Everyone was very welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. Not one rude person. My favorite was the front desk lady. She had lots of personality.

Dr Tyler and Dr Todd are great- 5+ stars, the blonde receptionist is rude and not nice-5 stars. Been going here for years because of the Dentist, not because they have a nice receptionist. Hated to leave this review of her but just wanted you to know incase you go here and she speaks mean to you apparently thats just the way she is.

As someone who isnt head-over-heels about dental work, I hereby proclaim that Dr. Gary is as phenomenal as dentists get! He is personable, happy, and caring, yet serious and knowledgeable. More than once, he has provided services above and beyond what is covered or expected, simply in the name of dentistry.The office is clean and modern, with a sensible layout. The staff is consistently professional and kind. They listen and ask questions, and are invested in their patients care. Buzbee Dental is an honest company; they will not rip you off. In fact, in the six years Ive been a patient Im certain that they purposefully didnt charge me when they could have. Ive never had a bad experience there; that includes repairing another dentists mistake, a root canal, crown adjustments, a recent replacement filling, and just the regular old cleanings.They deserve every 5-star review on here, and I sincerely believe any 1-star reviews theyve received can be safely disregarded.

I left behind a great family dentist in Las Vegas, so my bar was set pretty high and I didnt think wed find another dentist half as good, but this place is awesome!They had all my insurance handled before I came in (I filled everything out online under the new patient forms) so they were able to give me the co-pay amount BEFORE they got started with no muss and no fuss.The staff is super friendly and the dentist and his nurse did a great job handling my scared kiddo who needed some stubborn baby teeth pulled. We were in and out of there in less than an hour with no drama! You cant really ask for anything more.

Not happy with Buzzbee at all. They scheduled my 6 month cleaning too early, and my insurance wouldn’t pay. So they turn around and bill me. 🤦‍♀️ I’m not the only one they have done this too. 🤔 I will never return to a scammer period.

This place is a joke. Ive had the most painful dental experiences Ive ever had here, but they wont give you anything for pain. The 1st crown I got from them came off in a year.I had to come back to get the crown replaced that came off in a year and to have the work Gary started finished. I will not be back. Thats why I didnt make another appt. I would rather loose out and wait until next year then come back to office.

The oral hygienists, Laura and Patty, in particular, as well as others who might have helped me throughout the years have always made a point to make sure I am comfortable and at ease during any procedures or exams. We were fairly new to the area and were in need of a dentist. A guy at work just had some work done and he was telling me about how great his dentist is. So, we gave it a try, and not only the dentists are wonderful, the entire staff is great . It certainly isnt like the dentist office I remember as a kid . WiFi, music to listen to in the chair if you want, and a delightful staff .It goes on, but I would highly recommend Buzbee dental .Its a family operated business and it shows.

I drive a three hour round trip for my daughter to have the best orthodontic care with Dr. Todd. She’s very comfortable with him and his staff. Their whole team has always been friendly and they’ve provided us with the best care possible. Her smile is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with her outcome!! I just recently switched to Buzbee from another dentist office, and Dr Todd was able to provide me with many more alternate solutions that I had been told were not possible. The service is extremely quick, Dr Todd made me feel listened too, and despite my neurotic self, was incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. I am so impressed with this practice! My kids visited the dentist for the first time here, and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tyler filled a cavity my son had and did a phenomenal job of giving me information before and after, and even sent a follow up text that evening to check on him. Twenty-Six years ago I had a scheduled C-section. They had difficulty intubating me, but they were successful on the fourth try. Consequently, my teeth were chipped and uneven. I would mention this to different dentists over the years and they would smile and never did anything about it. Dr. Tyler actually listened to me and did something. I have been a patient at Buzbee dental for 17 years. Im confident in the skill of all the doctors and the rest of the staff. They are very accommodating and truly try their best to see patients as quickly as possible. My most recent tooth issue caused a lot of discomfort and even though it was a weekend, I was still able to get a hold of a Dr. for some pain management until I could be seen the following Monday. The doctors here really want to fix any dental problems the right way.

I am someone who has anxiety when it comes to a dentist. A big plus to this office is they offer gas to help with that. They are also very understanding of the anxiety and help keep you calm. I hate the dentist, but this office is my exception. Dr Tyler was super helpful and friendly and told me all of my options. Highly recommend this office!!!

Have always had a great experience with Dr. Todd and the rest of the staff at Buzbee Dental. My only disappointment was when they took molds to check on Invisiline for me, but never got back with me on it. Other than that, the staff are very friendly, wait time is never long, and they are always open to any questions or concerns I have. The building and equipment are all state of the art as well.

