The most rude and mean worst people ever. I went to take off my nails and went out without taking them off because it the way they do it so painful and they have bad customer service don’t wear ur time going there.

I like this spa a lot, staff are nice, they do a really great job with my nails and their prices are similar to other places. Here is a picture of my nails the last time i went there a few days ago.

Ive been going here for years and Ive never had a bad experience; really sorry to hear others have. Ive always had nice nail techs, quality manicures that last 7-10 days before starting to chip, and Ive always thought this place was clean/hygienic.

All I have to say is Tracy is a Rock Star. She is so kind & calming & attentive (all while acting as the spa manager!) I never even notice anything else going on around me. Thanks Tracy🤗

Don’t waste your money here! DANNY the nail specialist made me wait one houreven though I made an appointment a week before and he rushed to do my nails because we had someone waiting for him! This is 2nd time this happened. He takes appointments on top of appointments and makes people wait and did a very bad job! After paying $120 you would hope for your nails to last at least 2 weeks but mine chipped on the 4th day. Waste of money and time!Definitely not going there. I tell you all spend your money somewhere else and thank me later!!!

Rude employees. My daughter asked for a regular manicure and they gave her gel. Have had good experiences in the past but wont be going back.

My nail tech was Tiffany & honestly it started off on red flags. i came in at 7:45pm and they close at 10pm - she would complain on how I came in late and she couldn’t do much of what i wanted bc she was tired. i understood completely and went with a simple blue color gel acrylic, the whole time she complained to me. afterwards she told me what i got was a total of $70. i paid $65 after discussing that the sign says $50+ for a gel acryl mani and that my set should’ve been at most $55 or even $60. i left crying at how badly i was treated. worst place ever - if you want better quality, service, and reliable nail techs go anywhere but. here.update: after a week my nails chipped and fell off, i called to let them know on my experience and was left on hold then got hung up on - called again and the lady just told me the add on prices which make no sense and she didn’t even know they’re own prices cause i took a picture of their price sign and she was completely off.

I got a full set of gel acrylics(first time trying gel nails). spent about 60$ just for them to chip and fall off not even two weeks later. the color was beautiful but the lady working on my nails was constantly on her phone. definitely would not recommend.

The store is well appointed & on an early Friday afternoon, was not crowded. I felt nicely, socially distanced so that I could get a safe mani-pedi before a wedding. I wore my required mask & my nail tech, Linh, had on her N95-labelled mask the entire time. She did a fantastic gel manicure & classic pedicure for me for about the going rate. I also had her to do my brows & some other waxing that I needed. I definitely plan to return soon to this shop at Springfield Mall. I hope Linh will be available.

The pictures speak for themselves. You can tell the shape is really terrible and the gel is uneven. I asked for a coffin shape and I was left with this. My friend paid for me as a treat for my birthday and I’m appalled they let me walk out with this set. The nail tech (Tiffany) said she would do a better job the next time I came in.. I shouldn’t have to come a second time for the set to come out nice to begin with. On top of that when my friend and I walked in they said they could take one person immediately and the other person would have to wait. We waited 15 minutes before someone approached us about getting a set done. My friend never got her nails done. It took 2 hours for an acrylic refill with coffin shape and gel. Let’s not forget the nail files that they REUSE AND DONT REPLACE OR SANITIZE. I’m never coming here again.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I asked for acrylics and the man didn’t listen to me at all. He proceeded to give me a manicure when i kept saying I wanted acrylics. Finally, when he understood i wanted acrylics, i was moved to another lady. The lady told me i had to pay $20 for a manicure AND $40 for acrylics, WHEN I ASKED FOR ACRYLICS the very first time. I politely told the manager I never wanted a manicure and repeatedly expressed that! I was then kicked out and treated so horribly. I left the place IN TEARS. Horrible customer service!

I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to my hands and feet. I shop around when it comes to nail salons because I want the best available service. Tracy is my girl. I bring her a picture of a nail look I want and she has been on point with each one. There is no design she cannot do. Beauty cost money though so if you want a GOOD and PROFESSIONAL service, then this is the place for you. I splurge on myself once a month because that’s how long my nails last and all thanks to my girl Tracy. I definitely recommend her.

The woman who did my nails was very nice I believe her name is Linh. We didn’t have many conversations but it wasn’t awkward, it was a comfortable silence. It was a very comfortable experience and didn’t hurt at all like other salons have. I do recommend however I chose a really sheer color which might not be the best choice because it’s easier to see flaws.

