I did not do laundry here. Prices here are a little on the pricier side to wash: $1.75 for the top loading washers, $4.50 for the medium washers and $8.00 for XL large washers. It’s clean, quiet and has working bathrooms. Mask mandate enforced.

No complaints, it was a very clean, very quiet place to do laundry, TVs worked, somewhere to sit while you wait. Smelled pretty great with everyone doing laundry haha so thats a plus. Kind of expensive but worth it for the cleanliness and efficiency of the machines. $8 for a large load and $4.50 for a smaller load with .25¢ for a small dryer.

Very clean and cheaper than place usually go and they have air conditioning other place dont and very friendly staff will definitely be back if washer dont get fixed

Good Laundromat

Starcrest is my favorite dry cleaner due to the drive up window and the friendly and personable customer service I receive. My clothes are always returned to my satisfaction. All of this keeps me coming back to Starcrest!

MacArthur location closes at 10. Guy working told me he has to lock both doors at 9 to keep customers from comming in. I tried to explain I didnt feel comfortable being locked in. He said he has been doing this for years and refused to keep one door unlocked

I went to this laundromat to do my laundry and I washed my clothes and took them out and three pieces of clothing had big bleach spots on them! I don’t use bleach! I don’t have this problem at all at the West Jefferson store and I have been going there a long time. I told the lady there about my clothes and she said she would call the management and let them know to see what they wanted to do. It has been 2-3 weeks and NOTHING!!!! I will never my laundry there ever again and will make sure none of my friends go there either!!!!!

My shirts are always well done and they get the occasional stains out each time. I don’t even have show them the stains because they always inspect the clothes hen they come in. Done well, done right by a friendly staff and it’s drive thru!

Gave my North face jacket for dry cleaning. Upon return find that the faux fur on the hood has been removed and missing. When i called up to inquire on it they outright deny this and the guy on the phone says I don’t know if it even had a hood.

I have never seen a Starcrest laundromat as filthy as this location was today. The attendant never came out of the dry cleaning area the entire 2 hours i was there and it wasnt because she was busy with customers. I had to clean up the washers and folding table myself just so I could use them. Disappointing.

If I am being quiet honest. The staff that here as of right now is rude beyond all reasoning. Slamming doors in my wife face while she try to explain to her what happen to our clothes. Then to tell my wife mud would be in the machines. If she knew mud was in the machine why are you not doing your job and making sure they are clean. Its not the customer job to make sure all the machines are clean. Then claim you need all this proof and basically saying to us that our clothes was already dirty but if we came to way them they would of became clean and we would not be having this problem. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. #thisplaceisdoodoo

This place is the best! Clean, friendly and quality machines.

Attendant was extremely disrespectful and rude. She slammed the door in my face after I complained about a machine meshing my brand new shorts up in the wash. Im absolutely disgusted by this and I wont be returning.

Laundry attendant was very helpful to me and my wife. We had several loads of laundry to wash due to our basement flooding.

This place is as clean as a whistle. But be prepared the washers range from 1.75 for an agitator to $4-8 for a drum style wash. Dryers are .25 per 5 minutes. A bit on the expensive side but no hoodlums or loud music alliwed.so its worth it

Very disappointed my very first time coming in to the laundromat it was nasty and dirty I had to clean out my own washing machine so I can wash my clothes the floors are so nasty and dirty the gentleman here is not even cleaning hair it is on a Sunday and its not very busy theres only 3 people including myself very very disappointed the gentleman needs to get up off his butt and clean whats that about it is I come all the way over to this side of town to wash my clothes because of the side of town I live in there laundromats are no good next time I come in here and the laundromat is dirty Im going to turn around and walk away and go somewhere else