After hearing such great things from people about this office, we thought wed give it a go. I thought oh well, just another dentist, there all the same NO, defiantly not. I myself, have been to at least 15 different dentist in my life, and this office and Doctor Tyler blew me away! The office is nice, sure, but thats not what I worry about. I worry about how Im treated. I feel as I have been a long time patient and they arent just trying to make a buck. I feel like they know dental work is expensive and they really work with your best options. Most dentists I have been to, just want to do the most expensive thing right off the bat, kind of rudely too, as if I was a drug addict and done these things to my teeth on purpose. I am in love with this dentist office so far and dont plan on changing anytime soon. My daughter really likes them too and thats hard to find a kid who LIKES going to the dentist!

Dr Todd only walks n room talks to the assistant n walks out. He wont inform u whats going on in mouth. Ive been seen by two other offices and both of them have found stuff he didnt tell me about. Also they wont honor the free adjustments like I was told Id have once I got my dentures by a dental assistant there.

I just recently started going to Buzbee Dental. The doctors and staff there are absolutely awesome!! Ive went for hygiene appointments and TMD issues. They explained everything to me in depth and went over a treatment plan with me as well. They told me how much estimated costs with insurance would be and how long Id be in treatment. Ive been coming to Buzbee Dental since 1994. From the beginning they have worked with me on appointments, insurance/payments and other dental matters and never felt like I was just another patient... Aside from being excellent in their dental knowledge, they really care about me. I have been going to Buzbee Dental for over 5 years and the entire staff is consistantly pleasnt, personable, highly professional and takes the time to answer any questions and concerns I may have. Dr. Todd is my dentist and did my 1st crown and root canal. He does exceptional work, took more than adequate time to explain the procedures and answer all of my questions and concerns and has saved me money time and time again. First appointment they were going to just have my son watch a video about being at the dentist. Hed already been to the dentist before, and I didnt take time out of my busy schedule to have my son watch a video. Clean his teeth for crying out loud! Second time we went, my five year old daughter had a cavity, and she was nervous to get it filled. She wanted a parent to go back with her. The dentist threw a fit, said that it violated OSHA. This is ridiculous! He treated my husband like a child, and told us to see another dentist next time. We have been to other pediatric dentists, in other states, and they were fantastic! Buzbee dental leaves much to be desired.

I had a crown done by another dentist in town in May 2016. The other dentist couldnt figure out how to adjust it (after 6 different appointments). I made a consultation appointment with Dr. Todd. He assessed the situation and adjusted it at my appointment. Today I can eat comfortably for the first time in nearly a year! Thank you! (I should have left the other guy a long time ago. Lesson learned.)

I have had several dentist over the years and this has been my best experience, by far. Dr. Todd and his staff have always been very accommodating and their work is beyond question. Having to get braces while in your 40s has not been ideal, The Buzbee staff have made it as pleasant as it possibly can be. I couldnt be happier with the results. They also see my 6yr old son and he they do a great job with him. I never have to fight with him to go to the dentist. Highly recommended.

Went here to get a consultation about a implant and felt as if I wasnt good enough. I was criticized about having very small movement in my teeth. When I asked what he would do, he very arrogantly replied, Well, I dont have that problem with a very disrespectful tone of voice. So, let me introduce you to my family member that can help you with that. After taking a look he said there probably wasnt anyway they could do the implant and I would need orthodox!! So after get an action plan of about $20,000 to have one implant I obviously went elsewhere. If you think youre superior to other people and have plenty of money to burn, you should make an appointment to compare your swollen-headesness achievements with these superiors!!

Standard dental work that can be found anywhere. No complaints on the work, but quite honestly, Im disappointed in the offices interactions with my family. Managerial staff and even Dr. Buzzbee himself were short and rude in their communication with us. They do fine dental work, but you can find better treatment elsewhere.

I went there for years. I loved them all and thought Dr Tyler was very funny. He made me laugh when I was a kid and i was very scared of the dentist before I came here. He made me comfortable and asked me if I had any questions.Now, I am 19 and cant go back there because I missed one appointment 5 years ago. We had a family emergency that day and calling to cancel a dentist appointment was the last thing on our mind that day.I would do anything to go back and be accepted there again. I havent had good experiences anywhere else but here.

The office has a very pleasant atmosphere and every staff person is engaging and pleasant. The doctors are very caring and make me feel at ease during each visit.

