Only complaint is I prefer my acrylic nails on the thinner side. I love the color and my eyebrows I got done there. I would go back for sure. The interior is clean and nice. I definitely liked the price better than the previous place I visited in Springfield.

I have been looking for a new nail place and found Saigon nails. Lee has done my nails 5x now and he always does a wonderful job! He is really talented and takes his time to ensure you love the end result! I’ve also received a pedicure here and that was wonderful as well! I believe their prices are fair for the great quality you get. 10/10 recommend this nail salon.

They have online appointment booking, which is wonderful! All of the technicians were so kind. I had a wonderful pedicure and will definitely be back!

I love Avee & Lee! They are always so kind and do a great job on my nails. Theyre the only nail salon I go to! They take the time to get to know you as a person and make sure you are happy with the service they are giving you.

The lady was very aggressive with my hands. She seemed very irritated and she kept huffing and puffing as is I was a inconvenience. She also started to rush as soon as a new client came for her. I can’t help but to feel like it’s because I am an African American woman.The only reason I liked the service is because my nails look 100 percent better.

First time here, was so excited because of the good reviews! There were 3 of us, my mom, me and my daughter. We always get nails done together and it’s a time for us to relax and enjoy time together. They did not listen to what we wanted. Spent 2 hours here and didn’t even get my nails done! This experience was awful. Will not be back.

Been going here for 6 months. I tried 3 others before I found Lee. He does fantastic nails. Will never go anywhere else again. Lee and his wife are great !! I’ve watched and whatever nail design people come in wanting they are able to replicate it ! Amazing

My daughter and I wanted a pedicure so I took her to Saigon Nails because we live in Jerome. My daughter got a pink/gold metallic color and it turned out very nice. I would go there again it’s a great place that does an excellent job.

I walked in hoping to get my nails done and they kindly asked if I could wait 20 min. Within 20 min I was getting my nails done!!! I scheduled a pedicure for later in the afternoon. Very pleased!!! Will be coming back !!

The short dark haired Chinese lady filed my nail down withthe filing burr and burned my nail, and was very rude aboutit and Nonchalant it was my first time going there and I definitely won’t be back and I do not recommend this nail spa!!

Wonderful service and the BEST massage ever from Avee

They are great. We just had a girls day there this morning with 4 adult girls & 2 5 or under girls getting pedicures. They were very sweet to the little girls who had a butterfly chair with wings to sit in. The little girls called it their princess chair & it fit the 2 of them just fine. Us 4 big girls had a fun & relaxing time as well. Great place for a relaxing time & when you leave, you have had a wonderful manicure and/or pedicare.

A friend brought me here while I was visiting from out of town. I got a gel polish and I love it! Its the best manicure Ive ever had! No acrylics were available, but the tech worked with my short nails and around my dry cuticles.

This nail salon is amazing! They have a princess chair and treated my 6 year old niece just like one. We were able to get 4 pedicures at the same time, and we called for an appointment that day. They were very accomodating. The people were friendly, the prices were competitive, and they even threw in free toe designs for the group. Excellent, high quality, place with friendly people. I would highly recommend it!

Love this place because there is no overpowering chemical smell. They dont do acrylics so pedicure customers dont have to risk their health. This is the only place that I will go.

I highly recommend Saigon Nails if you are looking for knowlegable, friendly and efficient nail technicians. They dont do acrylics (which are horrible for your nail health!) but are really good at shellac & gel nails which will look good for a couple of weeks.

Felt it was overpriced and rushed. $30 for a basic pedicure that lasted less than 30 minutes. Also, didnt do anything for the rough, dry spots on my feet. The staff was friendly and I really liked the massage chairs.

I love that place. Teresa does the best pedicures and massages the legs and feet very well I could fall asleep. Very nice calm environment and everyone is extremely nice.
