want it. They keep notes on file, for example, is color pulled to the ends of the strands? And they get it right every time.

Im very particular about certain things. One of these things is hairstylist. Before moving to the area, I had seen the same stylist for 20+ years. So, for months after my move, I struggled to find a stylist I was comfortable with or really understood what I wanted. The stylists at this SmartStyle are phenomenal. They really listen to what I want, try to execute that vision with their skill and, make necessary adjustments to make me look fantastic. They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to give their customers the best service. Amber is my go-to stylist followed very closely by Kiersta, but honestly, they are all awesome stylists and awesome people. You really cant go wrong here.

My favorite place to get a haircut. Relatively inexpensive, with at least three operators there most of the time.You can make an appointment or you can simply walk in. Either way, youll know if and how long you have to wait for your turn - their estimates are quite accurate.They are open 7 days a week, with shorter hours on the weekend. Oh, almost forgot... the salon is *INSIDE* of Wal-Mart, near the left-most entrance (not counting the garden shop entrance).

Bobbie is the best. Love how she cuts my hair and listens to what I request.

Its a hit and miss. Some of the stylists are better than the stylists at the fancier salons. Others are fresh out of beauty school and still learning the ropes. You can request one of the more experienced stylists by scheduling in advance. They can be very busy with back to back appointments, so I highly recommend scheduling in advance!In 2016, one stylist (forget her name) cut my mid-back length hair (no layers) in two choppy layers after I asked for even length. It looked like I had a chin-length bob from the front and sides and then a random choppy layer that was 4 inches longer in the back. It took forever to grow back. It was so terrible, I took it on myself to learn how to trim my own hair, so its even.In 2018, I had Bobbi apply the Redkin Chemical Shot treatment to smooth and soften my hair. She was able to also add a toner to tone and darken my ombre back to its natural dark blonde color. I was thrilled with the results!The prices are very low! While I wouldnt go here for any major cuts or color jobs, I feel like its a great place for the basics and kids haircuts.

Bad service to say the least. I had to sign a waver to get my eyebrows done which is beyond unnerving. The woman almost pulled my hair out drying it, was rude from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tense, unpleasant and the service was the same. And my haircut just felt and looked like she chopped at my hair with scissors. Would not go here again, especially with the prices included! 35$ for a haircut (without blowdrying) and waxing of the eyebrows and lip. Ridiculous. Especially with THAT kind of service.

I didn’t get the name of my stylist but she gave me a great cut and color for a fair price (60$) last minute. She was alone because it was later in the evening and handled my hair and three other cuts. Ignore the bad reviews, they must be outdated

Get Juila she is great takes her time ..not a 5 min cut...funny. talks to you and never feel rushed. All in all a great cut for 16.50 ....will be back

One Word: HORRIBLE!!!!!First of all the receptionist saw me and ignored me for at least 5 minutes. I went in to get my eyebrows done and after she finally took it upon herself to rudely ask me what i needed she said the wait to get my brows done would be thirty minutes, even though the salon was empty. I walked away after that because there was no way i was waiting all that time for someone who was so rude and miserable anywhere near my eyebrows. The customer service is horrific and the people who work here need to get over themselves and fast if that want to keep their business going!

Place was busy but not too busy. Not sure about how my young girls bangs were cut. At the time they look all roght but at home the seem too rough and jagged.

I had shampoo and conditioner before a haircut. Unfortunately, Stylist didnt put a towel around my neck and didnt adjust the chair, so it caused a neckache.
