I COULD HAVE WENT BLIND. DO NOT GO HERE.It was my first time here and I went to get lashes done. I woman was younger, probably in her 20s. I should have known she wasnt experienced because she seemed nervous and didnt understand the questions I was asking her.After she put 3 lashes on me, SHE SPILLED GLUE ALL OVER MY EYE. It burned so bad, another lady took me to rinse my eye with water. She told me it was my fault because I need to keep my eye closed.She LIED and said cleanser fell on my eye. How could that be true when we cleansed my eye before the procedure and there was already 3 lashes glued to my eye?I had to rush to the eye doctor and luckily my cornea was okay. He said chemical eye injuries could have left me blind. That night he told me if my pain got worse, I had to go to the ER.Moral of the story.DO NOT GO HERE.

I have gotten a lash lift here twice. Just wanted to leave them a review because each time they have lasted me for a month straight. Not sure what they do, but my lashes look beautiful every time. I absolutely love them, they are affordable compared to some of the other shops and now I dont go anywhere else. their pedicures and manicures are also high quality.

They are always so attentive to provide the best experience. They pay attention to detail and I have never left unhappy. I work in Springfield but live in Fredericksburg. I sometimes will drive here JUST to get my nails done. Been a proud client for 3 years now.

I called today and they fit me right in! When I walked in I was greeted in the most friendly manner. I felt guilty because it was about 45 minutes before close. So I just asked for a pedicure. We began talking and I mentioned I wanted my nails as well. I received the ultimate treatment! I felt like a queen. They offered me a beverage and cookies. I experienced the spa pedicure. The masks were HOT and individually wrapped (I don’t like when they are cold and dipped from a jar using a spoon) I will definitely be returning. My pedicure was done by Snow, manicure by Misa, nails and waxing by Cookie, lashes by Holly!

I’ve been coming here for years! Holly and her mom treats customers like family. Awesome staff too. The products they use are high quality. They don’t rush their work. Mama (holly’s mom) takes really good care of my nails and waxing...she knows exactly how I want and always so accommodating and generous. Holly does excellent work with nails, lashes and eyebrows! This hidden gem is one of the best lash and nail spa around! Their lash services are impeccable the quality, the care and the time they take to ensure your lashes look beautiful cannot be compared to other salons around the Springfield area! They also provide a clean, sterile environment for your safety. Now let me talk about my nails, other salons I have gone to at least one or two of my nails always pops off within a week of having them done. Since I have been coming here I have not had that issue and I have a pretty active lifestyle from gym workouts to outdoor activities. My nails last and look impeccable I highly highly recommend coming here you will not regret it and I can assure you will be a returning customer! And the ladies that work here AMAZING

I’ve no energy to even think what this place did. They open their salon 32min after my appointment time and refused to do my nail bacause I told her I do my eye extension for 50$. She got offended and brought all her lashes and talk about how good her service is for over 20min. I still refused to pay 150$ for extension so she said she’s busy to do my nail. They barely have customers, I don’t know why he let her ego got to her. She lost me and her regular costumer my sister. She lectured me like I am some dumb person. I’m traveling tomorrow and thanks to vans nail next door I got in and out

Holly and Misa are master expert artist in knowing what lashes to apply making it look natural fitting my eyes contour. Their price is inexpensive too in DVM area. They’re knowledgeable, very friendly and professional ladies who cares about their clients. I highly recommend their services and hand crafted product to everyone. I recently decided to give this place a try after my regular salon had no electricity and I really needed a pedicure that day. The experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was very relaxing the staff were all very friendly (which sadly I can’t say about my previous regular salon but I kept going because I don’t like too much change.)But Cookie did a perfect pedicure, in fact it’s the best I’ve had in many years. Her daughter did a fabulous job on my eyebrows as well! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!!!! They have won a new regular customer!

Amazing experience, and I highly recommend! I got a Gel manicure, that was wonderfully done and lasted a month. The nail technicians are friendly, and talented! Holly is the best, she is doing an amazing job, and I will continue to return!

We made appointments to get our nails done and they put us in the pedicure chairs when we got there, we sat for about 25 minutes in lukewarm water and then they told us it would be 10 minutes. After sitting in the chair for 50 minutes in total they finally started our pedicures. Then they couldn’t find the color I wanted for my manicure so I had to pick a new color. I picked something else, it was the brand of gel that lasts the longest on my nails, and I specified that I didn’t want the other brand. They still used the other brand base and top coat. It’s frustrating to pay a lot of money to not get exactly what you want. In total we were at the salon for 2.5 hours. Ridiculous.

I would like to tell you about getting serviced here but I never was. After making multiple attempts to make appointments I show up for the appointment I made and yet again there wasn’t a slot for me. I showed the nail tech on my phone the call log of when I made the appointment and she just shrugged. The place was literally empty and yet she was fully booked. I sat in the place to see if even else showed up for their appointment for an hour and no one else came. So asked an hour later why she couldn’t take and she just shrugged.

I enjoyed the service while at the salon and I was satisfied with the gel polish for my manicure. However, I was highly disappointed at the end when they charged me extra for using multiple colors for my nails. They did not inform me of this up front and added it on as a hidden cost.What was even more disappointing was the toenail polish (regular OPI polish was used). 3 hours after returning home, I sat down on my couch. My foot rubbed against the furniture in a very normal way, but the polish got completely damaged. By then it should have been well dried but instead it was still sticky and goopy.

Customer service was great ! Went in for my lashes ended up with mani and pedi and eye brow wax. I felt soo relaxed. Was nervous about my lashes because I didnt want it to be heavy but I love it will definitely go back for my refills. Im glad they were able to fit me in as a walk it. Really nice family own salon.

I would recommend Holly. She did my nails and killed it. I love them and it didnt take forever and she still did a gorgeous job 😁😍😘

Worst Customer service in the world!!!! I have tried to set an apointment four times to use my groupon and they always are rude and give me the run around. I have been trying to use groupon/ get nails done for two freakin months. Save your money and time

Never ever fall for this scam! You will lose your lashes, more than half of it, just within a week and they will tell you to come back and refill for $40! The very rude employee there told me over the phone that it was my fault as I did not take a good care of it! Are you serious!?!?! It is not my 1st time with eyelash extension! I have been getting my lashes for over a decade and I usually have my lashes for about 3 weeks because I know how to take care of them! When i came back home, they started falling off. They use some very cheap glue which would not stay long and on top of that, they would use more than one lashes to save time I guess? Places I used to go to always attach only one lash on each of my own lash and they stayed for about 3 weeks and I used to get refill once a month. Do not waste your money at this place. They might sound cheaper than other places but there is a reason why they are cheap. They do horrible job and tell customers to come back to refill every week for $40! No joke! I usually spend $80 for eyelash extensions that last about 3 weeks. At this place, you would eventually end up spending more than $150 a month!

The worst experience in my life, so much so that I went out the same way as between, very bad attention especially if you go with children, they should put a better sign that children are not accepted and the worst of all they charged me $ 20 for absolutely nothing .
