I only just got my nails done two weeks ago and half of them have cracked or chipped off. All I asked for was acrylic with gel polish. They are a beautiful color but the first one broke literally the day after I got them done. After the weekend went by it bothered me so much I went back to get it fixed. They did it but just for one nail they charged me five dollars. Now majority of my nails have chips in them and some have completely broken off doing basic tasks. I normally go to aqua nails on Campbell but found that the day that I got mine done they were way too busy. This resulted in me going to signature and now that I have been I will never go back because my nails are such bad quality and I have broken my long fingernails to nubs. very frustrating knowing I spent a decent amount of money getting them done. I’m a college student I don’t have a ton of money to spend.

Ive been to a dozen nail salons over the years and could never find anywhere that I was particularly impressed with. Ill be the first to admit Im a difficult client. I have large hands and want my nails a particular shape and length so as not to accentuate that. I noticed a friend of mine always had the prettiest nails, and she recommended Signature Nails. Ive been hooked ever since. Its a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. Theyre always patient, professional and so far theyve been able to replicate every design Ive shown them. Im not creative at all, so I scroll Google images looking for new ideas every month, then show them a picture and they always deliver. Theyre transparent with their prices, unlike some places that have hidden fees that you dont know about until youre done, and everything is very reasonably priced. Signature has adapted to comply with all the new covid guidelines, even going above and beyond to keep their customers and staff safe, while still offering their usual relaxing and enjoyable experience. I go twice a month for my nails and a pedicure and never leave unsatisfied. But if for some reason a nail breaks or you have some other issue, they make it right without a hassle. I cant say enough good about Signature Nails.

I had gone to another shop out of town, just because it was a bit closer to where I was and I will NEVER do it again, I will drive however far I have to in order to go to Signature. I went in early today, around 9, and they were kind of dead, at least compared to how busy they are normally on a Sunday when I come in which is normally around 10-10:30. I didn’t catch the name of my tech, because I normally switch to different techs depending on the day and who’s available. She took her time and made sure that everything was how I wanted before we moved onto the next step of my services. She made sure that everything was perfect and she was SUPER gentle. If you go in she is a rather slim woman with light brown, almost cinnamon, hair. She made sure to clean my hands thoroughly after my dip powder manicure and made sure that everything was perfect before we went up to pay and her English is amazing, especially considering it isn’t her first language. But all the techs are great, they always seem to go out of their way to make sure that I think my manicure and pedicure is perfect! Highly recommend for gel pedicures and dip manicures.

Wonderful experience! I brought a reference photo and got exactly what I asked for! Everyone including the customer next to me was friendly. Small wait, but they continued to check on me through that time.

First time getting a mani/pedi with french tips. Thought $110.00 was outrageous! But they did turn out beautifully.

I was trying to be optimistic coming here, but honestly I’ve never had such ugly nails after a manicure. Honestly horrible quality and cuticle cleaning. Half my nail isn’t even painted . Look at the pictures for yourself.

Very nice, but good luck if you’re in a hurry. It’s a Tuesday afternoon and we’ve sat here for 45 minutes and have no one taking care of us. Very sad. After waiting an HOUR, they did an outstanding job as usual. They. like everyone else, need more workers.

I went in to get a powder dip set, a pretty cornflower blue...terrible work. Some of them you can see through the tips of my nails. You can feel bumps and imperfections in them....terrible work! Then went I went to pay it was 10 dollars more than 3 weeks ago!!!

This was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. They were rude from the moment we walked in and at the end they were raising their voice at me and arguing with me in front of everyone in the salon. My nails look awful and they are cut way too short but they blamed me for the shape I picked which has nothing to do with the length. They said I asked for square shaped when I had to tell them 3 times I wanted them round. Even if there was a miscommunication there was no reason to flip out and be rude. Several of the lights would not work very good and they kept raising their voice over that too even though I kept telling them they werent working. The guy who was doing my friends nails rolled his eyes at her twice. I dont know how they stay in business treating people like that but I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone I know

They do all sorts of decorations, dips, and ect. Mine cost $45. Give them a call or walk-ins are welcome. Pedicures are also given. The picture wasnt taken at the facility... Sorry... Just got off work... Just wanted to get the word out. Thanks!

Ive been using their services for 3-4 years. Every experience has been very pleasant. The downside is that they speak their Asian language to each other and its difficult when they are speaking to you.

I got in right away as a walk-in, told the manicurist what I wanted and was done within the hour. Nicely done!

We made an appointment ahead of time yet had to wait about 20 minutes until we got seated. The gentleman doing my pedicure was not friendly at all and rough. What should have been a relaxing and pleasurable experience, was instead tense and uncomfortable.

