0 stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had . I am a Springfield business owner and I recently came here to get my laundry washed, dried and folded with their service. Unfortunately, over 44 pounds of my laundry was lost. The manager Kia was not only unhelpful with the situation, but failed to rectify it. I was very disappointed with my service here and I unfortunately do not recommend this establishment at this location. If you would like to feel your clothes are being safeguarded as treated with care, then go somewhere else.

I recommend the place next to save a lot (taco bell plaza across from McDonalds on liberty st.) right down the street .88 a lb for wash dry and fold. I could go in detail but just take my word.

Jojos assistance was greatly appreciated. Will return again and recomend this location

Great Customer Service the girls are always cleaning and doing there but sometime its somewhat clean but what do you expect when the place is packed and people dont clean after themselves.

I come most sundays and only reason why I have a good experience here is because of an employee called rima, she goes above and beyond for her customers, any issues you have with the washers or dryers she’s there and resolves the issue, when she first opens the laundromat she quickly empties the dryers from all the loads that were left there the night before, empties the carts that have been left with wet clothes the night before and quickly gets the job done, always cleaning the dryer filters, she’s never still she’s always on the go and that’s what a good employee should be like, you want a good experience I suggest coming Sunday morning, they should have more people like rima in this laundromat.

Very angry that all 60 LB washers are all broken! The same machines haven’t been fixed for months now and it’s forced me several times to go to other laundry mats. Please fix the machines since a lot of my friends and family have been going elsewhere.A little Asian girl, I think her name is Rima, she was real helpful and very nice. Looked after my dryers and kept them running for me.

Rima, has great customer service. She kept the area clean. She was very helpful, she truly know what the customers need. The big 60 Ilb machines are down but aside from that great service

I usually go to Liberty street Laundromax atleast twice a month. But tonight Wednesday December 23rd, I was In awe. Your employee Rima, was CLEANING from top to bottom. Never witnessed any of your employees cleaning the way she did. Made me feel extra safe(from bacteria/virus). The floor was swept. Not even a dryer sheet on the ground. The only thing I was upset about was that all big machines were out of order hopefully they get fix soon.

Im really upset that all the big washing machines are all broken, now i have to spend more money since i have to use more of the smaller washers so i can wash my clothes and comforter. I have been coming here a lot of times for about 4 years and the same washers have been broken and now all the big washers and dryers are all broken. This use to be my favorite laundromat since its so accessible since parking is available, free wifi so i can do my schoolwork and i can also do my food shopping at stop and shop while my laundry was running. You are going to lose my business for real, im not going to keep coming here if these machines dont get fixed.You have a great employee, i think her name is Rima. She is very kind and so helpful. I have come in here several times and everytime without fail, this store has been so clean. Like not one spot of dirt on the floor, no trash either. Does she ever relax lol.i always see her running around cleaning and she makes me feel safe since i see her always spraying and sanitizing the machines and doors after people. Shes a hardworker i tell you. Ever since shes been working here this store is so different. Always very clean, smells good no messes on machines and several times she has started up my dryers if they stopped and has provided carts in front of my dryers. None of your other employees do what she does. I appreciate her and what she does to help me everytime i come here.

It’s still the law to wear masks in public. This is the second time now I’ve gone into the laundromat and staff are not wearing masks. Some patrons are wearing masks, but others are not after seeing employees are not.We are in a pandemic... this is a small thing to do keep people safe.I won’t be returning again.

They were to be open at 6am.it is now 6:10 and still no one here.if your sign says 6u should be open.i even took a picture for you .

Went to the one inside of springfield plaza very crowded. The people working there are using half the dryers but then not emptying them when done 15 -20 dryers stopped full of clothes with 5 or 6 people waiting with wet clothes for a dryer to open up. Not very good customer service.

First time doing laundry here put a $20 bill to get quarters and the machine spit out no cash value tokens. There was no management just a young guy who gave me the managers number. The manager was a woman who was very rude, wouldnt give me her name and hung up on my face. She then called her employee to yell at him for contacting her. I dont know what kind of management is running this place, but it isnt right. Theres no corporate number to call, so save your money and go to Liberty laundry right across the street that is way cheaper ($6.75 for mega load vs $10.45 at this place) and is 24 hours also. I lost 20 bucks and am livid about the fact that they have no leaders to handle their business. Dont come here!

I’ve always gone here to do my laundry and it’s always been clean and the staff is always very helpful. Wonderful manager and the machines usually are clean. Never any issues 😊

It is a disaster, it smells bad, almost all the washers dont work or dryers. Wait time approximately 4 hours🤦‍♂️

When I walked in with my two minors, I was told I had to put my clothes to wash, wait outside, come back in, put my clothes to dry, wait outside, come back in when the clothes were done and fold at home. There was no sign posted anywhere. The lady that worked there got on the phone and called her manager because someone else told her by law it had to be posted. I stood in the laundromat with my kids. I had my kids wait by the door in a corner out of people’s way and she came to the door posting a sign (poster) and began to talk junk in front of my kids stating that there’s no kids allowed. I was almost done drying clothes (She didn’t even mention anything about kids not allowed in the establishment when I first walked in) She came towards me and told me there’s no kids allowed very rude with the poster on her hands.

