I have worked with Eventful Rental for a couple of events now and they are phenomenal! They respond promptly, always have great customer service and are super helpful with recommendations, and just overall very professional and a breeze to work with! They also have a lot of inventory to match whatever style youre looking for! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone for rentals!

I was very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We ordered tablecloths and a childs table for my daughters wedding. The tablecloths were absolutely huge and didnt even come close to fitting the tables, and the childrens table was way too tall. I called them to let them know the situation and see if I could get the right tablecloths and table and the lady argued with me about how the floor length tablecloths are specialty and thats how they fit. I just want to know why they fit the exact same size tables in their showroom perfect but not the tables in venue? I am so thankful that the wedding venue had tablecloths we could use. Eventful Rentals did refund the childs table, but refused to refund the tablecloths. I understand that mistakes happen. I just wish they would have corrected it when I called. This is not how you do business!!!

Used this company for a simple chair rental with delivery and pickup for convenience. Delivered just fine but never came to pick them up. Contacted them the next day and they told me they had been there for 10 minutes knocking and had the wrong number on file so they couldn’t contact me. We had 2 adults at the location waiting specifically for them to show up and they never did. They refused to come pick them up after the fact without charging me another 1/3 of what I already had paid, so instead we borrowed a truck and took them back ourselves even though we paid for both delivery and pickup. Their mistake cost us time and money. We will not be doing business here again and we will be urging any one else that asks to do the same.

Fantastic service. She spent a lot of time with us picking the perfect layout for our wedding. I couldnt recommend them more.

If I could give Eventful Rentals 10 stars, I would because they are just that FABULOUS to work with. I called them panicked at 8:30 PM on a Friday evening during a HOLIDAY weekend, because the rental company we booked with no-showed us at the last minute. We needed 100 chairs for our GRAND OPENING Event the very next day. The owners jumped into action and worked through the late evening to get the chairs we needed prepared and ready for us to pick them up at 6 AM the next morning. Now, this is customer service! They were so pleasant to work with, never complained, never made us feel we were a pain, and the chairs quality was AMAZING! They will forever have our business.

Eventful Rentals was great to work with. They have an excellent selection and the best prices in town. I talked to them many times throughout the planning process and they were always so helpful. I was planning the wedding from out of state, which they were more than happy to help accommodate by sending me pictures of things since I could not make it into their facility. They were at the venue early and set everything up so beautifully. We rented some draping, a backdrop, an assortment of linens, chargers, and a love seat for our head table. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was, and I was so happy when I saw it. They also came to pick everything up when the night was over. Thanks for making our wedding so beautiful!

We have used Eventful Rentals for three years now for our anniversary event. They are always amazing to work with. We have had to reschedule out event due to weather with short notice and they were awesome about it. We did receive a product that was broken and didnt realize until last minute but we gave them a call and they not only replaced it for us with a better/bigger one but delivered it as well with kindness and hast. I recommend Eventful Rentals to anyone looking for great customer service.

I rented easels. Almost every single one had an issue with it. They looked junky and would fall down when event guests lightly touched the boards displayed on them. I kindly explained this when I returned them and the girl working didn’t seem to care.The price was good and the staff was friendly when I picked them up.A simple apology would have been enough to turn my experience around.

I cant tell you how wonderful my experience was with eventful rental.Rochelle and Ariel did an amazing job on providing me with all of my rental items for my wedding last October. When something was too expensive they didnt push to sell, they took it off as requested. They helped me coordinate time of pickup and drop-off and they were very reasonable and good in their communication.When it came time to drop off all the items before the wedding--- their delivery team was AMAZING! I dont know who those gentlemen were but they treated our property with uttermost respect! They were so careful on our grass and it was yes maam no maam the entire time. They unloaded everything with care and made sure to give a warm welcome and goodbye.Thank you guys for making our wedding so special!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN. Their price is good, but their customer service and effort shows it. We had many problems with our order and they were rude and not reasonable. Our linens came stained and in the wrong sizes. When I placed my order a month in advance they called me two days before to tell me they didnt have what I ordered so they ordered more and it came in the wrong color and they wanted to charge ME for their mistake. WORST experience ever. Rental linens was supposed to make my life convenient, and it just made it confusing and frustrating.

The dishes were clean and presentable. They allowed me to return on Sunday for an extra charge of $100. (That was expensive yet convenient). I strongly urge you to double check the counts of all your rentals. Had a huge headache at my wedding looking for missing plates and glasses. (Emergency line didnt get an answer.) I was able to go to Walmart and make a quick last minute fix. Not worth the $1,250 I paid for everything. Nice staff tough. Just slow down a little... Thanks for the $10 refund...
