Very satisfied with the carpet cleaning. 20 year old light colored carpeting with numerous stained and discolored patches from pets and attempts to clean up spots and spills ourselves. Len did a great job and carpets look dramatically better. Will definitely use Elite again.

Great experience and service! An entire house with years of overlooked pet issues got a royal treatment. Stains I couldnt remove for years--gone. They reinvigorated the carpets pile and now it shimmers; smells great, too. Very prompt response time. The first online quote request to home visit assessment to completion of project--less than 48 hours! This was for a 2-story house, mind you. I heartily endorse Elite, and Im not easy to please.

Anyone wanting to support a local business and not get overcharged go with Elite! Called them and within 30 minutes the owner came over and gave me a FREE quote. Really nice guy and the price was friendly and very reasonable. We had rain and water damage. The very next day they came and did an excellent job the carpet tiles look like they did when I purchased them. My carpet had that wet mildewy smell. Once they were cleaned and dried the smell went away. The owner even offered to come clean them again if the smell was not gone... great people that care and are personable. I could tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!!!! I will be using them again in the future.

I never did get the job done. I decided to reach out to him again about some white cloth chairs that i was on the brink of throwing out. He gave me a very good price. We agreed on 9 a.m. He showed up at 8:59 ready to go. He and his son came in, did the job. They restored them to...I wont say to new, (again I was going to get rid of them) I will say better than fair, alot better than I thought was possible, for way less than I was about to spend for new chairs. They were very professional. Taking precautions not to cause any damage to anything using corner covers. They came in did a great job and was done with 6 chairs in about an hour.

I paid $300 for 4 rooms in my house less than a month ago by ChemDry, I had to have Elite come out and redo 2 rooms. The water was black they said there was no way that was a month of them cleaning if they had done it right. Elite was very affordable, professional, and did an amazing job. I recommend them over the bigger chains any day. Im so happy with the job they did.

My carpet didn’t just need cleaning. It needed restoration. I honestly thought it was too far gone since we had another company tell us they couldn’t clean it. I was amazed at the results.
