Had a water leak and they came to extract it and left a dehumidifier and a fan. They said it would be for 24 hours if longer they would call me. Well after 24 hours I called and got the message services. They said they would get them the message. After 2 more attempts and no return call I called after 48 hours and said I would consider the equipment abandoned, And WOW immediate return call from the owner. He told me the tech never said what he told us, said we were wrong. Said the carpet wasnt dry. I told him I wanted his equipment out of the house and that our landlord agreed that if we wanted it out it is not his call to keep them there. He continued to say I was lying about the floor being dry, said my wife was lying about what the tech said, told me he was not picking up the machines and then hung up on me. Landlord called and got the okay to turn off the machines because the AC could not cool the home over the heat from the machines. They were told to call me when they were coming so someone could be home or at least dressed. When someone came Monday (without calling)THE FLOORS WERE DRY! So even when wrong the owner will call you a liar. They moved them to a different spot and left them going. They were told to call me when they were coming back to get it so we can put up our cats. They showed up yet again unannounced. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. Owner is not a good person, uses your house for storage for their equipment even after told to come get it. Just awful. STAY AWAY!EDIT to respond to owner: The areas where I sad was dry WERE dry as verified by tech that came. They needed to be moved to a different spot where machines were not left. So the area I said was dry and He said was not and again said was not in his response WAS. They even moved it to another spot. Thankfully their stuff is out and will not be welcome in any of my residences going forward.

Do not hire this company. They apparently “cleaned” our apartment (in Branson, MO)but my husband and I ended up having to rent our own vacuum to clean afterwards because they missed so much. I’ll attach pictures of how much pet hair was still on our floors. Very frustrating when we had to pay a cleaning deposit, only for nothing to have been cleaned well.

I have had them clean my house numerous times. I have 3 children who get into everything. I also just bought an older home and had Curtis come out to clean the carpets. I was amazed how good they looked from being neglected and worn by the previous owners. They have been able to always make my carpet look brand new. Each time they come out the have been very professional and friendly. They are very reasonable and I would pay more for the results they deliver. I have used numerous Carpet cleaning companies prior to finding Bee Clean. I have used them 6 years and will continue to use them. I have been using Bee Clean for the past 4 years on our rental properties and our home. They were out to my house today and did such a good job in getting the stains out. Mike the technician did outstanding work. My carpeting is 8 years old and now looks like the day it was installed. I would ask for Mike the next time I need my carpets cleaned again.

I called Bee Clean on the advice of a friend after having a bad experience with the other company I used to clean my carpets. I was very impressed with the way my carpets turned out. The stains are gone and the nap feels softer; not stiff and tacky like they were after having them cleaned before. The carpet was dry on the same day. Last time I had them cleaned it took three days for them to dry. I would surely recommend Bee Clean for fast professional service and a good outcome.

Your vehicles are incredibly loud and annoying. 9 am is one thing but its 11:15 PM right now and one of your vehicles is cleaning in my apartment complex!! (chardonnay)

I just had my carpets cleaned this morning.. And they were pretty bad.. I myself wasnt sure if having them cleaned was really going to help.. A gentleman named Skip came over and was very nice and thorough.. My carpets look brand new.. Im shocked!! I wish I could upload before and after pics.. I wont use any other company!!

Had my carpet cleaned today....also sofa and oversized chair....Justin did a great job.Would recommend this company.

They did a good job cleaning the carpet but after it dried it had been pulled up in a few places. The carpet is a very high quality Stainmaster and is 2 years old. I contacted the company and the employee that cleaned the carpet came back out and verified that it had come up and needed to be restreched. He took pics and sent them to owner and then spoke to him on the phone. Owner refused to fix the carpet and get it restreched, he said I just needed to contact the company that installed it. They came highly recommended by a real estate company in town but I would not recommend them based on poor customer service and satisfaction.

Left unsupervised for a matter of minutes, my two year old painted a pink maze on my white, living room carpet. I called Bee Clean and they were here within minutes and somehow got every last bit of that hot pink paint out of my carpet! If you have a curious toddler you might consider putting Bee Clean on speed dial...

They cleaned our rentals carpet twice and failed to remove previous renters dog and car urine smell, then told our management that theres nothing wrong with the carpet when, when I spoke to both carpet professionals both times and they confirmed that the carpets had concentrated dog (or feet!) and cat urine smell. And our carpets were also left covered with some sort of film, that ends up on our socks and feet leaving them dirty.

We love Bee Clean! They have been cleaning our carpets over the last 3 years. With our daughters horrible spring allergies and our love for pets, Bee Clean is the only ones we trust to keep our carpets looking (and smelling) new. Curtis has always been our go to guy.

Not Clean at all we moved in to apartments and they told us thatd been professionally cleaned we vacuumed after and filled the bag 3 times with dirt and found 5 pins and screws in the carpet who ever cleaned it Im sure just sat there thinking he can just say he cleaned it and everyone will believe him getting paid to do nothing also cleaned it with some disinfectant and a washcloth and it was really dirty just going to clean it myself

It rained and flooded my apartment. Dan helped on a Sunday and removed over 200 gallons of water. Thank you!
