I wish they had this place where I lived. I loved it so much and the lady I had was so sweet. I’m not sure of the ladies name but she did them faster then any of my nails have ever been done but they’re the best looking ones I’ve gotten. I would love going here again and would recommend it to everyone.

Jessi is awesome and does my nails just the way I love them! I am so happy to have found her! Le did my pedicure. She worked at a place I went to before I found Lucky Nails and left, which made me sad. I was very happy to find her at Lucky Nails because she does a fantastic job! The place is spotless and sanitary, which is very important to me. I am always greeted kindly when I arrive. They are quick without cutting corners. I highly recommend!!!

Id like to start by saying the staff was very nice. We came there as a large party before a wedding to have our nails done. My pedicure was immaculate and still looks amazing. My acrylic nails however were a completely different story. They were lumpy, looked liked they needed a fill and the gems I had them put on didnt even last til the wedding. Additionally, I asked if we could do a matte coat and was told yes. But the matt coat went on the rest of the nail just not where the stones were. So I had a Shiney coat in-between the stones and matte on the bottom. I feel so bad because the lady was so sweet but paying 125 dollars and getting this quality of work is just unacceptable.

First time pedicure so I was worried about my sensitive feet. It was amazing! She did everything that my feet really needed and the leg massage was equally amazing. I will be returning and bringing my husband next time. I highly recommend these girls and the establishment, great job all. Thanks.

I have been going to Lucky Nails for 5 years. I have taken family and friends there who are also frequent patrons. I have tried other places in Springfield and I have not found any nail salon as wonderful as Lucky Nails. Technicians are nice, courteous and respectful. The environment is very clean and safe. Their work is amazing and lasts a long time. I always enjoy my time there being pampered with a pedicure by my favorite technician.

I got a full set with regular polish and my mom got a fill with regular polish and it came down to 65$. The experience was amazing and the people were very nice and light hearted.

I was in need of an awesome nail tech and I had totally forgotten about how awesome the nail techs are at this salon. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie. She was thorough and explain to me what she was doing and the reason why as she was taking care of my nails. Im definitely coming back and I recommend you do the same.

Henry is great. Efficient, pleasant, and talented. Used the salon before, with good results, but this time was better.

I have had so many complements from so many people on how nice my nails look.And right away the people want to know where I have them done. It’s a business ran by two of the sweetest people I know. The did two sets ofAcrylic for me and the first set looked great! The second set looked basic and not nearly worth $60 but they did get us in same day so that was a plus. They are kinda expensive for not having very many design options . More old school options than anything. Awesome pedicure for $40

My first time experience with LN was amazing! Just wanted something cheap (on a budget) but needed my toes done since I can’t reach my own toes because my belly is so big at 8 months pregnant. Great service! My friend and I really enjoyed the basic pedicure.

I had a fantastic experience. I asked for a basic pedicure but what I received was more than I receive with deluxe pedicures at other establishments and it cost less than I have paid elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

Staff are all friendly and professional. The lady I had didn’t rub my feet or legs at all (personally my favorite part) but she did great on cleaning up around my nails and did my French tips as requested. I’m always happy with the service here.

I have been a Lucky Nails customer for over 6 years. I have had my acrylic nails for 20+ years, done in 3 different states. It took me a while when I moved to Springfield to find people who provided the nails I like. I need acrylic, sometimes with tips if my nails are too short, sometimes my nails with just acrylic. But what makes my request different, I WANT THEM SO SHORT YOU FEEL MY SKIN AT THE END. I work in the hospital in patient care. 1) I talk with my hands 2) I do not want my gait belt or their bed or chair to accidently rip a nail off. Stephanie and Jessi (and Tiffany when she is there) do exactly that. I also LOVE the online scheduler. My appointments are when I can do them!!

I came in because my normal place was closed and I needed my nails filled. Jessi was fantastic, I will probably just switch to going here. Im pretty picky on my nails and she was kind and made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. I appreciated it so much. They look amazing!

My daughter and I went together (which we do regularly), because our regular place was booked we went to Lucky. We had to wait 30 minutes to be taken back for our pedicures (we had an appointment). Then she had her manicure but I had to wait 30 more minutes for mine. We go together because we want to be together. I was charged $30 more for the same exact thing she got. My dipped nails were thick and wavy. Two days later one of them cracked and broke off. Her nails cracked and broke also. Not going back!

Hands down best pedicure Ive ever had! My 8 year old got her first today and fell in love. They were very gentle on our feet and kind, highly recommend will be back again

I went to go get my nails done for my birthday and this was my first time here, I will say the staff was friendly but I asked for a coffin shape and then got square shape, I also asked for tips but wasn’t allowed since I paid before getting them done. I noticed that nothing was done with my nails just immediately started to put acrylic on them. The hang nails were left and when I went home I realized a few of my nails came out crooked and then a few hours later the skin around them started to burn and crack up and dry. They look in worse condition then what I went in with. No refunds are available so I guess I am stuck with this for now.

I had my first manicure EVER with Jessi at Lucky Nails. I am beyond ecstatic with how they turned out. I went back to have them refilled again and again, and had a wonderful experience every time. I LOVE my nails and received numerous compliments. I was cautioned by more than one person prior to having my nails done that doing this could ruin my natural nails. At Lucky Nails I can tell you first hand that this is not even remotely a concern. I had my nails removed today and my natural nails are stronger than ever. This was my first experience at lucky nail and Henry didn’t disappoint! He was very attentive to detail and excellent with communication to ensure my nails turned out the way I envisioned.

The in/outside is very nice and clean. The staff are also very nice and do an AMAZING job. I would recommend for everyone to go and try them out.

I keep nails pretty short and they are square but I like more of an almond or rounded tip and they do a great job of keeping my nails short and still giving me the shape I like. They got us in quickly with 2 walk ins, one was a difficult set, and they were great.

Annie did my pedicure and has always done my nails. Shop is always clean and technicians are great.

Over 20 years as a loyal client, and still love’em! 😊

One of the best manicures ever! My daughters both said the same thing. All 3 technicians were careful with the cuticles, clean on the polish and mi e did perfect nail art, coming out exactly as I requested. Totally a 5 star visit!

The technician that did my nails was so good! I usually don’t get my nails done but they were so good to me I’m going to have to come to them more often! He helped me pick out a color and was so polite and efficient. Covid precautions were in place but still felt very personable

I usually dont do reviews, but ive been to several nail spas in springfield and this place was hands down best pedi Ive had. Not to mention the friendly and clean environment. They also did an amazing job on my daughters mani and pedi! Well definitely be coming back

My friend and I went in to have luxury pedicures done today and they were amazing! This was my first time at Lucky Nails and they provide such a clean and beautiful environment. I’ve only done basic pedicures at other places before today but I will always want luxury after getting the treatment done today. My legs and feet are so soft and my nail color looks great. Lucky Nails will be my go to place for pedicures!

Very clean place. Took my wife for a pedicure. Annie was very sweet, talkative, and fun. She was really engaged with my wife. She took her time and at no time did we feel rushed. I highly recommend Annie for pedicures. We will be returning.

It’s a beautiful and clean salon. Masks and coronavirus protection. Henry was fantastic. I’m 64 years old and have hundreds of mani/pedis. This was the best by far. Wonderful massage.

After a week my acrylic gel set are coming off, they looked like they needed a fill from day one. They were bumpy and uneven. I honestly will never go back. The pictures I posted are a week into having them and honestly look better than they do in person.
