The owner of this place is not professional or friendly. She takes her own tip from your change. She is a very mean lady!!!! Don’t waste your time. I had a very ugly experience!

I called at 5, she told me come at 5:30. I did, they had me waiting until 6:30 & still never started + I had a dinner to attend tonight & no other nail salons were open. I had to leave WITHOUT getting my feet done after waiting for over an hour. I will never come here agai.

Be careful with this place! I gave them tips through cash and then they went to my card and took the tipping of their choice. And when I went to talk to them about it, they said that they don’t speak English and don’t understand.Terrible service!

I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I’ve tried so many nail salons. They are very good at pedicures. They take a very good hour. There massages are the best. They are very nice.

This place is HORRIBLE .. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!its disgusting how they approach you like you owe them something., they dont listen to your needs or wants, literally ask the lady to fix something on my nail, and she stated im busy.. honestly it dont deserve the 1 star. They do not appreciate the community that helps them stay in buisness.

This store has changed so much . I use to always come to this lady ever since I was a little and never had a problem until the last couple months she had been messing up ! went for my nails and toes to be done I sat at the drying area she touched my finger and said it was dry and told me I can go & it wasn’t even dry my nails and toes were all messed up !

Munsy is the best! Im not one for too much conversation while I get my nails done so I loved her! She did an amazing job! I will most definitely be coming back!

The owner and staff in this place dont pay attention to you if you go for a regular manicure or pedicure. They only want to do fake nails because its more profitable.If you want a regular manicure or so, the completely ignore you.Terrible, terrible place.

DONT EVER GO HERE THIS PLACE FREAKING SUCKS!!! Ive been there at least 8 times on the hope is be satisfied but every time I go there o walk out annoyed and frustrated.The owner Ester is rude af and hounds you to make sure you tip. She talks about you in her native language right in front of your face. Vivian is the best but she only does natural nails she sucks at acrylics shes had to repair my nails (messed them up) and I went to her for a fill in, showed her a pic of the shape I wanted and after nodding as if she knew what I was talking about I walked out with a completely different shape than I asked for. WORST SALON EVER!

Honestly so disgusting. I used to go here on occasion for my nails and give this place a chance but after I saw the technician use the same tool she used for a woman’s gel manicure on the next woman’s green infected toe, it was time for me to leave. I also asked the technician doing my nails if the tool he was using was sterilized. He ignored me and said I just need to cut your nail. After I looked, I saw the skin and nail from the last client on the tool and that it had not been cleaned most likely for days maybe even weeks. I’m sure they are breaking some health dept laws.

I got my eyebrows waxed today and the area under my eyebroeyebrows stings so much!! i looked in the mirror and it was really pink. The person who did the waxing actually waxed off the top layer my skin! The owner and the employee were so rude and unapologetic about the situation. They didnt even try to help me. Please think twice before going to this place.

I tried many times the acrylic tips and they dont stay glued properly. 3-4 days later I had a couple of them off each time. Very disappointed.

I just lovw my nails done by Vivian, just perfect . My nails used to brake a lot but after I started doing with her it has chenged, its strong and beautiful!!!

Honestly I don’t know where to start . I’m so UPSET I paid $20 plus $5 tip for a gel mani . And this is what they look like 6 days later . Did I mention this is GEL ?! FML ive never had this experience with gel . 😭 I could’ve used that $25 for something else .

I went to that salon for a long time, but Im not going back. They are very dirty, the work tools do not show well, there is not a good deal with the client there are many doing my pedicure, I am not happy, the owner asks that we leave a mandatory tip that is not right. They do not respect the customer, they leave him alone in the chairs for 20 minutes, they do not apologize, I will never return and the owner is very rude to the customers and employees speak in their language and do not see that their customer is comfortable, Im sorry but they lost a customer . 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🏿👎🏿My last pedicure was not good they left me waiting for a long time.
