Much better environment with nobody living there. Wish it could still be 24 hours but understandable. One washer has broken outer window. Value is the best. Please sell soap and keep changers working...thx

Absolutely loved the new place! However, a young male (J) actually lives in the laundry mat. Stop up folks and take him something to eat!

Some machines are broke down and some of the crowd can be a little rough late at night. But best thing is opened 24 hrs

I went there a couple of months ago and was happy to see the biggest machines were available because I had a huge amount of laundry mostly bed linens. Of course dragging them in from my compact car and loading them into the washers was not an easy task. Not to mention the lack of help I received from anyone inside as in maybe opening or holding a door while I dragged 2 baskets at a time in (for a total of 8 baskets). What happened next was the kicker though. I got everything loaded soap and softener in, went to change machine and it was out of order. Now half a dozen people watched me do this and not one bothered to mention a thing about it . I asked a gal if there was another change machine and she said no and that she had had the same problem. The place was dirty,smelled, and lot poorly lit. Will not be returning for any reason under current management. Springfield really needs to class it up a bit. I am tired of seeking services outside of the county I live in.

I went by this morning at 7:00am to wash, a homeless man was sleeping under one of the tables!!! I didnt feel safe I left.

Over two weeks ago my girlfriend took our clothes, the bulk of both our wadrobes, and put them in a washing machine. After the cycle was over the machine would not unlock.She promptly called the service number provided in the laundromat. They stated they would get a technition and have it unlocked and would notify us by phone. We kept contacting the number every other day with the same response that they would get it unlocked and call us. During one such call they stated that the tech went out but fixed the wrong washer and they would put the work order at the highest priority.We then called yesterday and the lady stated the tech, Travis, went in on Thursday and put in his notes there was no broken washers or clothes. We have not been offered a claim through their insurance and are now without our clothes and they are pretending it never even happened. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would for the nightmare we have been forced to live throughout this ordeal.

Seemed like a decent place. No attendant but cameras. Spartan in its accommodations, no vending machines outside of detergent. Overall, it was nice.

Half of the machines wasnt working, the floor was flooded. And trash was everywhere. I wasnt happy at this experience.

The place is dirty and half the machines are broken. The homeless ppl that live there usually take care of the place but tonite there was water all over the floor and clothes scattered everywhere. But hey... ITS THE CHEAPEST PLACE IN TOWN!!!!

Half the machines dont work, the ones that do either dont wash or dry. Place is a mess, and homeless people are living there. You cant do laundry without handing out change cigs oh and I was asked for my shoes today. Never going again

Its filthy dirty. Water all over the floor from a washer that leaked. Hardly any of the dryers work. I will not be going back!
