My mom and I got spa pedicures. We are very pleased with the service. The place is clean and the staff is very welcoming and nice. The only thing was that the lady that did my pedicure rushed a bit.

I have tried this place a few times because it is right by my house so convenience-wise, I REALLY wanted to like it. Each time, was not at all impressed by the tone of the salon or the quality of the the job done. But this last time I went will definitely be the last time I go. This past Friday I went to get a manicure and pedicure. Not only was the staff incredibly rushed and unfriendly, but the job done was very poor. During my pedicure, the girl was in such a rush that she made me bleed behind my toe nail. And my manicure was chipped and peeling the very next day before the occasion I had even gotten them done for in the first place. Its ridiculous. Planning on asking for a refund and definitely not going back.

This has been my favorite spot in Stamford for about a year. I recently had my nails done in Larchmont and couldn’t wait to get back here since they do a much better job. They are always nice and do a great mani-pedi.

They did a really really good job on the pedicure but they have premade designs which I dont like so overall it was okay.

Very pleasant. Beautiful variety of colors. First time there and did a wonderful job of waxing eyebrows and refill gel nails. I went on a whim and was pleasantly pleased and satisfied.

My friend and I went to get gel manicures and pedicures in less than a week our manicures started to chip and peel so we called to see if we could get a refund or have them redo the manicure. The manager told us to come in and he would fix it for us so we went back to the salon and he redid our nails but gave us really bad attitude, raised his voice at us, and accused us of peeling them off ourselves. He asked who did our nails and we remembered the names of the girls but only one of them was working that night, so he approached her and yelled at her in front of everyone in the nail salon and made a huge scene, the poor girl looked like she was going to cry and looked very embarrassed. Other customers said he shouldve reprimanded her in private and he yelled at them as well. Although he did redo our nails that were chipped (he didnt redo them all) It looks worse than the first time. He did a very poor job himself. Overall a very poor experience.

I’ve been coming to cozy nails religiously since they opened several years ago. All of the employees do a great job and are really sweet. I never feel rushed like other nail salons. Also, free massage while you are drying or getting your gel done!Just FYI It does get busy super busy so I would suggest calling to make an appt!!

Cozy nails is exactly as the name says. A warm friendly environment with the best Gel Nail Polish selection in Stamford. Paul the owner is an absolute delight. The best manicure I have had in a long time. The staff are professional and courteous. My pedicure was great also and lasted over a month.

Ive been going to Cozy for years and I cant believe I havent left an amazing review yet! They have such a friendly staff of people, they remember you by your name, and have fair prices! They are my go to nail salon and o refuse to go anywhere else. Dont let the simple decor deter you from entering! They are great!

Great price for poultry, grains, fruit and vegetables. However, other items are very pricey or overpriced.

I had a gel manicure done by Maya and I absolutely love it! The salon team is super friendly and professional. Maya was very attentive to details, she did not rush anything and my nails came out perfect. Highly recommended, it is my new favorite nail salon. :) :)

I recently moved to Stamford. Checked this place out and an am so impressed. They did a great job with my pedicure and gel mani. My pedicure was a regular pedicure but it lasted so long. Will be making this my new spot

The girls are very nice but the male owner is very rude. I went for a simple color change on my nails and he was complaining about doing the work. He rushed me and did a horrible job. Last time I go there.

I consistently see Jennifer, she’s excellent but you definitely need an appointment. The owner, isn’t the most friendly. Once time I did get into an argument with him as I had an appt and was waiting in the pedicure chair for over 20 mins and the argument escalated to a point that I was going to get up and leave and his wife stopped me and profusely apologized and tended to my needs and I was see right away. I continue to go because of Jennifer and the women who gives massages is wonderful as well! The wife is always very pleasant when I see her and since they incident several years ago the husband greets me and is cordial and nothing more. It’s difficult finding a manicurist who is good and does things how you like especially for me as I am so particular so you take the good with the bad. Maybe one day I’ll find another location near me that will meet my needs. Until then Ill continue to go here. The 4 stars are for the ladies I mentioned I would’ve given it 5 had it not been for this incident.

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The woman doing my nails disappeared midway through my manicure for 15 minutes. They charged me more than the price I was given when I called and I was I completely unhappy with how my nails looked in the end. It was rushed and steps In the manicure like getting my cuticles cut were completely skipped. Completely unprofessional/rude staff. Seemed like no one understood their job. Don’t waste your time or money.

Cozy Nails is a very warm welcoming environment that is very clean, organized and aims to please. I followed the owner Paul from another location and he is a perfectionist and cares deeply about his customers satisfaction.His prices are extremely good. Dont be fooled by the simple decor, it is one great nail salon.

Very friendly staff. I got the new lemon pedicure and it was fantastic.

The person who did my nails was in a hurry to finish with me so she can get to the next person that she didnt do such a good job. My gel nails didnt even last 3 days and they tend to frown upon anyone who says no to callous removal because ot lessens the fees

Amazing!!! I had foot reflexology, a back rub, brow waxing and brow tint, mani and pedi.I havent felt so relaxed as after all their pampering. Will make this a must at least once a month!!!!

SNS powder is cheaply done my nails crack after 5 days and have been damaging my nails whether i leave them short or not.

Love this place when it comes to mani and pedi. They are quick and amazing.!

My experience there was horrible! Someone was sitting down to do my mani pedi and then another women walked in to get her nails done. She started complaining about the wait so the stopped my nails to do hers and told me I would then be the next customer. Not a very professional place.

I went to get my nails only painted with gel already sitting in chair i ask how much is it the girl said $30 i said three zero ohhh hell no thats a whole new full set are you crazy just to paint your nails $30 bucks NOOOO

I came in for a pedicure. Then 2 ladies came after me and the nail ladies took them before me. Unprofessional!!I waited for a while.Never return there!!

Worst experience ever!!!! Went to get my eyebrows done and she left a huge hole! She was being rushed and called out by the owner who is also rude and sucked his teeth when I asked to get my eyebrows fixed. Do not go there!!!!!!!

Terrible. I sat down for a pedicure, I was finished in 8 minutes. Never again. I even still had my old nail polish at my cuticles. Worst experience ever and waste of money!!!
