I used to come here some four years ago. They are just as clean as ever, but many (more than half) of the machines were out of order. The attendant, Frank, was extremely kind and helpful. I think next time, instead of spending my time sitting and waiting, Ill try their drop-off service. They charge by the pound, and you can come back a day or two later at your own convenience. I will update the review then.

So awesome! So the machines arent the latest and there may be some that arent in service, but the dude that runs it is awesome! Hes super nice and offered my wife and I a range of beverages, helped us with our machines AND we had a cool conversation about video games. By the way, theres a Star Wars pinball machine there. Yeah you read that right. Honestly, of all the laundromats Ive been going to in the area, this is the one that Ill be looking most forward to revisiting!

Always friendly and helpful, great washers and dryers. Free laundry on 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. Just show up early in the afternoon. Fabulous time to get your laundry done and doesnt take a long time.

I absolutely loved it there, the person who was behind the counter, not sure if hes the owner or not. Regardless, he made me feel welcome, offered me a complimentary fountain drink. And they are clean and the appliances are all in good repair. They have wifi and if you have small children, theres a book box for them to read, and theres also a magazine rack. Get this, there are arcade games there!! The real deal!! Pin ball, ECT. But most of all I like that I feel safe with having someone on site . And I was treated with respect and he made me feel welcome. Outstanding!!🎉👍

This is a great place to do laundry. There is a change machine. Hot 185 degrees and cooler dryers. There are larger washing machines and dryers. Handicapped places to park and no steps to get inside. It is best to go early.

I think its great that there is somewhere for low income & the homeless to be able to wash there laundry for free.....

He even kept it I open for us later than normal.

Chainey needs a raise for sure. She greeted me when i walked in and suggested sale of a fountain drinks if i was thirsty. Machine error but, she logged it and offered me the what quarter back. I will be back. These people are very lucky to employ this hard working asset. Restroom wifi 2.25 wash buck or so to dry.

Shout-out to the attendant tonight. There was a cranky old guy doing his laundry. He was so rude and the attendant handled it much better than I would have...this isnt the fanciest laundromat around, but the kindness of the workers supercedes that.

It’s not worth the photo. OMGoddess. This woman was so rude. Treated us like second hand citizens. No hello just “you need shoes in here” and that was it. Almost everything was broken that was free and the internet was so spotty and strange eating my phone like a Trojan horse or something. Following the kids around scaring them isn’t good policy for repeat customers...just saying. Follows you to the bathroom with the key like a jailer. The forgot to wash their hands and wouldn’t ask for the key again. I only came here because of the reviews. Ugh. Don’t lie to me again. The cost seemed reasonable, but I don’t live here. A lot of the washers were broken and the water and wash time and temp are at the lowest settings. There must be better. I was going to leave but we are seriously out of clothes. It’s a nice alley way....

The staff is nice, environment is friendly, and you can even eat a few snacks while you do laundry! They even have days when you can do your laundry for free!! Great huh??!

The staff and owner here are always super nice and helpful. They seem to have a number of washing machines out, but the ones they have are clean and very efficient. They have Free WiFi! Free coffee or soda too, as others mention. If ya gotta go to a laundromat to do your laundry, this is the place to go. Plenty of parking/easy to get in and out, and also restaurants and stores next door/nearby, and across the street from Grocery Outlet. If you have time tho. The washing machines are like 20-25 min per load, and the dryers take about 40 min to dry massive loads of thick towels and blankets.

Awesome place to do laundry- if you cannot at home. Having an attendant around was awesome when I had a question about the machines. He was always available and enthusiastic about laundry. It was a little odd, but oddly fantastic at the same time. Seemed to have a lot of Out of Order machines, and based on the condition of the stickers, looks like they have been out of order for a while. Otherwise, great experience. Having someone offer you a drink while doing laundry was a nice touch. Would have loved it to be of the alcoholic variety... hint, hint.

Half the dryers as out of order and they don’t care about people not wearing masks. Multiple people came in without masks and the attendant didn’t even say anything.

