The lady who is there every time I go is pleasant and helpful. Its clean and usually is not very crowded. I havent been there on the weekend though.

Wow! What a pleasant experience! The new owners as of end of July 2021 are amazing!!! It is VERY clean and met the owners on site!! The machines are working!!! VERY SAFE, too!! We were visiting Springfield for annual Missouri Choral Directors Conference and needed to wash and Google directed us here with positive reviews!! This laudromat is very clean, with large capacity machines that work extremely well. The attendant was so very helpful - if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Plenty of room to sit and relax while waiting for cycles to complete. Comfortable and ample seating, folding areas and theres even a tv to watch. Nice place with even nicer staff.

Weve been coming here for about a year. This time we ended up coming on a Sunday, one of their busiest days, to find no attendant. I can appreciate having to scale back, but not during your busiest times. If you can sit next door and watch the surveillance, you can run your business in person!

Pretty decent. Reminds me of a neighborhood hang out. The guy thats helping out the owner while shes out is great. Probably not a place you would go if you are the privileged type.

Ive been going there for a year and a half now and its been convenient and a safe quiet place to get my laundry dry.

I washed 6 pillows. Two are king size and 4 are regular size. I put 3 in two 6 loader washers. Cost me $13.50 to wash because I selected the delicate cycle. As they were washing, I saw the 8 loader washer for $8.00. I shouldve put all my pillows in that 8 loader washer. Anyway, the place and restroom is very clean and I am a germaphobe. Nice amenities. The female owner is very nice. I gave it 4 stars only because its a bit expensive for me being on a very limited income (SSDI). If I could give it 4.75 stars, I would.I will come back as needed and when I have the money. I do recommend this.

It was clean. Covid safe as far as mask. Didnt see anyone wiping behind users but mask were mandatory. Most dryers and washers worked except a couple which is to be expected. The attendant was very nice.

Friendly staff. Clean place to do your laundry. Hopefully some of the broken machines will be fixed soon. Great variety of sizes for washing machines.

First time here and it was the best experience Ive ever had at a laundromat! Prices are great and the lady working was SO AWESOME! I had my kids with me and with it being the end of the day they were tired and acting up, she got them a treat and changed the TV to cartoons to help me out! Overall was a great experience!

Not a terrible laundromat. I loved the vibe and energy the customers and staff put off. The staff are very helpful. Make sure to come with plenty of $1 or $5 bills if you dont have enough quarters originally. The washers are $6 for the big ones. $4.25 for the medium size ones and $2.25 for the small loads. But the big washers hold 6 loads of clothes. the medium load holds 4 wash loads of clothes. Small; holds 2 loads of dirty clothes.The dryers are $0.25 to dry. So for 21 minutes you need 3 quarters

Only place I will do laundry at. Theyre ALWAYS friendly and helpful and the place is always clean! Theyre washers are great and very reasonably priced. When we have too much going on we have them wash and dry and fold it...also very reasonably priced!

It is fast easy and relatively cheap and the clothes came out clean. Every time Im in Springfield I always get my laundry done here

Nice pricing for laundry and nice people who work there, so far everytime Ive been everyone in there minds their own business and stays courteous for eachothers laundry.

Its a very clean and NOT rundown laundry mat everything works. They have 6 load, 4 load, 3 load, and regular washers, large and reg dryers, friendly staff and convenient hours. Ive been to a lot of laundry mats and this is my favorite.

I am new to Springfield and have tried 4 other laundromats before Soap N Suds and I will no longer go to any other place. This is my place to go now. BUT, on to my point of review...God places you where he knows you need to be with the people you need to be placed by no matter what the situation may be. Tonight I met a woman by the name Lisa. She is a employee of this Laundromat and I’m so grateful and appreciative that I was given the chance to meet her tonight.( On a personal note) my life hasn’t been the easiest for me lately and I’m struggling with a few very overwhelming issues. Meeting this woman gave my a new mind frame and sense of positivity that I so desperately needed. She wasn’t only great on a personal level for me but she was also Amazing on a professional level as well. I never once seen her cut corners on the details of her job and what it entails. She was constantly trying to help me with my laundry ( checking the machines, switching it over to the dryers, folding and hauling it all to my car ) no matter how many times I told her that she is doing enough herself and that I couldn’t imagine her helping me out, she never stopped offering to help me. Her kind heart and giving spirit is something that I was blessed to have interacted with tonight and because of her, I will be returning to this location. Thank you so much Lisa. You have done for me more then You know.