Dont go there. Waste of money. These people do not know how to do their job. Will mess up your nails.

Don’t even enter this place; completely dishonest; for pedicure gave me a blob of color on toes. My feet peeled so bad afterwards. Not professional at all. My cuticles look worse. A pure assembly line; greedy business with rude staff. Gave me regular color and charged me for gel. I had to literally get a mani pedi next day to fix the damage. I ll cuss at them every time I will walk by their store

More of 0 stars. dont come here to get your eyelashes done. I went in 3 days ago and my eyelashes are already falling out. I know you cant shower for 24 hours so I didnt. I know you cant be touching your eye lashes so I didnt and I was good about leaving them alone. before getting them done the lady who did them said it would last 2 weeks. I went in today to see if they could do something about it and the lady who attended me said that cluster eye lashes only last a couple days. and I told her that the lady who did it for me said it would last 2 weeks and she replied with Im sorry we cant do anything about it

The lady did good but she seemed kind of annoyed and she didn’t push back my cuticles or cut my nails before putting the false nails on. They had a good amount of choices for color, but maybe can work on their friendliness. It was pretty awkward when she was doing my nails, but overall they let me walk in and did a great job

Hannah was my nail tech today, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences at a nail salon/spa that Ive ever had. She was so sweet and we had great conversation. Definitely will come back. She made my day!!

Good people, great service! I got my monthly manicure and pedicure and you just cant go wrong on the styles! Whether its coffee/chocolate or tropical or the deluxe. Its always perfect.

Apple is amazing. Great attitude, gets all the dead skin and does nice designs. Pleasant experience every time.

My two friends and I went together to get pedicures and they ushered us into the silent back room were it was just us and a couple workers. It wasnt just awkward but all of us got a creepy feeling being back there by ourselves. Plus they werent the most delicate on the toes. The hot towels they used were scalding hot, they tried to rub off skin that wasnt dead, and they were asking my friend to get her eyebrows done. It was an uncomfortable experience for everyone.

I recently got a manicure and pedicure (about a week ago) and it looks as if I had them for 2 to 3 weeks. They rush you and they are over priced. I would not go back.

I went to Nouvelle Nail & Spa and the service was great. Venny was very attentive with my nails.

It was the worst pedicure Ive had. The gentleman performing the service was lazy and its my fault for not saying anything. He barely trimmed around my nails and rubbed my legs up and down twice for the massage. He didnt put my shoes on and when I pointed to them, he said wait. He put them on after the polish and luckily he did get them on without ruining the polish. But that didnt really matter because the polish started chipping the very next day.

Danny is the guy best in getting your nails done. Excellent customer service experience. You get the value for your money

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Linh has been taking care of me for a few week. I just tried a massage and have to say it was completely relaxing! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Where do I begin? Hate to say it but the nail tech Lynn lacks technique and had two opportunities to do a simple pedicure. After seeing the sloppy work under light at the drying bench, I asked to have her original work on my two big toes redone. Asked for someone else, not an option. Unfortunately she redid it, and still did a poor job. I was told someone else can redo for me, but that should have been an option the second time and not third. Worst pedicure of my life... I’ve been to multiple states, countless nail salons, and will never give them my business again. Even if it was free service. Two thumbs down. People who care about their work should be there, not people too unbothered to care.

This is truly the worst nail salon. I really wish I could give negative stars !!!! Normally when I get my nails done I get a acrylic fill and it lastS for four weeks. Just over a week and a half ago I got my nails done at this salon and now my finger nails are already starting to separate from the gel itself. The woman who did my nails was more concerned about talking to her friend next to her than focusing on doing a good job on my nails. She was absolutely horrible and then when she asked me if I was happy with my nails and I said no she was extremely upset with me. My advice is just don’t waste your money... I am so mad by the whole experience!!

I almost bypassed this place because of the reviews, but Im glad I didnt! Vinnie did an awesome job on my mani pedi. He was super patient and accommodating when I asked for a last-minute design. Id definitely come back to see him when Im in Springfield again.

Helen was nice and quiet. It was a relaxing experience. Unfortunately I asked if she thought my toes were dry and she said yes. My toes were not dry enough 😢. I am bummed, went with classic polish on my toes and gel on my fingers.

