Amazing I finally found my spot yesss!!

I took my mother for a gel manicure. While she was getting it done I walked around the mall. When I came back she had already paid. This was one of the worst, sloppiest manicures I have ever seen. They cut her cuticle in two places. There was residue from the manicure on her finger tips, the nail polish application was sub par and “shakily applied “. We will not being going back.

First off I came for a fill. My first time here everyone was nice but the girl who did my nails does not know how to do acrylic nails. She poorly shaped my nails and it was crooked with a chunky amount of acrylic powder making it obvious different from other nails. A woman named Rosa tried to help but the acrylic already dried so the damage was already done. Also I got a pedicure from Emily and she cut the side of my foot from the callous remover tool. Overall not pleased with my experience I wont be coming back ever.

I went in during my break and wanted a full set. I never have been to this nail salon before, i had just gotten transferred over so i didn’t know what service i was going to get. Eliana started a full set as soon as I got there. I showed her a picture of short, pink ombré nails and she did exactly what I wanted. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely my go to nail salon.

I was nervous at first to try a new nail place but Rosa made me feel comfortable and right at home. Prices are affordable and worth it .

Rosa is great worker. She made sure I was comfortable during my wax appointment.

Cool place but seriously only has 1 good nail tech at the moment which is who I always go to see...Rose! Good for pedicures tho.

Need to adjust the drying area. No social distancing. The 3 dryers are on top of each other. No need of waiting area. Spread the dryers to the waiting area side.

I’ve just started going to this salon and loved all my previous experiences. Rosa is the absolute best nail tech that I have encountered. She’s genuine and has the “creative magic touch”. I’ve been searching for a salon that could do above the traditional solid paint styles and found the right place! If you happen to visit Nailtique definitely ask for Rosa to hook you up!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Not sure where all these horrible reviews stem from but my nail tech Rosa’s service tonight was impeccable!! She’s only been there 3 weeks & I’m so lucky to have stumbled upon her. I’m very particular about who I let touch my hands & feet... she was so delightfully focused on my needs & wants. Her customer service is amazing to say the least. I will definitely be returning & I would recommend her to anyone. The salon itself didn’t appear dirty @ all to me & if it did I certainly wouldn’t have stayed! Had my eyebrows done by Jackie & she did a great job as well. On the downside you pay tax here but not the end of the world, I’d rather pay tax & have my nails & toes look like this than to save $5. Don’t listen to old reviews go give Rosa a chance I’m glad I did & I’m very hard to please 💅😍

Walked in for a refill was told she could take me after finishing up with her current client. I agreed and decided to get a pedicure. Someone else walks in after me and asks to get a refill. The tech who said she could take me then proceeds to ask me if she agreed to do my nails because she couldnt remember. I said yes and she says well I cant take you because Im taking her (the person who walked in after me). I walked out. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Dont waste your time!Went to Everlasting instead where I was taken right away!

I’ve only been there once and a lovely young lady, Rosa, did my nails. She was terrific and she clearly knew what she was doing. I told her what I wanted and she did it with a smile. She was awesome, her work was very neat and the shape I wanted was perfectly done. I’ll definitely go back!

SIMPLY A WASTE OF MONEY. I wanted to get my nails done for school and they look horrible it’s not even the color I asked for she didn’t ask if I wanted to pick a different color. Took double the time they originally said and I ended up being late for work that’s why I didn’t bother with the color change it would have looked somewhat nice if it was applied properly but she didn’t fully remove the polish under it and it was a dark purple color under a pink so my nails look they there dirty and have black spots. I absolutely hate the way it turned out I’m getting them re-done at a different salon because they look disgusting. Really upset I wasted my money

I only started going here this summer to get my nails done. I said to myself after a ‘redo’ that it would be my last visit, but Rosa totally changed the game.She’s very knowledgeable, and did a really great job of getting my gel manicure 💅 fixed. Her work is much cleaner.Will definitely call ahead of time next and now I know who to ask for. Girls, go try Rosa at the mall.

