Outstanding performance & results. You wont be disappointed. You should go in with an idea of what you want to do. However if you pick out the colors & give them creative control dont despair because almost everyone you meet will give you a compliment & have business cards at the ready.

Ive been going to KNN for quite a while now. My manicurist, Kathy, is great. I highly recommend her. The shop is usually pretty full, and they accept walk-in customers, though I think most folks make appointments.

Been here multiple times before but this was my first time post covid regulations and I felt pretty safe here. They take all precautions they can and Kayla gave me a beautiful full set. Will most likely go in for a refill in 3 weeks.

I have been coming here for my nail needs. It never disappoints, with the new owner this place has been upgraded and so much cleaner and bright. They are accommodating and took me in right- away even I forgot to make an appointment. Kathy and the owner did a wonderful job and they took their time. Most of the time I get French tip and I’ve been to different salons and so far this place is the only one that can do the way I like it. Thank you!!!

I wish I could give this establishment more than Five Stars. Kathy did an AMAZING job with my mani and pedicure. She took her time and her leg massage was sooo relaxing. I also appreciate all the precautions taken given the current pandemic. Upon arrival, my temperature was taken and I was instructed to wash my hands. The salon was immaculate and social distancing was enforced. The prices are worth the quality. I live in DC but will make the drive to see this young lady for sure. Come try them out. You will NOT be disappointed!

This place is amazing, clean and very well sanitized. They do a great job but once you are in the chair with the most rewuested techs they make you feel you are in the military. If you show a pic to request the same they expect you to have the name of the colour and/or have already picked up your color. Vince the owner is very talented but lacks any communication skill to a point that i love his work but hate that time with him... i keep going back but now i made up my decision that even though his work is great, im not putting up with his attitude any more. So NOT going back.

I wish I would have found this establishment sooner! Kayla and Vincent are the kindest and most professional owners I have ever had my nails serviced by. They’ve done an amazing job making everyone feel safe during these Covid-19 times and they continue to raise the bar on their work every time I visit. All of the employees are kind and also very talented. They are always very clear on what can be done with your nails and will always check with you to make sure you like how your nails are turning out.I bring my very picky older sister to see them every time she is in town from Cincinnati to visit so she can get her nails done! I promise you will not be disappointed in choosing them for your mani/pedis.

I was very much impressed at the way social distancing was enforced in the salon. Due to covid-19, I was worried about how cleaning and distancing would be enforced and I was very happy. It shows how much they care about their clients and employees. I would go again without any hesitation.

I love this place, I go there every time I get my nails done. They are really popular though so I recommend calling ahead and getting an appointment! Vincent is my favorite person but everyone there is great!

I took my wife here regularly for nails services. The salon has a calm and modern atmosphere. I just sat and waited for my wife but the staff still offered me drinks. Wife always came out seemingly satisfied every time so no complaint here. Will be back! 5/5

Five stars doesn’t do this place justice. I followed the owners from their previous salon because the customer service and quality simply cannot be beat. I drive 20 mins just to get my nails done here. The place is beautiful and welcoming. I have never ever been disappointed with my nails. Loyal customer right here, and I will continue coming back and referring friends and family.

My girlfriend and I live very stressful busy lives so we rarely get to set aside time to just relax. We decided to book pedicures together and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The women that helped us, one named Kathy, were amazing! They knew what they were doing and we both walked out of there feeling rejuvenated after just less than an hour!! KNN are taking precautions during these unpredictable times. I came in with an appointment and there were ready for me (I love that). They had contactless thermometers, they instructed you to wash your hands before anything, there were acrylic screens at every station, and they wiped down every thing a client touched. They also gave me the best mani pedi I could ask for. I added green stars on my fingers and the technician was very creative in her placement . THIS IS THE SPOT!

I came here after a bad morning with a different salon. I remembered this place from when we lived in the area and decided to see if it was still there. Its definitely under new management but in a good way. They patiently answered all my questions since Im not very knowledgeable in all the different nail types you can get. Them they fixed my nails from the mornings disaster. Will definitely be back.

Vincent and Kayla are fantastic! Ive been here a handful of times with different ideas from pinterest and they hit the nail on the head every time - if not better than the picture I show them! They are super professional and take their time making sure everything is the way you want it. Just the last time I was here - Tuesday 12/31 - Vincent took the time to look at the acrylics I had from another salon, took them all off and redid the full set (much better than the other salon). I told Vincent I had learned my lesson the hard way about trying other salons. Their work lasts!! I wish I could give them more than five stars because that is just not enough!!!Edit - After having my set for three full weeks and working in a chlorine pool, one single nail came off 1/21 (two more came off 1/22 because I picked at them). I’m editing this so y’all understand how amazing their work is and how it really truly does last.

I am new to the area so I am looking for a great nail shop. After driving past another salon (Nail Villa) a few times and then reading their reviews I decided to try that place. The review comments were nice and I thought okay lets do this. Here are a few things...I walked in and my first inpression was it was a hair salon. The place is a mess and there was stuff everywhere, but based on the comments I read I decided to keep pushing forward. After 3.5 hours, I finally got a full set and not a good one. The technician took forever and I dont think has ever did nails before. She cut me so many times, she left the acrylic bumpy and it showed especially once the think uneven polish was applied, I requested coffin shape but got some coffinish and some nails looking like a block. The technician had to keep asking someone else, who came later in the 3.5 hours session that I was there, what to do next. Now in the picture I did scuff the nail polish and they offered to fix but I just wanted to get out of there and find a salon that knew what they were doing. All this for $50!!! The first picture was of the work done at the Nail Villa salon, the second is of the amazing, KNN, that I found that fixed my nail disaster and what nails should look like.I appreciate KNN for taking me in and making my nails beautiful. Everyone at KNN was so professional, nice and accommodating. It took them only about 20 mins to fix the disaster from the other salon.Thanks a ton and I will sure to be back and never go to another salon again.

My coworker and I came to this location because of the beautiful Instagram photos and proximity to my home. It did not disappoint! Wonderfully kind staff, always smiling and the work and communication is the best Ive seen so far. Lee was the first tech Ive come across that didnt look confused when I asked for ombre dip powder, and the first whos technique didnt create a noticeable line in the ombre. She was super sweet and did a really nice job! My coworker loved Vincent, her acrylic nails werent thick and she said they felt real. Sorry about the dark photo, but Ill be definitely coming back! If youre not sure, dont hesitate!