Went in for eyelash extensions, asked if it was individual or clusters, was told it was individual, turned out it was clusters. the lady expected me not to blink at all during the 45 mins it took her for the application, she taped my eyes half open. Walked to the food court and 2 clusters fell out. Not even 24hrs later 90% had fallen out, hadnt even washed my face. During the process i asked how long they will last and she said it will last longer if you are gentle with them.. asked again still no definite answer! Thats 45$ plus tip of my money gone down the drain. Wasnt happy with it. One eye looked more than the other and it was not straight, it was applied up and down, so much that from afar you could see the gaps and the mistakes! Dont recommend them. Will not be returning!

My sister left this place in tears due to them taunting and ridiculing her. I am so shocked this establishment is still running. I took my sister and cousin in to get their nails done. Not only did they rush the service, my sisters nails came out horrible. After bringing it to their attention, another women began to fix them. The women tried to fix them but in the end they only came out worse. She tried to convince my younger sister it was all in her head and that they looked fine. She then began taunting my sister to her coworkers in their native language. Another customer intervened and told the women to speak English and be clear in what she was saying. The women continued to make my sister feel uncomfortable and small. My sister than decided she just wanted to leave so she asked for them to remove the nails and get her money back. They agreed but continued to bully her until my sister broke down in tears.This establishment is the furthest from professional. They dont care about their customer service or their work. I have never seen anyone treat a young girl like this and they should be ashamed of themselves. Dont spend a single dollar here.

This is my favorite Nail Salon so far. Danny, Hannah Sophia and Winnie 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Did my nails so far. Everything is great except for the customer service that i experienced when me and my friends went here 2 days ago. I asked them if either Danny, Hannah and Sophia worked today and the first lady who approached to me rudely answered NO and literally left me for like 10 minutes and they are all just there standing and staring at me talking to their own language😒😒😒😒 like no one knows what they are talking. I felt embarrassed of what they did... All i need is to do my nails done and not them giving me any attitude it’s my day off and i need to relax and they just spoiled it by giving me an attitude.. Then after 5 more minutes of waiting the Front Desk Lady approached me and asked what i need and she set me with a new nail tech which was Winnie. He did a great job that made me forget a little how rude the other staff 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎!!!.. Mostly recommend nail tech are DANNY, SOPHIA, WINNIE AND HANNAH!!.. 5 star for their great services and making me relax and enjoy my day off and Zero Star for those people who deal with me tuesday afternoon.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! I went here for an acrylic refill because one of my nail had fallen off. Every other salon charges $15-20 for a refill. I was charged $30 because my nails were long and because ONE of my nails had to be replaced. The price for a new set is $35.. only $5 less! Within two days the nails started falling off, and 4 days later I had lost half of the nails they had refilled, and each one took parts of my real nail with it and destroyed them. This has NEVER happened to me before. I had to go get my nails removed after spending $30! I want a refund but I know they wont give me one. Worst nail salon ever!!

Ive been going here since they opened a couple years ago. Its always been very clean and Ive never waited more than about 5 minutes even on busy days. They have a good selection of polish as well as gel polishes. I dont get acrylics so I cant speak to that. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.

My experience at the nail salon was very strange. I asked the lady to alternate between black and white on my nails. She started by paining one hand white and was moving on to paint the other one white. I had to constantly remind her that I wanted black AND white on one hand. She just said I forgot that you wanted that. I would recommend not to go here because after she finally got it right, The polish started to peel off and chip. My nails now feel dry and worn out. This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I love the colors and the staff is very nice but not great. The lady had to move me to another table to finish my nails because another guest had walked in and for some reason there was no room even though there were a lot of empty tables.

Can be hit or miss depending on who does your nails. First visit was great, and my pedicure lasted awhile. My most recent visit, the nail technician was slightly snotty about me choosing regular polish and my mail color chipped the day after my pedicure.

I have visited this salon twice & both experiences were not pleasant. Everyone is snappy & always in a rush & don’t take the time out to show you any costumer service!Also not the best when it came to my actual nail services. I should have went to Mon Cheri downstairs!

I reallllly want to like this place. I love the atmosphere and they have always done a great job on my nails. But last time I went Apple was the rudest woman in the world. She was so nice until I asked to change my polish color because right when she put it on my first finger I noticed it looked nothing like the sample color. AND THAT JUST RUINED APPLES DAY! She started cursing me out in her language, talking to me like I was stupid, being rough with my hands the rest of the time. Im really mad at myself for not walking out. I always go really simple with my nails and dont think I was being difficult what so ever. Ill give this place one more try but Im going to request Hannah who was awesome last time I had her.