I wanted to get my nails done last weekend, but the street leading to the salon I had in mind had been blocked off by a festival. I didnt really want to go to Nailtique due to the dwindling customer service, and the fact that appearance wise, its not so easy on the eye. However, I decided to give them another chance. Rosa did my nails, and Im not quite sure which I loved most; Her jovial personality or the fact that she did an AMAZINGGG job on my nails. Rosa definitely saved this nail salon! Go see her!

I walked in and asked for a refill. They all look at each other and one said to the other in Spanish do you want to take her ? The other lady responded NO. Not knowing I knew Spanish so I said back in Spanish so no one wants money and I left. I left and looked up through google what time they closed. It was about 1 hour and a half before closing. I return back and asked what time they closed they told me at 9 pm so I asked why was no one taking me. Silent... this is unbelievable. Wow when I tell you lack of customer service it’s an understatement.

The service was horrible. One nail tech by the name of Rose or Rosa walked out without excusing herself to a client who was waiting to be serviced, to go hangout with a male friend in the bathroom next door to the shop. They all sat around unprofessionally gossiping about a fellow coworker by the name of Julissa. They laughed and giggled and talked about her horribly the entire time I got my nails done. They weren’t even focused on my nails which came out horrible. I ended up going off and leaving without paying for the service. Mind you I had my six year old daughter with me. I paid for her nails but expressed how disgusted I was with them. Stay away from this shop. It has gone down hill since they’ve hired all of these new young unprofessional workers who don’t know how to conduct business. I will be going back to speak to the owner. I waited 3 hours for nothing. If I could give this shop zero stars I would. They’re rude and unprofessionally. Stick to Chinese who actually know how to do nails. These new Hispanic woman in there are clueless!

They are the worst thing in all of Stamford as far as customer service is concerned, it does not help that there is a lot of staff if none of them want to attend to customers and leave you waiting for hours and then if they feel like not saying they will not take care of you . Bad service too much lazy ladies that are useless only when the owners are working ... I do not recommend them at all 🤢🤬🤮😤

Been going here for about a year now. Manager that sits at the front desk is not friendly at all, but all the girls especially Holly are very nice and always get my acrylics just as i want them. Never had a problem with my eyebrows either, come out perfect every time. I would definitely recommend them, fair prices too.

Will never go there again. Went to get my eyebrows wax just to clean them up a little and the lady took off an entire patch of my eyebrow!!!

Fresy did a fill on my acrylics and she was wonderful, she was gentle and the end result was absolutely perfect.

This place is awful!! I’ve been three different times hoping I just had a bad nail technician but no, they are all horrible. No one has experience. How do you run a salon with workers that have no experience? I get a regular mani/pedi every week for years, this is the only place that takes TWO HOURS to do a regular mani/pedi and charges more than NYC. It’s insane. Do not waste your time or money. When I was there, a girl started training and literally had no experience so I’m not exaggerating. They were openly talking about all the ways they up charge customers. What a joke. Do not go there, save your time and money and go somewhere else in Stamford. There’s plenty of good places.

Ive been going to Nailtique for about 4 years now for both my gel manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows..Ive always had a great experience any time I come in and my nail tech Holly does an absolutely amazing job every single time, and she treats me like a queen, what else could I ask for! When I dont have an idea of what I want my nails to look like, she always comes up with gorgeous, creative ideas, and Ive loved each one more than the next! Thats saying something because Im very picky. My favorite time to go there is on a day off where I can just go and relax or after an stressful day on my job so I can hop in their massage chair while I get my pedicure! I come up from NY to go there, so they must be doing something right..I plan to continue to go to Nailtique and suggest them to friends.

I’ve been here a couple times and have had various different nail artists do my nails, today I had the pleasure of having Rosa put on a full set. She did such an amazing job and can do so many different styles I strongly recommend her to anyone.

