More than half of the machines are broken and stay broken. It doesnt ever get cleaned anymore. The carts that are left barely move and are busted up. Do better.

This Laundry Mat is Cheap & most of the time always Clean! One of my favorite Laundry mats in town! I can get in & out in a matter of time.....

What a joke. Change machine broken, washing machine wouldnt accept coins at all, tried to call help line and it just goes to busy signal. Dont waste your time with this one.

Love the 1.00 machines!! Worth the 20 mile drive for sure.

Never had a bad experience until today!!! Had a load of clothes in a smaller dryer and a big load of towels in a big dryer. Went outside to sit in my vehicle that was parked right in front of the store because the weather was bitterly cold and the temperature inside the building was not much better. Come back inside to check on my loads to discover from other people that were inside at the time that that a guy with crazy hair had come in and unloaded 4 dryers and left one of those dryers being not his. NOW I am at a loss of about 60 to 80 dollars of towels!!! What good are security cameras when there is no one around to watch them...and only having two cleaning attendants come in at closing time....tried calling your customer service number and no one answered...I am more theUNPLEASED right now...considering never coming back ever!!

Dont go there!!! They help thieves steal and get away with it!!!!

It would be better if All The washers and dryers were not ALWAYS out of order

It was awful I lost money when the wash machine failed along with my detergent fabric softener. The 1 dryer failed after starting then 2moreIve out 8.00 plus supplies I wont come back

The best laundromat in town dryers dont melt your clothes like some places

6 washers out of order, snack machine out of order, no soap or paper towels in bathroom. The two attendants were friendly and helpful. Two of the washers had water spill out of them (I’m counting them as part of the six) they mopped up the floor and helped the woman who was using the washers fill out a refund card.

Pros- Decent laundromat. They have 75¢ machines and the dryers are 25¢ per 8 minutes so thats a pretty good deal. Its fairly clean in here.Con-its a bit small, I didnt see an attendant in duty and some kid slipped in some water, she was fine but they should really have someone here to clean up messes like that off the floor. Could use a few more chairs. Seemed like there was a lot if machines that are out of order

I made the mistake of going to the grocery store while I waited on my 3 washer to finish. Unfortunately someone stole my entire load of white clothes ( I suspect the new white running shoes is what they were after) either way I take responsibility for leaving my items unattended. I am upset bc once the police arrived its was next to impossible to contact anyone. No number, sent to 2 different contacts only to end up with nothing. Meanwhile Im pretty sure my items were carted out in front of me.

Was handy, had never been to this one before, a couple of the coin changers were out of order, I put quarters in the wrong dryer giving someone extra time but that was my fault I didnt notice the little arrows pointing to which dryer I was paying for. It was a weekend, I dont know if they are staffed during the week.

Its was horrible washer took ten dollars in 2 washer the place had soap all over floor u could Baily walk thru completely filthy some reason DNT believe me I have pictures I love for the owner to see

The place had no attendants. To monitor the place.The restroom was dirty.Due, to no attendants. No soap in the soap dispenser. Dirty washing machines. The floors were dirty. They are open from 6am to 10 pm.The doors lock automatically...this is on the doors.This is to long for no attendants. I will not recommend this coin laundry...Due to the unclean, laundry....and no humans available to help the CUSTOMERS.

Mostly clean machines and helpful staff

I have used this location for a few months while I waited for a repaired or replaced home machine. During this time, it was clean and fully operational. Then it became dirty, many machines not working, the change machine continually empty or broken. I called the 800 # on a sign inside. The machines started to be fixed and the place became clean again. Now my problem is missing a couple socks. I tried calling the listed 312 Chicago number to ask about lost & found box I could search. No answer the 3 tomes I dialed; no VM to leave a message; no options for assistance-nothing. I am also missing two static dryer balls and a bath mat. Those I think were taken when I had my back turned last week, so I want to view security tapes. Good luck with that. Thankfully I wont need this place after another week. I will hesitate to return if needed; its more convenient, but its becoming dirty and broken down again and now theft from dryers ad you are busy folding clothes.

Unbelievable that you can walk into a laundromat to wash your clothes and have them come out dirtier than when you began... Human feces in the washers along with dog food?? wash at your own risk

Decent place and great prices but every time I go there is never an attendant there. Are you guys hiring because with a little supervision it’ll be much better.

When I first started coming here a few months ago it was fine. A little messy from people leaving dryer sheets on the floor. Now, every week when I go more washers are broken, you never know if the change machine is empty, and the place is filthy. Today I was greeted by no air conditioning. This place is close to home and not super expensive but I think I will try somewhere else next week. And nag my husband to fix my washer situation at home!

Went to do laundy last night because I love the $1 laundry, but the place was so filthy. My sister was helping me with laundry, fell and hurt her leg. Someone needs to be there to clean! We will be in contact because she cannot walk right now due to her injury.

Its cheap, for a laundromat, but they need to clean more often. The machines are kept okay, and the staff is considerate.

Not very clean and very busy on any day..

They are nuts! They put up signs saying they are not opening till 2pm, then don’t show to open! Terrible customer service! Been here 3 times today! Everyone is leaving now and going to other places! Good luck with your business!

Old, worn out, dingy. A lot of the machines quit in the middle of the task, keep your money, and when you fill out the card for a refund they dont send it. Never any attendants on duty. Puddles on floor from malfunctioning machines. Never again.

Prices are really good weekdays sometimes its dirty and the bathroom is always funky.

Laundry soap everywhere, machine screwed out of 12 dollars, place just trashed

I have been there twice now and havent had any issues. Its close to home and reasonably priced for our larger comforters.

Always clean and friendly

2 tables with 4 seats each and a bench with 2 seats for a grand total of 10 chairs. A woman with 4 children took both tables and a couple had the benches so I had to stand with my cane and broken pelvis. TOTALLY HANDICAP UNFRIENDLY!!!!
