One washer did not spin correctly so my load finished soaking wet. The employee paid for a second wash in a working washer. That was nice.

Been going to this laundry mat for years. It opens early and close late. They have friendly staff working. To bad ownership isnt putting some those coins back into the upkeep of the business. Alot of loyal customers continues to go there in spite of. Despite the overall view. I have met some awesome people there. Can be entertaining sometimes too.

I like to go dry my laundry pretty late. Im aware that the place closes at 12 am i get there at about 10:15 p.m I’m unloading the clothes from my car immediately the attendant is walking up to me looking at his watch like its 10:30 you need to come earlier. Im like im drying clothes it takes 30-40 minutes you close at 12 we have time. I go in put my clothes to dry give them a 40 minute cycle. Go play one of the arcade games which was $1.00 the machine takes my money i tell the attendant he tells me he doesn’t own thise machines so he cant do anything about that. Ok not gonna argue with the grumpy attendant. Top it all off the dryers suck after 40 minutes on high heat my clothes were still soaked! The worst ever. Will no longer bring my business here. I do not recommend at all!

Took my money and then refused to give me a full refund. Dryers are terrible and staff are rude. Washers barely work properly, too.
