These guys do it right. Aaron is always helpful, friendly, and efficient with reservations, check-outs/check-ins, and over the phone advice. On multiple occasions, Toby has taken the time to explain safe operation of equipment and offers helpful advice for getting the best out of your rental.

Have used superior rental several times in the past with no problems. Normally I Just call, but this time I used the website for a rental that I needed that day! They got back to me 3 days later. I was frustrated enough that I went out and bought one instead... frustrating.

Have used superior rents twice in the last couple months for trash pump rental to pull water from a pond. Both times I have rented I have driven an hour an a half out of town to findout that the pump I was given has a bad seal and doesn’t pump. Both times I’ve had to drive all the way back to Springfield to return pump and pickup another. Costing me 5 hours of drive time and loss of work and wages. After another experience like this today I will be renting elsewhere And telling others my experiences

Ive always heard great things about Superior Rents, so when the time came where I needed to rent a few tools, I drove to one of their Springfield stores to get what I needed. The guys were welcoming and helpful. The tools and equipment that I rented were all in great shape. Thanks guys for making this rental equipment process easy for me.

Just rented a drill to put in a drain at our cabin. The staff was great, showed me how to use the drill and explained everything completely. Drill worked great. Drain works great. Will definitely go to Superior Rents for my next project.