I have taken both of my boys here for a while now. I have had poor experiences each time I have been. A couple of weeks ago my son chipped his front tooth at school and I called to get him in to have it fixed. I went in Monday morning and my son sat and waited for 30 minutes in the chair before the dentist came in a looked at his tooth. It took them 2 minutes to decided to bring us back in 2 weeks to add a filling to the small break to extend the tooth. So two week later we went back in and they fixed the chipped tooth. Todd Buzzbee was very dismissive when I had questions or concerns. I was made to feel silly for even asking about my sons grinding problem and was told we cant deal with it until he gets all of his adult teeth, meanwhile he is grinding them down to the gum line. I have decided to have a second opinion and possibly find a better dentist for my kids. Buzzbee Dental has quality work but as far as customer service or kids friendly atmosphere I will look else where.

Ive Always been Frighten of Needles but Dr. Todd made me Feel Relaxed and Comfortable. Ive moved to Tampa Florida and Im making Plans to Make an Appointment for My Annual Check Up!

I had a filling done by them a while ago. I had to go back multiple times to have the filling filed down and went through months of discomfort/pain. During the initial procedure the dentist jammed a needle into my gums after seemingly getting impatient over how long the previous shots of local anesthetic were taking to kick in. It felt like the needle hit bone and I am pretty sure it caused nerve damage - hints the prolonged discomfort.Luckily time and going to another dentist has eliminated any residual effects.I won’t be going back to Buzbee and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Im giving a one star because I went here at the beginning of this year for them to say I only needed a deep cleaning and said my xrays looked great, but the xrays they took showed I needed root canals done. I went to my husbands dentist for my next check up for him to tell me nearly a year after this company did my xrays that I needed now more root canals that probably could have been avoided if buzbee dental would have properly looked at my xrays and told me I needed the work done.Edit: Thank you for your response, but I clearly stated that it was YOUR COMPANY that took the xrays that SHOWED I NEEDED 1 ROOT CANAL ALREADY, when YOUR COMPANY TOLD ME MY xrays were fine, not even a cavity. It must be the person responding who read my xrays because you clearly cant read my review and realize what was already stated the 1st time. Therefore, due to your lack of professionalism and malpractice I will gladly do something more about this issue.

I am writing this review because my time at Buzbee scared me so much I felt I had to write this. I had been sick for a few days in the first week of August 2015. I called a family doctor and described painful sores in my mouth. My doctor encouraged me to go to a dentist to get my mouth looked at and figure out what might be wrong with me. I scheduled an appointment with Buzbee Dental for later that day and got to the appointment early due to the pain I was feeling in my mouth. I sat in the chair for a total of 5 minutes waiting for the dentist, he looked into my mouth and declared that I had herpes right away. According to him the painful sores in my mouth were the first occurrence of the herpes virus in my body were causing the sores in my mouth and that there was nothing I could do about this and that the sores and pain would recede in a couple of days. This information devastated me because I had not been exposed in any way to the herpes and understood how the virus worked.So instead of taking this lying down I went to my family doctor after the appointment with the dentist to get a second opinion. My doctor ran blood tests and took swabs of my throat looking for the reason for the sores and lesions in my mouth. After a thorough checkup of my total health my doctor put me on heavy antibacterials and an anti-fungal. What was really wrong with me was a yeast infection in my throat that lead to a major bacterial infection in my mouth concentrating around my teeth. Had I followed the dentists advice and not gone to the doctor there could have been irreparable damage done to my body. I would never go to this dentist under any circumstances, and if they tell you there is a major problem get a second opinion.

I called Dr. Buzbees office around a year ago because I had a tooth that had broke off. I didnt have a dentist and the girls that I work with highly recommended this office. I got in that day and had a root canal done that day. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist (I have been to several dentists and have not had the best experiences) so I was not wanting to have this done but knew that I needed to. Tyler was the dentist I saw and he was very kind and helpful as was the rest of his staff. After I had this issue taken care of I went back to his office and had a full work up done and that was no easy task. I had the worst time with the xrays but the Meghan was fantastic and got me through them again it was not easy! Dr. Buzbee went over everything with me (I have a lot of dental issues) and had a hygienist come in and go over the type of cleaning I need and what my insurance would pay. I could not afford that so they gave me options, like going to OTC to have there school help me out, it was a little to pricy for me as well so I have not had that done yet. I called the office on Tuesday for another (almost) broken tooth and they got me in today and Tyler fixed the problem and now I am back at work. They do great work and the entire staff is very nice.Thank you Buzbee Dental for all you have done for me and will do in the future.

Do not go to BuzzBee Dental unless you like to have unnecessary things done to you just so they can make more money. When I question something Dr Duzzbee wanted to do he got very mad at me and said to me under his breath I dont get enough money just to clean your kids teeth. I was so surprised that I could not even respond back to that. Never go to them!

I would give less, but that isnt an option. This place is unprofessional, and unable to do their jobs correctly.
