My first visit to this office. Pleasantly surprised by the homey welcoming feel of the reception and lobby. Staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was in for an exam to see what work may be needed. Dr Torgeson was informative and thorough. I now consider him my dentist. Overall, the best dental office visit experience that I have had in a long time.

I went in because my mom bought me a teeth cleaning and exam and the hygienist who took care of me and my teeth was easily the best and most thorough I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. I was impressed with her knowledge and how transparent she was with her work! The interior design was really luxurious and welcoming also. Overall I enjoyed my experience!! And if I could would go here again!

Had a cracked tooth that needed extracted Asap. They got me in very promptly. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. This dentist cares about his patients and does quality work. I have been going to Mountain Stream for about 2 years now and absolutely love the staff here. They work with my insurance, give honest treatment and treat you like family. If your looking for a new Dentist I would highly recommend stopping by Mountain Stream to see Dr. Naylor or any if their wonderful hygienists. They also ran a deal when I was just starting at a new job without insurance and did a cleaning and X-rays for 80$. Not sure if this deal is still out there but it goes to show how much they are willing to help people in the community. 10/10 recommend!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had at the dentist office. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very concerned about keeping things clean. We will be back again.Had one of my old crowns break a few weeks ago. Was able to get in quickly to evaluate the situation. Dr. Torgeson determined that I need a new crown and root canal prep. Left the decision up to me. He replaced the old crown and we scheduled an appointment for the procedure. Dr. Toregson and Suzie did a great job with the procedure. Everything they did was explained to me in a way I could fully understand. Looking forward to getting my permanent crown in a few weeks. Jen worked with me on getting all the billing completed. Will tell friends and family of our very positive experiences with this office.

These people are fantastic! Broke my tooth on Christmas Eve and they were closed. I called the emergency line and the doctor and nurse met me there in 90 minutes to put on a crown.Highly recommended!!!

This morning Karen was my hygienist, while she was cleaning my teeth, she shared considerable valuable information about managing and maintaining my oral health and how it effects my overall health. Such incredibly kind people! Very friendly and attentive staff that are genuinely interested in you. They educate you about what they’re doing and why they’re doing it and check in with how you’re doing.

I thought I had a cracked tooth but it turned out to be a jagged filling . Dr. T and the entire staff were wonderful. I especially appreciate Jen at the front desk and Amber. I highly recommend this office. Extremely clean and professional as well as just plain nice energy.

Friendly staff. Through out my stay they kept pointing out things I needed done. At the end they pulled me to the front for my “next steps plan”. I was presented with a break down of everything they wanted to do and not to worry they could fit me in next day, I just had to pay $1,300 upfront, out of pocket. That’s with insurance and they don’t have any type of payment plan or billing system. Apparently you have to be rich to get your teeth done here. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

They are always friendly. I initially (2 years or so ago) had an appointment that left alot to be desired. Since then, they have addressed the issue and all is great.They are my dentist and I would recommend them.

Even though the dentist is not my most favorite place to go to, visiting Mountain Stream Dental office is always a pleasant experience. I have been going there regularly for cleanups since 2017. All staff is super friendly and Dr Naylor is taking his time for you. He explains everything that he is doing, or needs to be done, and gives you alternatives. He certainly is not pressuring you to do expensive procedures if they are not necessary. I am glad I found Mountain Stream Dental!

Due to the snowfall there office was not open. I was referred to another dentist for an emergency. Before I even made an appointment with them they called asking me how I was doing. I was amazed at how caring they were. Everything was explained to me as things were being done. This really put my mind at ease. They are all very caring and understanding from beginning to end. In July I had a dental emergency. I had called 5 dentists trying to get a tooth fixed. I am so glad Mountain Stream Dental was able to help that day. They never at any point made me feel bad for condition of my teeth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Naylor is awesome. They have far exceeded my expectations.

Not the most friendly dentist if you have dental anxiety. I went for a consult for a painful tooth. I sat in the dentist chair shaking and trying to hold the tears back. I was basically told by the dentist just not to be anxious. Uhh, let me just turn that anxiety off like a switch. Anxiety is a funny thing. Consciously I know there is absolutely no reason to be frightened or upset, but my body and subconscious take over and control the show. If I could control it, I absolutely would because having anxiety is awful and I wouldn’t choose to feel or act this way. When I’m panicked, it literally feels like I am about to die. While I know the dentist meant well with his statement, it wasn’t helpful. It felt invalidating and condescending. Which is partially why I avoid dentists to begin with. I was also told I was having pain due to a tooth with resorption and I needed a referral for extraction. The part I disagreed with was that I wasn’t having pain in the tooth that was the one needing extracted and I don’t feel like I was being listened to when I kept saying that wasn’t the tooth that hurt. I panicked even more and went to another clinic. There I was told I was having pain (in the actual tooth that hurt no less) due to a large amount of tartar under the gingiva and severe gingivitis. They got me in for immediate deep cleaning and prescribed a heavy duty mouth rinse. Voila! Pain resolved. While I do have resorption happening in one of my teeth and extraction may be inevitable in the future, I refuse to have it extracted until it’s actually causing an issue.