Make sure you call to verify the price of the service, the website prices are not what they charge. I called to make an appointment and the employee informed me that it would be more expensive than the website because the website was outdated. You would think they would have the professionalism to update their website or honor the website price if they weren’t going to update it. Also just sounds like they are trying to get more money out of you.

Very unprofessional.. the lady I had over charged me $10 first of all for the pedicure I got.. then when I got in there I said I needed my 1 broken nail fixed.  She preceded to remove all my nails saying they HAD to be removed.. (they were only a couple weeks old to begin with) I asked for coffin and they are far from that.  She over charged me AGAIN $10 for the same thing I already had in the first place.  Only difference was my ring nails design.. she told me I would be breaking them she was sure and as she finished them decided to sit there joking about them as she got the guy next to her in on it.. I asked her why was the price different from what I had paid 2 weeks prior and she tried to said the length (same I had), then it was the shape(she didnt do correct) then it was the ombre she did(which has lumps and isnt smooth)Extremely unprofessional in my opinion..

I needed to get my nails done last minute and called these guys and gals. I had tried 3 different places and wasnt happy with the results after a week. B and David took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. I liked that they had a plethora of options for gel, dip powder and regular nail polish.

They never break! I love the workers and they really listen to what I need and want. Also I always get in and out quickly💗

I loved signature nails! My nails look great, they took their time and were simply friendly, even offering me a drink. Not to mention they have over 1200 colors to choose from! Ive been to several nail salons in Springfield and I will definitely revisit signature nails, and recommend them to all my girls!

Lynzy did such a great job!! I let her know that I wanted a New Years theme using dip on my natural nails, and she took it from there! She made a gorgeous set using bright red with a glitter ombre, then painted fireworks on my ring fingers! Altogether it was only $40. Not bad for dip, ombre, and unique nail art! I love coming here and cant wait to come back next month ^_^

My daughter and I went in to have her nails done for her birthday and I had my toes done. Well, the guys that did my pedicure didn’t do a very good job at all. The guy used one of the hot stones on one leg and not the other and didn’t even rub my feet like they usually do. My daughters nails we noticed when we got home that they were not straight at all. I will never go back to that place again.

Love signature nails- after terrible experiences in different nail salons, I found THE place. The staff massage you for a long time and really clean your nails! She was all so nice and did a really good job with my nails. Super relaxing environment. . . nice chairs, rose water foot bowls, and amazing service! I will definitely return and would recommend it to my friends.

I’ve been going to signature for about four years now. Amy is the best, I always get a full SNS set with coffin shape. Today, I had a younger male I had never had before, and I understand there are learning experiences; however, I left with five of my fingers bleeding and in thriving pain from the chemicals still in these cuts. When two of my fingers started bleeding, I asked if I could wash my hands since he had just buffed them, leaving small granules of the nail in the cut. He said NO and continued to buff on the nails that were bleeding, putting more bacteria in the cut. All of this happening, on top of the fact that the nails are insanely thick and the majority of them crooked. I’m not usually one to write a review, and signature has been my nail place for years, this was just a painful experience, and not worth the $40 it cost myself to go through this. I still recommend this place to anyone who asks, they should just monitor the quality of manicure they are being given to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else.

I normally do not get my nails done but every now and then I will. I had been going here for years as I used to get them done every two weeks. On my last visit here they did a great job and the nails lasted for every. I opted to do the dip powder. I did not give them 5 stars as the selection of nail colors on the wall is a bit messy and hard to find what you want. This area of the shop could use a bit more space. Other than that this is a great nail shop.

This was my first time getting a pedicure, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was kind and conscientious. We got in quickly, and were offered drinks. We chose the deluxe pedicure and were able to choose our scent. I chose lavender and it was amazing. Definitely planning on making this a regular thing! Oh, and my nails look beautiful :-)

BEST NAIL SALON. Came to get nails with my sisters, both staff members were kind, and sweet. The nail tech listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and how I normally get my sails done and she did just that!! My experience was nothing short of amazing. We had a great experience with these sweet ladies.

Amazing place and did exactly what I asked for with my nails for my baby shower! I would highly recommend going to them! I’ll definitely be back here again! Such nice friendly people as well! To add I have super small hands and feet, they managed to do everything perfectly still including a baby foot print on both my ring fingers!

Been going there over three years now and I have always been happy with my nails. The last three visits I ended up with the same Tech and she has been a little rough and ended up burning one of my nails. On top of that I realized as long as I have been going there they always acknowledge you like it’s the first time they’ve ever seen you. The old owners and workers were much more personable. Putting those Two things into consideration since my last visit I think I’m going to look for another place. Just not sure I can find a place that does as good of work.

