I usually like going here, but Kevin was rough on my feet. the woman (not Jen) was rough on my hands. Kevin was condescending to me when i questioned the price of the service i received because i thought it was supposed to be cheaper. i didn’t make it a big deal and he said “we told you that earlier”, which was interesting because we never spoke about pricing at any point and i felt like he was only saying that because other customers were around. all i said was “oh, i thought it was different on the website.” still, i paid and made no fuss. as i was leaving, he yelled “next time just let us know if you want something else.” i told him that’s okay, made no fuss and left. he only said this in front of customers to make it look like i was the issue. will take my services elsewhere.

Poor service . Had a young girl trying to work on my pedi she wasn’t doing it the right way. My shellac came off within three days. Do not recommend service here

Very poor pedi! I had a gentleman do my pedi. He cut my nails so short 1 was bleeding pretty badly. I actually yelled out ouch that really hurt. The guy could care less. He could barely get it to stop it from bleeding. He then poured something on it that made it sting. Two of my nails he had to paint my toes because there wasn’t enough nail to paint. My toes were so sore I didn’t have a choice but to wear sandals. When he was done he asked for the money and went in another room. I definitely not recommend nor will I ever go back.

They are nice people.... But I did not like the way my pedicure was done, the polish was old. I explained it to the nail tech and they applied another coat of clear she seemed annoyed that I even mentioned it. I’m usually the kind of person who just accepts when something is not to my liking and don’t return. However, today I said something my toenail was not properly filed. She told me to wait til they are dried (never ever heard of that) the owner can sense I wasn’t satisfied he said ok I give you a $1 offWhat an insult. Please take responsibility when you’ve not done something right and learn from it take ownership and I left a tip only because I needed for him to understand it was never about not paying or wanting ANY kind of discount BUT if I pay for a service I expect to have it done right bottom line

Work as very sloppy! The older lady kept cutting my nails while filling them and I kept asking her to stop! My fingers was bleeding!Will never go back to this unprofessional place again!

Nails were done very speedy and sloppy. Next day after my manicure, and I can tell they are unevenly shaped and not uniform, already have lifting of the acrylics on the corners, and air bubbles in the nails. Just awful. :(

I chose this salon based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Clean environment, professional service, friendly staff. I was very pleased with my fill, and the pedi was one of the best Ive had anywhere. Mary was my technician. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing Gel manicure and regular pedicure at Swan Nails. I was a walk in and the whole staff was professional and nice. The prices are so great! My manicure and pedicure still look fresh a week later. I will definitely be back.

Ive been going to Jenny for years now. There isnt one downfall about the Swan Nail. Jenny loves what she does and it shows through her work. They are friendly and always work around my schedule. My nails always look very natural and never break. Ive never gone anywhere else since, anytime I bring a friend for their first experience they become regulars as well!

The owner did my (dip) nails. They bubbled up, and she had to redo them. She seemed to be in a hurry. I was there almost 2 hours. Not a happy customer. Will never return to Swan Nails!!

Workers are nice, but this is one of the worst places ive been. Theyre paint job is ridiculous (very sloppy) and their acrylics dont last. Came here thinking itd be great because of the reviews but im very disappointed. three nails came off in seven days which they blame on me swimming (i was never told that swimming will affect them, so why didnt they warn me?). Also, went in for an almond shape, but got a mix of almond/oval. Maybe they arent trained enough?? One of my nails is literally an oval shape which is ridiculous.

Absolutely wonderful costumer service. Ive been there probably 10 times, and Ill continue to go back. Ive never had an issue with the nails peeling or hurting, its well worth the price- which is only 28 for a full set!