Im visiting from Boston and broke a nail. I needed it fixed and another repainted and they got me in and out quickly. Tracy was great.

I’ve been here twice now and both times the technicians seemed to be in a rush. Both time my nail polish was very messy. They did not clean the polish that had landed on skin. I do not recommend this nail salon at all.

It made me put a star or they would not have one... I came to this nail salon last night my friend and I received the honey butter spa pedi and I got acrylic nails done .... Apple and Helen gave me amazing service last night... Despite their great service it quickly turned to I’m never coming back ... When I came home last night I had messed up my polish, So came back first thing this morning who ever sits directly in front probably the owner not sure... Was super rude I explained my situation and told her I came last night, she cleaned my polish and proceeded to tell $25 to change my polish to gel... I explained I saw the menu said $15 she said that’s for full service.... I said i was here last night and spent close to $200 dollars.... I didn’t mind paying but my acrylic full set was $30 to pay $25 for a polish change is truly ridiculous....HORRIBLE customer service on her part.... will not be returning😡 Thanks again to Apple and Helen

If I could give zero stars, I would.I called in advance to see if they could get me in this evening... to fix 2 nails. 2 NAILS that I’d broken.The girl at the front desk was really sweet and told me to come in, as they weren’t busy at that time.I came in, she greeted me and said I’d have to wait.. a lady working on nails yelled at her, “10 MINUTES!Ok!!! Well I chatted with the girl at the front, very kind, and a woman comes up and says that I need to wait because she is starving and needs to eat. No problem.Worst customer service.I left. I will never return and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I went in at 7pm.. waited 30 minutes.. and was told I’d have to wait longer despite them being totally empty, because one of the ladies was hungry. I get it.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There is a Nouvelle Salon in McLean that is 100x better than this excuse of a salon.Thanks ladies.

Really disappointed, went on Sunday 04/14 to do my biquíni wax, and got my groin burned an injured feel minutes after the procedure, plus the service was not done completely. Very bad experience, definitely never again.

Geez, I see why the rating is so low. I should have checked before I came in. Rude, arrogant people. Perhaps they dont know how many nail salons there are in the area. No business is invincible. They need diversity training and training in just general customer service. Aint coming back!

I have gone to this salon intermittently over the course of a year. They have very poor technique and shaping skills. The workmanship is mediocre and they do not do certain services well, at all. They do not do SNS, as I have gone to two separate technicians. Gel nails are usually extremely thick, lumpy and or running onto the cuticle. The women are very rude and the majority of the men are too.All they care about is money and mediocrity. The bare minimum is all they do to get paid.

Giving this place even a star is incriminating in my book. The guy that did my mani pedi offered a discounted massage included with the mani pedi. I said ok. The massage wasnt even a massage. The guy made me feel extremely uncomfortable during the massage and was very unprofessional about how he conducted his business. He asked me to remove my underwear before everything even began. I said no, as Ive had a bunch of massages done before by men and women and nobody ever asked me that. I left there in tears, and my nails didnt look good at all. He got polish on my fingers. I told the manager and the manager gave my number to the man. Nobody apologized to me and nothing could be done about the matter. Women and men I dont recommend the massage by this place or even the nails for that matter.

ZERO STAR! I usually dont write reviews but I think this time I want to save people from this place. The girl with Tattoos sits Right corner all the way in the back her name is BB. She was so aggressive, my God!! She made my 3 fingers bleed. Very unprofessional! I asked her to cut my nails a little short and she started staring at me argued with me. I had to cut my nails myself when I got home. Im never going back there.

No point in signing in, it’s not a first come first serve basis. Walked in and was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait to get my daughters nails painted. No problem, weve been coming once a week for some 6 months and have never had any issues so no point in leaving. A lady walked in 10 mins after we did with no appointment and sat to wait as well. Technician “Vy” went to the front desk to see who was next and the receptionist pointed out who was waiting and what they were there for. Vy took the lady who was there for the full set instead of getting a little girl out of the way. She passed on the $7 job for the $60 job despite we had been there waiting. I couldn’t care less, but my daughter deserves better and shouldn’t have been skipped because her request wasn’t as expensive. I was boiling with frustration and will not return.