The staff are super nice. You get a free (small) fountain drink on each visit, and refills are cheap. They periodically have a free day for those who cant afford to do laundry otherwise.The only downsides are that the machines are older and a significant percentage of them are out of order at any one time. Still, its never been too busy for me to wait for a machine.

Nice place. Well maintained and the guy working there is super friendly. Asked my daughter and I if we wanted drinks and reminded us that the first one is free. Nice touch.

Where do you find a laundromat that offers free coffee or a soft drink while you do your laundry? (you can buy candy and chipsas well) This place does! If that isnt sweet enough, the price is affordable, the place is kept clean, the dryers are actually hot which means less money for a complete dry. All washers and dryers are wiped clean after every use, the single bathroom is kept clean and locked and is unlocked for each customers use, and the staff are all very polite, courteous and more than helpful with any and all of your laundry needs, or to simply make friendly conversation.I highly recommend Holiday Coin Laundry for anyone looking to make their dreaded laundry day a brighter and more positive experience!

Very good experience. The lady working there was very polite and helpful. They had several dryers out of order but I didnt have to wait very long before I could use one, and it worked! Most laundromats Ive been to have terrible dryers, these worked well. Overall clean.

Amazing customer service from the night attendant (not sure if its the same guy during the day). Seriously. He stepped out and helped me unload my car and offered me a beverage. The machines are good and affordable, better than the other laundromat prices around. I look forward to my laundry experience here.

You get a free soda cup and the equipment is well maintained. The owner is usually working the desk and is genuinely a pleasant person. Theres a couple classic arcade machines and some pinball scattered about. A quarter gets you 8 minutes in the dryer.

Washers are good but most of dryers are broke and the knob didnt say which way was hot or cool so i wasted money figuring it out

Best laundry mat Ive been to. Costs me roughly $7 a week to do laundry for two people. I suggest going after 3pm while Tim (weekdays) or Robert (weekends) are working. In my opinion, they are the most helpful and entertaining

Although it seems as if a couple driers or washers are always out of order Ive never had to wait more than 5min for either. They offer free fountain drinks or coffee to their customers. Im a painter and had washed a few interior tarps without them batting an eye over it. They even offered to help fold the runners after I pulled them to fold. For the people that work their Id call them genuine and thoughtful towards customers.

Friendly employees. Very helpful. The Hispanic lady lil too pushy n moves your stuff. I hate people touching my stuff! Would of given 5 stars if half the dryers n washers were not broken.

I have been doing my laundry here since 2004. This place is GREAT, Your clothes get CLEAN and the dryers are the BEST, your clothes get dry in very little time. it is clean, yes, the do offer hot chocolate, tea, coffee or soda. The people that work there are very very helpful.

When your already in a bad mood because your washer broke down in the middle of a ton of laundry it was a pleasant surprise to see someone actually come outside, greet & help unload it.. I havent been in a laundry mat in years but I dont remember anyone offering me a beverage & it being a somewhat enjoyable experience.. Thank you so much!!

They hired a guy name Tim he thinks hes a comedian. But hes not funny at all. He plays favorite to some of the customers. He has pulled my laundry out of the dryer when my clothes were still wet because another customer needed my dryer. I was sitting in my car because all of the benches inside were taken. I dont like anyone touching my clothes. And if they would fix their dryers there wouldnt be this problem. I have used this laundromat for 15 years and have never seen it so bad. I wont go back to this laundromat. I even left a note to the owner Steven and havent gotten a reply. They need to hire some normal people in there.

Ok. It is a coin laundry. So it is what it is; but it was one of the better ones. It was clean and attendant was very nice. Some of the bigger washers were out of commission, which was the only reason I am not giving a 5 star

They try. There is an attendant on duty who really tries to be helpful. The place is clean, but it is run on a shoestring budget. Of nine regular sized washers, six were out of service. I did all of my laundry in less than one hour. Not bad.

