Definitely a last resort establishment for your laundry needs. My washer broke late evening and I needed to finish our clothes. Animal hair was everywhere. 😫😒😤 numerous machines were out of order and their washer machines are outdated and more costly compared to other laundry establishments in town. The worker sat the entire time.🤣🙆🏿‍♀️✊🏿😂 No sweeping, or wiping machines, just nothing... it also didnt smell the greatest. I was shocked considering it was a laundromat...😒 FINALLY my daughter needed to use the restroom but based on the conditions of the facility I knew she wouldnt go due to the unknown conditions. Note the sign states they close at 1 am in the morning... I left and went home to allow my child to use the restroom comfortably... once we returned the lights were off and they closed early without a note or notice. Very unprofessional to say the least.

I had put coins in a dryer that didnt work. The attendant there offered to dry my clothes instead. 5 stars to him for that. A real nice guy.

Affordable Quality machines with clean facilities

Cravens has been here since 1980 Ive been coming here for over 35 years to get my clothes cleaned on and off Ive had washers and dryers that quit working and Ive had to come back this place has been a part of my life Im 47 and this place has been a part of my life for years. Its just so hard to see a good family business get washed away and Springfield doesnt have very many of them left and this is one of them

Now this laundromat was a dead crowded it was you know good nice price and worth the buck in the money go there check it out see whats going on

Our Dryer is down and its been a long time since I needed a Laundromat (for personal clothes) but still has a Great, Friendly, Clean Environment and Open til 1am, THE BEST HOURS!

First time to the place, I walk up to the counter, and greet the employee, very kindly. I greet her since she walks past me in the first place. I ask if I could get change please. I got back you can get change from the MACHINE THAT SAYS TAKES 20S AND 10S with such additude. Shoulda been more like yes we do sir you can use that machine right there.I wont be back, unless you wanna fist fight.

Some of the dryers dont work well and most of the big washing machines will steal your quarters and not count most.

I have always had a good experience with the service here. I drop off my blankets and comforters and add some laundry very reasonable prices.And i do believe in tipping the attendant doing my laundry 20% or more and they appreciate it very much

Door says last load at 11:30pm. I got there about 5 til and had the door locked in my face.The guy was nice about it but said it was already after 11:30pm and it absolutely was not. I don’t have time for that.I like doing my laundry late but I’ll happily take my business somewhere that is more structured. And the dryers aren’t great.

VERY helpful staff. Good washing machines and dryers. VERY CLEAN!!!! Bring soap and whatever else you need or you are paying an arm and leg for it there. Overall wonderful place.

Plenty of big washers. Never had to wait for one to open. Found out a few of the dryers dont dry well. But that wont stop me from coming back.

Cost of doin laundry is to expensive and some dryer dont heat up so it cost more to dry it clothes.

Washing machine are out of order 99% of the time. Driers take 2 or 3 quarters to get hot. Laundry attended is a meth dealing cracked head. And NEVER drop your clothes off to get cleaned, they put them on the sells rack and dont even clean them first.

Bns night !! Very neat and clean !! He has a man who is at night !!Including the bathroom !!Its a little expensive!! Small washers start at 2.50 and the largest at 6.50 or 6.75Dryers start at .25 cents per 6min is great !!Yes I recommend it !!
