Outstanding, started out asking for quote upfront and pet friendly, no hidden surprise bill. I researched carpet cleaning bc my fear of harsh chemicals for myself and my 3 dogs. After a great referral from my friend and neighbor Dolores Kent and reviewing other carpet cleaners, I called Matt to review his solution and price. He was clear and sent me a price via email. No hidden surprise charges. Matt and his team arrived on time, set up and cleaned my filthy Berber hallway rug and stairs. Quite a few foster dogs made their mark in my hallway rug. What a difference with no harsh chemicals. Matt also did my 2 small bedroom rugs. Matt cleans up after himself, he comes prepared with mask and protective booties. Would highly recommend these guys for any carpet cleaning. Aside from my carpets smelling & feeling great - Matt communicated all scheduling, pricing and expectations clearly, they kept a neat workspace and even repaired a small piece of carpet (that was due to an inferior installation). Will definitely use them again in the future~