Do laundry here often. Depends on when you go but people usually flood the afternoons. Weekends are hit and miss, just depends on if youre willing to go early or later.

The staff here was very helpful with helping me pick the right washer for the amount of clothes I had. She saved me a bit of money but not going too big. Quite helpful with drying as well with the proper size and length of time. I would highly recommend this location.

Mary Ann the attendant on duty on the afternoon of December 6th was an absolute godsend. She helped me with my grandchildren 3yr and 11 mo while I got my laundry done and my car seat back together after washing the cover. The other patrons were super helpful I just cant thank everyone enough for making this the best experience that could possibly be.

So friendly and kind and even go above and beyond. Kid friendly and always helpful.

Appears that it is permanently closed.

Last visit they had a staff walk out and the place was void of any employees. This visit there was an employee but closed the office shortly after I arrived to never be seen again. Several of the machines were posted with out of order signs. The machines that were working, worked as they should.

I used the biggest washer this place has to offer and it didnt even fill up with water. I DID NOT over load it and used the proper amount of soap. I was told I didnt use enough soap. The man messaged the owner and was told NOT to restart my washer. My clothes smell even worse then before with a mildew smell and didnt smell like that until I washed them. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! What a horrible owner!!!

I had to come here because my washer broke last minute, and the lady that works here is literally the sweetest person Ive met. I was having such a bad day and she made it so much better by just being kind. Also the place is VERY clean and not bad prices.

Well first of all Ive been going to that laundromat off and on since I was a little child like literally you know like five seven years old and I am now 42 years of age and my father also owns the building that the laundromat is in so I have a very deep connection with it because my father owns the property

Very clean. Always friendly staff. Machines are very nice. The only place Ill go anymore. Only thing that would make it better was if they were open later.

I drop my cloths off about once a week to get washed which they do an excellent job in doing so as well as stain remover and folding. With a Curtis call when my cloths are done, very trust worthy and professional staff.

I come here for the drop off/bundle service. They are excellent! Reasonable prices and my clothes are always done exactly how I request. The prices are super affordable so if youre really busy and just dont have the time to do your laundry yourself its a service I would recommend. I do wish they had an automatic door since peoples arms are always full coming and going but that just a suggestion.

Everything is clean and easily accessible. They also offer a wide variety of washer/dryer sizes and services. My roommate and I managed to do about 4 loads of laundry for about $10. Overall, it was a good experience!

They have the state-of-the-art equipment for washing machines. Ive even been down to Tulsa Oklahoma and been to their fancy places and by all counts soap and suds is hands-down the cheapest place to get your clothes done by their staff. They did a fantastic job at 40% less cost

Staff is so friendly and helps you if you forgot something. They have a super nice air-conditioning unit to help with the hot days and muktmult options on what type of washer and dryer they want. Havent used the laundry service yet. But I ever need to. Ill definitely come here.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me fold my laundry on more than one occasion. The machines are very efficient and reasonably priced. I moved across town but still come here.

The place was ok. I was able to wash and dry my clothes for a reasonable price. The only down fall they had was their restroom. It smelled of urine and they had no toilet paper. It was kind gross.

It was pretty nice for a a laundry mat. There where two flat screen TV show with recent type movies on to watch. Clean and there was an original looking Donkey Kong in the back of the place. Kinda cool!

Went there for the first time today....have to say very very impressed with the girl who worked there! Ive owned a laundromat...one thing to say...GREAT HIRE!! I was there for about 2-1/2 hrs and she cleaned constantly...place was clean and she very friendly and helpful!! Would def go again!

Still the best place to do laundry. It is clean and they huge machines . And if your in a bobtail there is room for you .