Horrible experience ! I got an under arm wax here. The waxer had no idea what she was doing it took her 1hour to complete an underarm wax... it takes me 20 minutes max to do it on myself with my at home hardwax kit. She kept reapplying wax on the same area more than once to the point where my armpits were raw. The wax quality was horrible and was clear that it was not sanitary. I had a rash that lasted a week after and have never had that before from getting waxed I needed to go to the doctor for cream to help me get rid of it. I could barely put my arms by my sides or wear shirts that pressed against my skin. The worst experience.

I went to the nail salon today around minutes to 8 and they close at 9. I asked the lady if she was still taking clients and she told me yes. She told me to come back in 30mins for a gel pedicure. I went back after 25 mins and she then told me that she and another lady was about to leave and rose had another client so I couldn’t be seen. She made me waste my time when I could of went somewhere else. They are unreliable

The only good thing about them is that as soon as you enter, someones there to ask what you need. Then as soon as you tell them, they make a plot to ruin everything you want done & you still have to pay for it! Not to mention they refuse to take the blame for their mess ups! DONT EVER GET YOU EYEBROWS DONE HERE!! Youll end up in jail for murder!

Worst manicure in manicure history. got a gel manicure and it was legit the worst. $40 for it called the place to speak to the manager/owner to get my money back to conveniently he was never there. gross no hygiene, expensive and bad bad bad service.

Today was my third time going to this place and I honesty love it. I usually go to Yulisa who is awesome! She gave me tips to keep my nails strong and healthy on top of doing a fabulous job on both my toes and nails. Today she was out, so I allowed Rosa to do my mani and pedi. She was great, no complaints. She takes her time and I like how my nails turned out. The place is clean and customer service is pretty great. The nail techs are bilingual so that’s a plus. Only downside is it’s pretty expensive.

This salon used to be the best back in 2008-2009. Now its pure trash. Do not go especially for waxing. Left with barely any eyebrows.

Worst place everrrrrr do not waste your time or money they lack customer service and they do not know Wat the heck they are doing they almost damaged my personal nails (went to a different nail salon and the lady asked me if I had kids playing with my nails she showed me where they almost shaved thru my nails). While sitting there getting my nails done a first time customer came in asked how long the wait for her and her friend to get a pedicure and the girl sent her downstairs to the next salon mind u there was three technician and two customers. I regret ever going to that place cant wait for the day I see closing on the doors

It was the WORST nail experience Ive ever had and thats saying a lot since Ive been getting my nails done for years! I swear do not go here its a waste of money. THE MANAGER CHARGED ME $5.32 for 1 measily little nail to be fixed after being broke prior before the visit do not go here everyone I swear its not worth it! Worst EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE

I came here for the very first time thinking it was a good nail spot! NO. i was wrong thinking that other races can do nails! ill never switch from chinese to spanish ever again! the lady in the front or the owner some indian looking bihhh is rude acts like she doesnt even know why you came in her store! THEY CANNOT DO NAILS! my ring finger nail cracked leaving my finger gushing blood from a light tap when i hit my nail! & two of my other REAL finger nails broke under the fake nail! they dont put acrylic over the whole nail like the chinese people do! they cannot do nails they just want your money! i will never go back & they neee to honestly find another day job because this is not it!

Was close so I tried even though I saw reviews. They were horrible. Woman was rude, pedicure massage was 1 min at most.

I love this place. There is this one woman who does Acrylic nails very well. The pedicures are ok.

I went there to get a full set and two of the nails just randomly popped off 3 days later...the work I do doesn’t require anything but me typing on a computer and this still happened! Then the woman wanted to charge me to fix the mistake she made! Worse place ever save ur money it’s not worth it

I wish I had heeded the warnings of the other posters. Getting married tomorrow and just had the worst mani ever. The nails are a mess. The polish is a mess. The whites of my nails are showing through the french tips. Just had to make an emergency appointment at another salon to get them fixed. What a waste of money. Dont go to this place!