I washed my 4 big huge blankets and all my towels for $7! Really good price also theres a man there who comes every once a while who gives snacks to people there. He gave me a chocolate fudge ice cream also to other people and some juices. If you still have soap on your clothes they are willing to rewash your clothes for another rinse. And while your clothes are washing you can walk around at the Grocery Outlet. Has free Wifi and free soda

My wife was doing laundry here on June, 1st 2019 and while our laundry was in the dryer the lady who was working decided that she had the right to take our clothes out of the dryer, even though they weren’t anywhere near dried, because someone else “urgently” needed the dryer we were using. When my wife told her they weren’t dried and to next time use common curtesy, which is usually always displayed at this location, the woman threatens to have my wife removed from the facility. When we asked for her name and the manager, she stated that she technically is the manager on shift and refused to give us any information to contact the owner. To amount of disrespect and abuse of power that this woman has is ridiculous and she should not be working there. If she honestly felt what she was doing was right, and my wife was wrong, she should have willing gave up her name. So I hope the owner reads this and knows what type of people they are hiring. Unfortunately after 4 years, we will never be returning and we will advise all our friends and family to stay away as well.

From the moment I walked in and was offered a cart to get my laundry from the car, I knew this was something different. Chris was helpful, friendly, informative, offered me refreshment... I felt more like it was being greeted in a four star hotel than a cost-effective laundromat. Are usually only go out with my laundry when I have sheets and blankets. From now on Ill be doing them at this place.

I love Holiday Coin Laundry! Its reasonably priced the staff is friendly and helps you with your laundry if you need it. They also give you free coffee and cups for the pop machine.

Awesome laundromat! First drink is free ... Alas no vodka or whiskey, but decent coffee and sodas. Staff is super helpful ... Will help bring in and take out laundry to your car, help you find a machine ... Ive never had such a pleasant experience doing laundry as I do there. Bad side is that many of the dryers are broken/unavailable.

I travel the US and do laundry in laundromats all over. As soon as I pulled in, the guy who was working was already outside asking if he could help. Such an incredibly rare thing. Free drinks while you wait. He gave me tips on which units to use and how to save money and time based on my loads. There is fast wifi and really fun old school games to play.I wish this laundry mat started a chain because they know how to do things right.

Great attendant. Free good wifi. Ample open machines. Clean carts and interior. Total time spent there, less than 90 minutes, for a large load of laundry. Would have given 5 stars if our clothes didnt smell like someone elses B.O. when we got them out of dryer.

All the cheaper machines were out of order conviently. Woman at counter absolutely rude. Lots of bums hanging outside. Wont do this place again. I would rather pay more for a cleaner safer place.

Its a goid place to do your laundry or, for a fee they will wash, dry and fold for you. Friendly people, free coffee or pop and on one day (im not sure which) they offer free laundry for low income/homeless folks.

Staff is nice and helpful, holding doors, offering drinks, asking if they can help when they see that look on your face. And that one guys concerned about ignorant customers breaking machines. Be warned: using too much soap causes machine overflows, so dont make that embarrassing mistake.The percentage of working machines is kinda hit or miss. Ive honestly never seen 100% of machines in working order, though. And this Wednesday around 1-2pm ish was as busy as Ive ever seen, with maybe 10 folks loading or waiting inside, and some others scattered outside or at nearby shops.Prices are pretty good or great for Eugene/Springfield area but arent that great if youre comparing to the rest of the nation. (I miss free dries, on certain days or at certain hours. They dont exist here.)Both of the giant washers are out of order. (Maybe theyll be removed sometime?) A normal size top loader costs (edit:) $1.75 if anyones wondering. And I think they mightve added some triple or quadruple loaders at $4.75 each, since my last visit. Unless I was just paying closer attention this time.Also, customers are entitled to one free beverage per visit or per day. And theres a single person restroom you can ask to be let in. Finally, this place is right across from Groce Out, if youre bored or hungry, with money or food stamps to blow. Worth the drive from Eugene.