Typical Mall nail salon. Dirty, mediocre customer service, force Gel polish on you...like I said typical.The gentleman who did my nails, I believe his name was like Harvey, or Henry. His nails were filthy, he cut me about 4/5 times, he was very sloppy. I had acrylic spilling on to my fingers. He asked me if I wanted coffin nails, I said sure, believe me when I say each of my nails are different shapes! Lol it was a mess. I paid the $55, didn’t complain, just disappointed. Don’t got here!

Should have read reviews before coming here. I took a chance and it was bad. Henry seemed annoyed at having to do my nails. I was on edge the whole time worried hed accidently injur my fingers because he was rushing. Felt very rushed and unwelcome. Go elsewhere and save yourself from a bad manicure and experience.

Not impressed at all. I usually go to Mon Cheri which is downstairs from nouvelle, but I decided that I wanted to try Nouvelle. Mistake. I dont know the technicians name, but she definitely seemed like she was in a rush. I paid $100 for gel manicure/pedi, and the Polish is chipping after 2 days! That is so ridiculous! Now, Ill had to pay additional just to get the polish fixed. Smdh.Just wanted to mention that 4 of 10 fingers have chipped. Not small either. 2 of 4 came off completely. This is BS.

My Sister went to this salon the other day and she wanted to get gel nails and fix two of her own nails that broke for an event. The lady wouldnt listen and gave her a whole set of acrylics even though that was not what she wanted. Not only did she not want them they we all un even, crooked and just made wrong.

Henry has done my nails before, but this time I got a mani peti, I had waiting about 20 minutes and arrived about 6 pm, and I ended up leaving a half an hour before close. So I originally wanted a mani peti with an acrylic full set, the pedi went well, but he rushed on my nails and cut my cuticles twice, and made me bleed, later got infected . My nails are uneven and he couldn’t do a simple rose on my white nails, so I walked out with not what I wanted and he over charged me, 110 for infected, uneven, bland, plain nails. Won’t be having Henry any longer. Most likely won’t be coming back here either.

This salon really deserves 0 stars. My grandmother and I went today and their customer service was beyond horrible. No one said hello or goodbye, they were extremely rough with our feet and hands. The one lady, Lind, made two of my toes bleed, two of my finger bleed, and I’m not confident that her tools were clean. As my nails were drying she was putting the tools she used backed in the plastic and placed them into her drawer. I know sometimes reviews can be deceiving, however, this salon is awful. If you would like to chance getting an infection then this is the place for you. We should have walked out before we continued, however we made the mistake of giving them a chance.

Went to get my nails done and 3 of them fell off 2Days later. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Update- I went back a couple of times & it was down hill!I was skeptical to try this nail spa, but I’ve gotten 2 mani/fills (Vy, pronounced V) and one pedi (Lina) in the last three weeks. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and attention to detail from Vy! Lina did a great job with pedi and provided a great massage. If you want paraffin you pay $5 extra, but that’s on par with other nail spas around - others just include the service in the price. I found the shop clean and the staff friendly. I’ll definitely return!

I went to have my medi/pedi done and everything was going well until I came home and later that evening my toe begin to bother me . come to find out I caught infection and had to go to the Dr on Thursday to have my toe cut and drained. My Sunday went well until later😵

Went in to get my eyebrows tinted, as well as eyelash extensions. I have red hair and my eyebrows were legit black when I’m left...not even a dark brown, but full on black. The eyelash extensions were equally bad. They literally started to fall out that evening. The woman who did them completed them in about 20 minutes and they looked really bad.

If I could put less I would. My boyfriend and his bestfriend and I went in there to get our pedicures. When I got my manicure the dude doing them kept messing them up . I just wanted French . He took it off and told me someone else would have it done . I had no more time so I just left . He charge me half which was 15. He left my nails worse than what they looked like before !!! Worst nail salon ever . SAVE THE TRIP

Dont go here. After getting my nails done, next day my fingers were a little swollen, red and they hurt a lot. Had to remove them and they would not refund my money saying we didnt force you to get your nails done. They literally said they would rather loose a customer. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER get my nails done here again!

The worest customers service I ever had they are rude .i went there this Saturday to fix my nails and after two days later my pinky nail break, I went there if they can fix the broken nail they told me they gonna charge me .that is so sad I will never go there and I will make sure I will inform the mall management .