So far I’ve gone to numerous laundromats in the same vicinity and this one is my best option. I had the manager help me with all my questions and she engaged in conversation... super pleasant person and very helpful... Thank you Betzy!

Honestly this place is very clean. The manager was very nice & respectful. She helped me whenever i needed help. I would recommend anyone to come to this place.

Worst customer service ever!!! Aside from the fact that all my laundry didn’t dry because machines are broken. They had to open the washers and restart them twice and I still left with soaked clothes.

Without a doubt the best place to get your laundry done. Not only are the prices great, and the facility is very clean, but also the employee working there Betzy was extremely helpful and had my laughing the whole time. I’ll be back for sure!

Its a bigger place however should be at least 32 mins to dry instead of restarting the dryer when it starts at20 mins to dry, also due to COVID-19 and Im one of many out of work washiers should be a little less to pay . Half price on all at least

A lot of washer are damaged. I spent $27 when i took my clothes out i used 2 of the big machines they were full of water. The machine didnt spin them or something. The place was really dirty. Also the laundry detergents compartments are moldy very nasty. When i spoke with the attendant she was very rude to me. A lot of machines were unavailable i guess broken.

I came in today September 3 2018 and theres a young hispanic man working with like blondish reddish hair.. And he is AMAZING!! Helpful, walks around says hi to everyone and ask if they need anything.. Saw him help and elderly man with his laundry.. I come here all the time.. And this is the first time I felt at ease and it was clean here. he made todays experience GREAT! Thanks young man..

This place has really gone down hill. More that nine washers out of order and lets not get started on the dryers but yet the price of washing continues to climb.

Horrible place to do laundry. Too small, most of the machines are broken, not enough carts and the dryer sucks. The guy that helped us was very nice though.

The laundromat was very dirty. Fabric sheets all over place, tables were dirty also and chairs not in the spot they are supposed to be. I was there for 3 hours and the attendant never came out from behind the counter to check the status of the lobby. I picked them up myself because someone could have slipped on them. Not a good day there.

Its well priced but really bad customer service! Only times I recommend going is when the night shift guy is there thats been there for years and the manager! If not you will get the run around and if you lose money you can kiss that good-bye!!! Other than that this place has been known to be the cleanest #keepthatovernighter

This place is overrated. The washers and dryers are trash, yet theyre so expensive. They resale dollar tree detergent for 5 times more. Customers let their bad kids run around as if its a playground. The adults are dirty and they dont pick up after themselves. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. This place is out of control.

Not busy at all on a sunday morning 7-9am. Machines washed and dried fine. Plqce was plenty clean, although trash cans werea bit scarce. A bit expensive and very few machines had the price on them. No cash taken anywhere in the store, have to load all ur money onto a card to pay for everything, thats a bit inconvenient for me because Im just passing thru town. The laundry bags for sale seem good quality for a good price, I bought one and will see. I will return if I get back to this area.

The owner is not telling the truth about the hot water working . There was 10+ people I asked and they said their clothes were ice cold . im reporting this place to the health department you are scammers there is no hot water its always cold water coming out of the washers . This is very wrong people please go elsewhere .

I was doing my clothes on Saturday January 27 about 6am. I used number 40 to dry my clothes. The dryer didnt work and the old man that dont speak English refused to refund my money.

October 12, 2018 12:30 am. Its my first time coming to this location i normally go to the one boston rd. and ill never come back to this location again it was disgusting floors full of trash and water everywhere almost fell twice different spot, and couldnt find an employee around to notify him/her of the situation, its a safety hazard atleast they can do is put wet floor sign so customers can beware nothing.

Im sure if you do the self-service this place is just as good as any other laundromat. But my experience with the drop-off service has been horrible!!! My boyfriend came to stay with me for winter vacation and while he was here we decided that using a drop-off service for laundry would be convenient and allow us to do other things around town. However in doing so they lost two articles of clothing belonging to my boyfriend. We reported this back to them when we noticed, which was the next morning - I was able to pick up the clothes after 8pm. Contacted them and their manager 2-3 weeks ago and havent heard back!!! Will never do drop-off with them again and highly unlikely Ill do laundry there at all.

Open even on holidays and snow days! Thank God! I recommend overnight always the cleanest.

Not a bad place to go and wash clothes I myself cant be sure how it is in the daytime I work 12-hour shifts 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. so when I go there on my days off at night time around 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. in the morning theres not a lot of people there and its clean.

I cant believe how I was treated at this place by a employee. the way the employee spoke to me ..... I spend money every 7 days and I was told something very disrespectful when I ask for a number for a Manager. I will never be going back here. Been going here for 5+ years .

When to do laundry with my kids and there was loud music with profanity líric and ver sexual I hate it I don’t know how they do that in a public place where kids go with there family that’s a no no need to fix that