Most of the time they all do a great job. I would recommend checking there peek hours and go a time when they are not so busy. Service with a smile.

So disappointed with this place... went in to get a dip set with a tip. Was excited to treat myself before an upcoming girls trip. When I got there I picked a sort of deep raspberry color and a matching accent glitter. As the guy put the dip color on I realized it was more of a violet/lilac color. Not what I asked for. I brought it to his attention and when he went to try and show me they were the same he realized the colors were totally different. Their excuse was the “sample colors change over time.” Then update them??? Not ok. I chose another color, also a deep raspberry and asked him to use that one.well that one turned out HOT PINK... but at this point I was extra annoyed and decided I’d just deal with the horrible pink because I didn’t want to waste anymore time. Once finished I paid and then left. In the car I realized most of my nails were incredibly crooked and one even had hair trapped under the dip powder. A few had white marks on them as well. I also had dip powder all over my skin, which was annoying. I went back to have them fixed, but rather than taking them all off and redoing them, the girl filed them down and did a color change... they’re still crooked and have been filed so much they look ridiculous. I’m not happy and now I’m stuck spending another $45 to go have them done somewhere else. I’ll never go back!

I used to love coming here. I used to religiously get my nails done here. But management and staff has changed and so has the quality. I thought Id finally found a salon I could stay at. Just disappointed really. The enjoyment factor has been sinking for me for some time now and this time did it for me. Seems like they are always saying yes to people who dont make appointments therefore causing me to sit and wait when I did call and make an appointment. The girl even said to me, You should have come a different day. Its too busy today. Again, AFTER I made an appointment. It was my only day off all week. That alone made me want to leave. No other customer mentioned making an appointment, and she ended up bouncing between me and TWO other people. I was there for at least 2 hours when normally Im there for 45min-1hour. She left my old extensions on which they have never done before with the powder dip nails, and after a week and a half a nail literally popped off, which has also never happened before. I guess I need to find a new salon.

My daughter asked me to bring her to this nail salon, as her normal salon was all booked up. I stood in the waiting area with my daughter and another lady as they were sitting. I stood for about 10 minutes or so, and then went out to my car to wait till she got finished. 45 min or so had passed and I needed to use the restroom. So I went inside the nail salon ..pointed at my daughter(letting them know I was with her)after they asked me if they could help me. I said no, But may i please use your restroom. The man pointed down the aisle. I then ask where as i dont see a door or a sign. I ask again and he points with a curve in his gesture.I go & walk past my daughter n smile n gave her my momma wink and take care of my bathroom duties ....as im coming out of the bathroom my daughter has this furious, furrowed brow and shes clearly mad. And before I could even approach her she says .....Mom!! MOM!!! You wanna know what these people were saying about you, while you were in the bathroom?!?!?Im looking a bit puzzled 🤔😯And she goes on to say this... some lady over there was talking to a nail tech (owner doing my daughters nails), telling her that she hoped there was nothing of value In that bathroom be cause the woman that is using it looks like shes up to no good (speaking about me).So the associate and this woman were talking about me this whole time, not knowing that this was my daughter (16yo) sitting next to them.POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR customer service.And for the owner to let that go on??? Wow is all I can say..

I love getting my nails done here. I have gon here about 4 times now and every time I lean here with great looking nails! They are clean, quick and great at what they do.

I usually love coming here. The tech burnt me 3 times today with the file. I asked for matte nails and she used a buffer to scuff them and refused to make my design nail matte as well. Im extremely disappointed.

2 bad experiences. Dropped in to have a repair on nails they had done and was told Well cant get you in. It was 10 minutes after they opened and there were only 3 other clients there. The second time I made an appointment. Was taken to soak my nails 15 minutes after my appointment was to start, then was left there so long the system product had coated my hands and I could not get it off. 40 minutes later I was still setting, so I offered to pay for removal and left. Had received good service prior to this, but always had my daughter with me.

Love them. They beat all other salons. Hands down. Im super picky and they are the best.

The atmosphere is relaxed, they are calm and easy going which is great because Im so indecisive up until my appt time on what I want! They took their time and I had the perfect end result - both in color and shape. Very happy with the experience. I will come back whenever I need to get a mani or pedi, def recommend!

I go for the SNS dip. They have every color option on the planet and can do fun color designs. I have my hands in water and chemicals alot as a hairstylist and the SNS does not lift around the edges like shellac and gel did, or trash my natural nail bed. Once a month visit and my nails stay fabulous all month long.

This is the only place to go to get your nails done. The best staff and very affordable!
