Nice place. Very busy. Had a great pedicure. Manicure was fast & nails werent shaped correctly. Buffing was too quick, therefore, it wont last as long.

This is my daughter and my favorite place to get our nails done. The staff takes good care of us, they even go the extra mile to carry on a conversation with her we always leave full of confidence and gorgeous nails thank you for creating this environment for us♡

Had an appointment at 430 did not get seen until 5 ...water was cold untiles were very dirty then the guys doing my feet was digging in this teeth ...but what was very nasty was he blow this nose in his hand and they thought he was going to finish my feet very NASTY WILL NOT RETURN

What a great experience! I walked in with no appointment and they had me in the pedicure chair within minutes. My feet feel great and they even did a neat little design for me (see photo).

Horrible they messed my bday nails up he made my pinky nails longer than the rest & over charged my daughter and cuzin nails regular paint 60 a piece smh

Bad nails. Went here two other times and my nails were fine. Went Sunday and the guy kept getting on and off his phone while putting on the acrylic, filling and shaping my nails and rushed when he painted my nails, didn’t even paint them all the way. I got home once they supposedly “dried” with the timer they set...and noticed scratches on two of my nails because he messed them up. It is now Friday and my nails look a mess....as if a child did them. Won’t be coming back and key advice...stay off ur phone, It is very unprofessional!

So Im extremely picky about my nails. Thats why I havent kept them up since I moved back to Springfield. We went to 4 different locations and was told by some random woman that she liked going to T C so we went and tried it. Now this is not the first time getting my nails done but it was for my daughter so I wanted it to be nice. The first thing he asked was how many n I said 2. Then I was like how much would it be for 2 full sets of acrylics and shellac on them. He said hold on while he called someone. As he was doing that we were looking at polishes and saw the sign saying $27 full set and I would think another $10 for the shellac. The then tells is $39. Well alright I mean I can do that its just a couple more then I thought it would be. So we brought over the nails and said what we wanted (my daughters were all one color except for one marble nail and mine were a ballage and a very simple one and both coffin shapes) he then proceeds to tell me he cant do that one. Well ok then let me look longer. He stood there toe to toe with me and my daughter and he kept saying are you ready, did you pick a color? I was getting so pisses at this point because Im not just gonna pick a color I dont like. Then he said rylees would be $46 for rylees for the one marble nail and making them coffin shape as he was still standing right on top of us. I ended up having to leave and he asked when we would be back and I said probably in 30min. Then he said they were closing early. I will NEVER come back there and definitely take my business somewhere else. I hate it to because when I find somewhere I like I will return for years.

Very nice people... though they can not complete a small task. I showed them the design I desired and it took four people to try and I still didnt get the look I had hoped for... the nails themselves didnt turn out great either.

I used to really like this place years ago, but not so much now. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the guy laughed at me. If he couldnt mimic something similar to it, he could have just said so. He charged me an extra $8 for the color I was using as a shadow below my white airbrush, but after he added the white in, you couldnt even see the blue! The nail lengths were not even, either. Im getting them fixed elsewhere.

I came in to get a feel for my nails I read the sign when I came in the sign said $15 for Phil when I sat in the chair I was missing two nails and when you are missing a nail its three dollars for a repair for each nail so when I sit down she told me that my Fill will cost $30 and I didnt understand why my fill of cost $30 if Im only missing two nails she said because the long I said OK will cut down then then she proceeded to tell me that she couldnt cut it down because they were too long and thick then she said OK $29 I said no then 28 no 27 come on and Im like no youre signed states that I fill is $15 and three dollars for each nail repair then she finally said all well come on $24 and we came to agreement on that then she proceeded to do my nails while doing my nails she cut my fingers and then apologize for and here it is a week later and Im missing for nails its a nice spot but Ill will never go back
