I thought was overpriced and although customer service was great the ability to do a simple highlight was not achieved. I have a short Bob and Went in wanting blonde highlights with rose gold low lights. My desired look was not achieved in the slightest. Everyones hair holds different. Guess mine didnt. Within 3 washes what I did pay 120.00 for washed down the drain.

I love Tangles, I always love my hair when I leave, thank you Danielle Hand. The private suites are wonderful! Especially during Covid, I always felt very safe and comfortable. Their scheduling system “Schedulicity” is so convenient, I travel alot and can make my appointments upon my return from literally anywhere.

Bobby is the man in Springfield for a great true barber cut! He is a perfectionist when it come to insuring your hair is cut to your liking! He also razor cuts around you hair line. I highly recommend getting your hair cut by this man he knows what he is doing! If you are prior military or current he knows what you are looking for in a haircut.Thanks Bobby..

Easy to make appt. They send reminders by text and email. They have really worked hard to make everyone feel at ease with Covid precautions. Im very cautious and everyone is wearing masks and cleaning.

I moved to Cedar Hill, Tennessee in July of this year and was worried about finding a good hairdresser. One night reading in local groups on Facebook I came across April Osborne running a special on hair coloring, so I messaged her and made an appointment. I can tell you she is fantastic. She is so nice and friendly. She did a fantastic job on my hair. So this review is not only for the salon, but for April. I recommend her highly. I love the colors.

I have had AWFUL experiences with salons. Messed up colors, perms, cuts—you name it and it has probably happened to me. That being said, I do not trust a lot of people with my hair, however, after looking at reviews of this place with Latte being recommended, I decided to schedule an appointment. I arrived to the appointment and I was taken back early! Latte was very attentive to what I wanted with my hair, was honest about what it would look like (whether it would suit me or not), and he was very humorous and easy to talk to! When he was finished with my hair, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! I highly recommend Latte. He is a great stylist that provides a wonderful atmosphere and experience. They are also very reasonably priced—$25 for a beautiful cut AND style. I saw quite a bit of reviews about other stylist, but everything I saw in reviews about Latte have been positive, and for good reason. I highly recommend!

First time visiting today and was fortunate enough to get a session with a stylist right away, though appointments are recommended. April was a very affable, tall, and had a great feeling for what sort of haircut was appropriate. Very nice place and very reasonable.

Love my Erin (Fisher)!!!! She is one of the BEST hair dressers I know. Mom, Morgan, my aunt and I go to her for styles, up-dos, perms, cuts and color. Also, Nancy is an excellent masseuse and they are both so reasonable in price. She does relaxation, deep tissue, and facelift massages, soft tissue release, cellulite treatments and much more. Check both these ladies out. You wont be disappointed.

This place is the best kept secret in Springfield, so I must tell everyone it is awesome. Ive been using the same stylist for 25+ years and have never used anyone else until I came into Tangles yesterday desperate for a long overdue haircut. I had used Stacy Groves in the past for my daughters cut/color and she was amazing, so I was not worried about how she would do for my hair style. She didnt jump into just starting the cut. She took the time to examine my hair and previous cut; and let me say she did an amazing job. Ive already referred her to a customer who complemented my hair cut today. Please try this place out; even if you dont live in Springfield. Its worth the drive. The place is beautiful and clean, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great cut Stacy! Went there this afternoon to get hair cut and color. I had an appointment with BrittanyI love this color matches my natural perfect. I also like the way she cut my hair. I know its hard to cut a person hair the first time but I think she done a really good job for the way I like to wear mine. Brittany is so sweet she also does make up.Before after pictures.

My wonderful GF gave me a gift certificate for a 1/2 hour massage by Bianca at Tangles Salon. I have had a few great massages over the years so I was looking forward to it. However I was very disappointed with the experience. Bianca was nice and her attitude was pleasant but the massage was terrible. To begin with the massage table padding was nearly worn out and uncomfortable to lay on. The room was kind of chilly, not warm like you would expect when you have to undress. As for the massage it had no flow to it, touch you here for a moment then over here for a moment, and there was little in the way of what I call an effort to the massage. The thing that really got me was that 90% of the time she used only 1 hand... every so often the massaging hand would stop in place for a while like she was distracted... I got the strong feeling she was on her phone the whole time but since I couldnt see I dont know for sure. About mid-way thru I was considering getting up and leaving but to not be rude I waited thru it. I will not go back nor will I recommend any one else to do the same. Terrible way to waste $40 of the GFs money.

Latte is amazing!! He actually takes his time and doesnt try to rush you. You can tell he really cares about his work and your happiness.

I have been going to julie for over 10 years and will continue she is the only one I will let cut my hair. They keep the salon clean,everyone is friendly,their prices are competitive and they all seem to know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.

Ive been to this place twice and both times been disappointed. The first time, I went in as a walk in and wanted a simple hair cut and I got denied service due to not enough time. (Which there was plenty of time.) Today, I made an appointment and the person left before my appointment, so again no hair cut! Ill never go back to this place! Ill take my services else where. It may be a cute place, but it means nothing when you cant get services.

Brittany Pentacost is fabulous! She is so great with coloring (blonde for me), that its worth the 30 minute drive for me from Exit 8. Prices are reasonable (no sticker shock like some salons in bigger towns). I also like that I can schedule online using Schedulicity which also sends me appointment reminders.

I’ve left 3 messages in 6 months, trying to make an appointment here. Their voicemail has a stern “don’t leave multiple messages” instruction when you call...but they literally do not return the 1st call (nor does an actual person ever answer the phone). I’m disgusted with the lack of customer service. They have lost my business, all of my daughter’s business, my mom’s, friend’s, and absolutely anyone else who asks my opinion!

I was in town and my mother and I were in desperate need of a haircut. Ive decided to call and set up an appt, to my surprise, no one answered and so I left a message. I decided to head down there to see if I can speak to someone in person and to my dismay no one was at the desk to greet me. So I sat down with two other ladies, waiting for someone to help me.The two ladies were called in for their appts and both of those times, not once did the stylists greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance.I was disgusted with the poor customer service that I got up and took my business else where and Im glad I did.They returned my phone call 45 min later but fortunately, I was able to be waited on right away at another hair salon just right down the street.Moral of the story, it doesnt hurt to say Hi!. Wheres the southern hospitality that everyone is talking about. Definitely not here.
