Technician was professional and friendly and answered questions after presenting facts I needed to know. 30 year old carpets look almost new and area rugs look new. Two lazy boys looked great. This is our second time using Absolute Clean. We had a lot of dirt, food and pet stains and they were (once again) able to remove all of them. Absolute Clean (Chris) have been prompt for both scheduled cleanings of our white carpeting and Mike’s office at the shop. For Michael to keep the card and name of a company, they have made an impression, and Absolute Clean has left a great one in his mind and mine.Although never a fan of white, there isn’t any sense in replacing with teenagers and pets! King Oliver, the English Springer Spaniel, uses it as a “napkin” after his meals and treats, leaving oils from his fur around His Couch... Chris was able to remove the oils and restore the carpet to a fresh and clean white again! An old “coffee with cream” stain in my office/yoga room is nearly invisible after it had set in for over a year into the white carpet. I think this guy is a genius at stain removal!Not to fail to mention that beyond his promptness, Chris is genuinely a nice and respectful business person who understood that I was working from home and on/off calls during his appointment time.