Its been a couple years since I was a client of Dr. Naylors, but due to my current situation, I had to re-contact him for help.I have rather excessive gum recession (4s according to dental numbers) due to previously brushing my teeth too hard with a manual toothbrush. For the past 15 years, Ive been using PreviDent Sensitive toothpaste to help ease the zinging sensation Id get whenever I eat anything hot, cold or sweet. Dr. Naylors office provided that for me any time I ran out.The reason why I have a new dentist is because I moved from Eugene. My new dentist has dodged my request for a PreviDent Sensitive refill for about a month. They told me to just use OTC Sensodyne instead, which I have tried in the past and it never worked. I still got zingd and it was always literally a pain to eat.Anyway, despite it being about 2 years, I was desperate since Ive been rationing the last bottle I bought from Dr. Naylor. I dont use a lot of it so thats why its lasted me so long. I also try to interchangeably use an alkaline-based natural toothpaste every so often. Since my current dentist refuses to prescribe it to me for some unknown reason (they wont specifically tell me), out of desperation I called Dr. Naylors office and he helped me out!I know this is very trivial as far as dentistry goes, but because it meant a lot to me and I never did leave a review yet, I thought Id leave one now. Better late than never?I highly recommend Dr. Naylors office! Theyve only been hospitable and kind to me & my husband for the time we were with his office. As you can see, he went out of his way to call up a long-distance prescription for me despite no longer being my dentist. He helped me when I needed dental help the most. Im still using the mouth guard they made me due to my underbite as well. It has helped ease my migraines due to grinding my teeth at night. Thank you so much!

I chose Mountain Stream Dental based primarily on their reviews. My experience was right in line with those reviews: High 4s, perhaps a 5! My last experience with a dental office was poor, disheartening. I made that clear to the folks at Mountain Stream and asked many questions, wanting to KNOW what to expect as best as I could. The staff--and I dealt with many of them--were all very patient with my questions, helpful with their answers and had a very friendly, personable attitude and demeanor while I was in the chair. I actually look forward to future visits to this Dentist and am eager for my family to experience Mountain Stream Dental as well.

I recently switched from another practice in town to Mountain Stream Dental. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Naylor was great at explaining why I need a particular procedure. I have found a new home for all my dental needs.

Hillary at the front was super friendly. Made the scary trip to the dentist a little less intimidating.The woman who took my xrays (I forgot her name) was very proficient and thankfully fairly quick about it.The dentist himself was young, but nice enough. Made sure I knew my options. He wasnt afraid to refer me out to someone when he was uncomfortable/unsure about a procedure.The only problem I had was not with their practice but the parking lot. Theres quiet a steep entrance/exit and a very small maneuvering space.

This dental office was awesome! I was really apprehensive since Ive had bad experiences at other places but every one was so nice from receptionist to hygienist. I felt comfortable and had very little pain! Would recommend to anyone living in the Springfield/ eugene area.

Totally awesome customer service, timely appointments, etc. I called with major and multiple toothache areas due to previous large fillings falling out from other dentists and was taken care of right away. I have always had issues with getting totally numb for procedures, but this was taken into consideration and my work was done in a pleasant and pain free way.

I had been searching for a dentist office to help me with a problem tooth.This tooth had come extremely loose in my mouth and much as I tried I couldnt get it to come out.It was very painful and had become infected. It had gotten to the point that I could no longer chew food.I do not have dental insurance. I cant afford that. But I needed help.No one would help me.Not even those that claim to be the ones to help those in need.Then until I found myself awake in the very early hours of the morning a couple of days ago, when an advertisement popped up on my phone, just out of the blue.I was drawn to it and began to read about this office, the services, the staff and I even read the reviews.I filled out the next section asking for name, phone, etc and next was a place to comment.I poured out my story to them and my plight to find someone to help me get this demon tooth out of my mouth.They called me the next day and invited me in the following day, to be checked and talk it over.I was so excited that they heard me, they saw me and they didnt just push me aside like everyone else had done.I was so touched with the compassion, the acceptance and warmth they presented the moment I walked in the door.It just felt good already.Every individual in the place showed interest in my need and what they could do to relieve my burden from me.They talked with me and made me feel important and that they cared.. about me.They talked me all the way through every step.They explained everything they were doing and made me feel safe and comfortable and confident to leave myself in their willing hands.I was truly blessed to be lead to Mountain Stream Dental Office.Dr Naylor was very skilled at what he was doing and when he was done, I was still waiting!That was a first for me.He was very gentle and took care of my need, all the while explaining what he was doing and comforting me all the while.I dont know how a staff like Mountain Stream Dental all came together to be in this one place, but each and every individual was full of concern for my need and compassion for me as a person.They went the extra 100 miles to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed.Ive never had such a great experience going to a dentist office, until this day.It will be the one that will live throughout my memory.I will be grateful to every person at Mountain Stream Dental for showing me that there really are people who care.People who will step up and show such kindness to another person in need.Would I recommend Mountain Stream Dental to others?Absolutely! I have to say, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was suckered in by the low cost benefits plan, and reduced price implants. You get what you pay for people! The dentist is barely out of school, and is pushing, selling, and planning to over-treat patients in order to make up for his losses on the discounts advertised. He has NO experience placing implants either. You want experience when someone is drilling into your jawbone. You will get lots of QAUNTITY, and no QUALITY. You are better off taking a risk at one of the big corporate offices in town, at least they arent personally benefitting from over-treating patients. I did get a cap done, and it was so badly done, the bite never fit. I just paid for a new one to be made at another office. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth wanted to charge me $1,500 for a deep cleaning. I have gotten regular cleanings my entire life and have never needed this. Sketchy. My new dentist measured by pockets and I did not need a deep cleaning.To sum it up, DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CHOOSING A DENTIST BASED ON REDUCED FEES ON A POST CARD. He makes it up in other ways. Very unprofessional office, I felt like was just treated like a paycheck. GO TO AN OFFICE WITH A GOOD REPUATION AND LOTS OF EXPERIENCE.
