Dropped off 5-6 comforters and picked them up within a few hours. Did not smell washed and seemed to be just put in different bags. Maybe it was cheap detergent. Never the less do it yourselves

Hands down the BEST laundrymat in Springfield! The facility is always staffed with friendly helpful associates, its very clean, and there are plenty of machines. I travel across the country for work & this is most pleasant laundrymat Ive been to.

Ive seen great reviews, I was wanting to do a whole house load of laundry at one time but am very skeptical of laundromats because of fear if bugs, how do I ensure theyre clean of bugs?

The ladies here are so helpful and nice. We forgot our clothes one time and the lady had folded our clothes and had set them aside til we came and got them.

I am waiting for my king size comforter to dry at Lucky Lady Laundry. The premises is clean, the owner has been very kind and helpful, and its not going to cost nearly as much as I thought it would for this oversized bedding. Whenever I have the need for a laundromat in Springdield, this is where Ill come.

Great neighborhood place which makes you feel like a part of the community. They had free wifi that did work and great staff. I had no problems with any machine.

Im very disappointed in the service that was provided. I took my uniforms for drop off service. I asked the attendant if I needed hangers. I was told no and I proceeded to explain to the attendant how to hang the slacks to my uniforms and I paid for my laundry and assured her that I would be back in the morning to pick my uniforms up and add to the tip that I gave her. However, when I pulled up to the laundromat it was empty except for the the attendant. She was engrossed in her phone when I walked in the door. She grabbed my basket and sat it on the counter and proceeded to explain that she left shortly after I dropped off my uniforms and neglected to instruct the new attendant on how I wanted my uniforms done (on hangers and the pants on the hanger with a crease). The issue I have is if the service I requested cant be provided please speak up and say that instead of saying its not a problem but yet its not done and then tell me you thought about making it right but I didnt and you dont. This is not the only issue that I have had there have been others in the pass and I chalked it up to being new or en-experienced employees and that so far from the truth it that they dont care about the customers or the quality of service provided!

Locked my laundry when it was not even closing time I told her Id be back my laundry got done at 9:22 and see lock the doors before 9:30 ill never be back

I am highly disappointed in this establishment. I came here because I broke my ankle a month ago and didnt feel like guilting my friends into doing my laundry for me. They charge a premium for the drop-off service, but whatever, I wrote it off as supporting local business.Long and short of it: they lost the only work-appropriate shorts (with a cast on my ankle, I cant wear pants) that I own.I called to let the store owner know. She couldnt find it and said shed ask whoever was working my clothes and get back to me. Then, she promptly hung up before I could give her my phone number.Thanks! A lot!

The Best place to wash your Blankets.The Attendant...who runs the place, was so helpful...i felt like I was at home.If, you need place to wash your big blankets..this is your place.
