I had a lovely experience here with crystal and rose. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure and got just that!! Definitely one of the better salons in the Springfield area. I will return!! Thank you!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I got my lashes done! Omg never again, the amount of time they take to do the lashes is quite short. I should’ve known better, lash extension falling off along with my natural lashes. Eyes are very irritated, this place needs to remove the lash extensions service because this is sad. Why ruin someone’s natural lashes? Very disappointed would never recommend

I got my lashes done there for the first time and I went back three times In the same week for them to fix their mistakes that they made. Within less than a week the lashes began to fall out my eyes became very irritated and my real lashes begin to break off as well. I have gotten my lashes done before however I have never experienced anything like this where my eyes become irritated itchy red and my real lashes begin to break off. My cousin also got her lashes done there and is having the same experience.

I love going to them the atmosphere is dope the nail techs are bomb and I definitely walk out of there a happy camper. Thank you Divas nails you rock.

This was my 1st visit to Diva Nails. The staff is so sweet and courteous. Tommy is a doll 💛. I had a mani/pedi done and they did fabulous. No pain, no cuts, they took their time and made sure I well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back.

They are AMAZING, they do there eyebrows, and nails exactly how you want and expect them to be. Plus its a short time! The quality of them is plesent!

Made appointment to not have to wait long, mi sister has a knee problem and didn’t want her to wait long, we waited longer than we would wait at previous nail place we always went.,our Appt was for 3 we left the place around 6:30, my Appt was with man that work in first desk, he kept on taking other walk in customers and had me get pedicure first, nails were not good, my sisters fell off, I can say this both ladies that do lashes are great, quick and the price for lashes are great sadly can’t say the same for fills on acrylic or the $45. Simple pedicure.Will never recommend, if I go back it will be only for lashes.

They do a great job. They are very nice and its relaxing. Ill continue to go here because they do great work.

I had an appointment for 11 got here around 10:30 they took me 30 minutes early Which i was very great full for!!!!! However i did not leave the salon until 12:40 i NEVER had a basic full set take that long to do and on top of that my two of my nails broke off within 3 days

Tommy awesome great place! I wont go to anyone else. I tried a few other salons and no one comes close to Tommys work!Edit: had to come back and say I have tried a few different places in between and none compare. I had my nails on without a fill for over a month and couldnt even take them off when I tried. Tommy removed and redid my summer nails Im absolutely on love! Check out latest photo.

Must say I love my nails! Been going to the same place for years now and recently moved so thought Id try a new nail spot closer, Im glad I found Divas salon they did a great job on my full set! Very friendly and the nail tech listened to what I wanted and was very patient an kind. I will definitely be back and let my friends know!

So I went to Diva’s this past weekend. My usual nail salon was closed but let me just say this nail salon had me in awe... in a great way they kept my shape so precise and clean and neat. I was very happy. I’m not sure of the name of the lady who sits next to Tommy but she did such and amazing job I was so grateful because my nails needed care and even though it was my first time there they were so nice and welcoming and I appreciate that so much in a company.

The shape isn’t want I wanted lady nail is cricket the length don’t watch just got them done and gonna take them off

So many reasons to come here. Best shape work Ive come across (which is HUGE), my nails ALWAYS come out looking great. I received so many compliments from my nails after seeing them it was amazing. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, Tommy and Julie were so very friendly, sharing snacks and laughs...not to mention the prices are great compared to others! Everyone there does a great job. Since my first day with them i havent gone anywhere else!

Everytime i ask them to wax my eyebrows but not too thin they always go over board and od it and take off literally my whole eyebrow like I have natural thick eyebrows I just want them shaped

Horrible. I had an appointment, which was recommended on there site. Show up and waited for one hour, they took people who came after me. When I questioned it she told me she had an appointment, well so did I. I had to leave. They overbook then forget what they did.....SMH

If I can give them zero starts I will cuz I went there for a microblade eyebrows and they did a horrible job...one eyebrow is upper and longer then the other I even had uneven color...she did it 3 times for nothing just to make it worse cuz the tattoos inks she used doesn’t have Quality at all...when I asked for my money back she didn’t want to Refund my money back .... ..I don’t think they have a license for tattoos

This Place is By FAR the most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been too! I went twice thought it be nice to give it another try but I went first time and I had an eyelash appointment for 4:30pm I arrived 15 early thinking they’ll take me right away I THINK TF NOT I sat there a whole HOUR AND A HALF while they were taking other customers who did NOT HAVE appt to do their lashes first before ME (I’m guessing due to them being loyal customers they got better treatment then the rest who waited hours) I GO TODAY and went without appt due to last time it was pointless to make appts if they don’t even go by the time ur suppose to get them done so they made me wait an hour ONCE AGAIN first they did not greet me the two times I’ve gone or ask wat I was there for i had to figure out where to check in, they’ve crossed my name and other clients names off the checkin book not ONCE calling me, I waited and other customers came and the worker says “you guys go first” rudely says ur next after them to me mind you I came before them and tells me once there’s an opening they can take me? NEVER am I going to this place good luck booking appts you’ll be waiting n even as a walk-in customer they still will skip u! I just wanted something simple for tm family event last minute thing (the lashes are not even good they fall off couple days in) if I could give 0 STARS I WOULD !!!
