Tucked away in a small plaza, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Customers were friendly and there were plenty of washers and dryers for everyone.

It is a decent laundromat.

The service center is one iconic laundromat service providers in the vicinity of Springfield. Clean...organized...safe...and diverse service...dry cleaning a bit expensive but they deliver perfect dry cleaning with stretching.

Nice and clean but no obvious effort to sanitize machines between uses.

Great service, good machines, helping all ladies staff. Washing is not expensive, free coffee. One can buy every laundry stuff from here. Parking on both sides

Place is filthy. Automatic doors dont work. Limited supply of carts. I witnessed a drug deal in the establishment while my clothes were drying.Not a good place to be.Overpriced washing machines that dont change in price based on wash selections.Smallest old style machines go for $2.50 a load.Smallest Speed Queen is $3.00$3.75-4.00 35lbs$6.75-7.00 50lbs$9.00-12.00 for largest machinesDryers are priced fine, $0.25 for 4 or 5 min depending on which dryers you use.1 small TV off in the corner with decent speakers.Only thing convenient is parking on a weekday. Place looks nearly empty so was able to get a spot in front.

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility! Ive been to several different laundromats in the area, and this was my favorite experience yet. They had lots of machines available on a Wednesday afternoon. The coin machines were working and took everything from a $1 to $20. The employees were friendly and helpful. One lady came up to me and asked if I needed help. She helped me figure out which machines would be best to use. I definitely plan on returning.

On most visits I get my things clean. Sometime very clean, sometime I think to myself they could do better. But overall this is a good place for cleaning.

Hated this place. the rides were terrible and they were all the exact same thing. My son Geoff went on a ride and got off completely blue and hardly breathing. Where are the hight limits at this place?

Love this place. Its clean, open late, they have dry cleaning, wash and fold service along with many other services such as shoe repair, alterations, etc... They can do it all!

Super clean and modern. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have some nice behemoth machines for washing comforters, plus an extractor to reduce drying time.

My 3 year old and I came here to wash a couple loads of laundry since were waiting to get a new washer. We had a great experience! Theres a tv with movies going for kids which made my life easier. And the loads were fast (26 min) and reasonable ($3.75). The one employee asked if I needed assistance and was very friendly.

Let me start by saying that I travel to dozens of cities every year for work throughout the country. You might think that my trip to Springfields luxurious Hilton Hotel would yield some sort of Laundry Facility (you know because my $300 bucks a night might justify such) but no... There’s a 1980s washer and a loud machine they call a dryer...So (like so many other trips) I find myself in search of a place to clean my dirty drawers. To my delight there was such a place nearby in a clean little shopping center located too conveniently close to a Chipotle (Im basic and white... what more needs to be said). The laundry facility is directly across from the Library and next door to a nice market store that sells beverages and whatnot. The facility was clean, up kept, and had loads (pun) of machines. The prices were fair and they had all the necessary tools (IE: detergent). Throughout the store were televisions playing a variety of shows and/or movies to keep you entertained. The staff was plentiful and seemed to be keeping busy. There is what seemed to be a small little alteration shop attached but, I never used it. I was kept fairly busy on my month long trip so thankfully they kept long hours and I was able to do my laundry with fair time and no stress. The crowd there was polite and courteous… In other words no one glared at me as I folded my brightly colored undergarments. For whatever weight my review carries... I rather enjoyed my experience with this establishment and would absolutely return. ZERO complaints from me.

Washing all the dog beds and blankets has been great. Clean place, friendly people, bi lingual signs, somewhere to sit and best of all, even the bathroom was clean and smelled good! Wow!

I have been a customer for over a year for all my dry clean needs . The staff was great . This time around I drop my shirts as usual thinking all is well .came to find out one of the shirts were staing called Elizabeth she advised me to drop it of so they can look in to it .dropped it off the next day .they capt the shirt for a week no phone call update . Drove by there to check if it ready . The reply I got was they dont see the stain I have to show them where it is . Please . If a damage Is done just say we are sorry thats it . But to tell me show me the stain.Its only a shirt but they lost a customer.Will not recommend this place even for my enemy .Disappointed.

Big place. Allot of different sizes. Clean.

How much can really be said about washing your clothes in public. The place gets the job done. Weeknights are much better than weekends of course.

CASH ONLY!Cockroach infested and overpriced! In new Jersey a small washer will charge $2.25 here it’s $3.00! Machones are old and there are small cockroaches lurking on top of them! Avoid it if you can!

Our home dryer belt failed and I had two loads of laundry that had to be dried for the upcoming week. We went on a Sunday evening (8:15pm) and had no problems getting two very large dryers for our wet clothing and towels. The machines offer change for all denominations of bills and the dryers cost $0.25 per 4 minutes. We started with $1 for each dryer, then we walked around the shopping plaza.There is a Starbucks, a Chipotles Mexican Grill, and a CVS on the opposite end of the complex and our items were waiting for us when we returned 15 minutes later.There are chairs for sitting, tables for folding, and a tv mounted on the wall playing a movie (at this time, it was Princess Bride, one of my favorite movies). They offer alterations and mending on-site. The atmosphere was very congenial and I felt comfortable finishing my laundry here. If I had to do it again, I would return to the Springfield Plaza Laundrymat.

One of the worst laundromats I ever been to, its 80 degrees and the washer and dryers are so expensive. Dryers are horrible. 25cents for 5 minutes. I literally spend $5 on dryers alone.
