Ive owned a T 120 for 10 years now and after dropping it off in Spring Field Missouri for Service work I went to pick it up yesterday to find it extremely dirty which I always clean it after use and store it inside our climate controlled shop and that most of the work wasnt even done further that it was damaged and broken! I drove 3 hours to pick it up and had to leave it there! Im extremely unsatisfided and to make it worse Jason your Representative got mad at me for simply asking if he thought the machine could have been rented out, he replied this Conversation is over! And hung up on me and wouldnt answer my calls which I have phone records to prove and Text messages.I have taken several photos and videos of the evidence/ damage. I would like a phone call to discuss further. I will never return for service there again and will be purchasing an Epic Hydroseeder soon!
