I’ve been coming to this barber for three years and they’re the best in Springfield! They provide a quality haircut, they’re very kind and polite, affordable and they give a bonus neck and head massage. But come early and/or go on weekdays because they get packed fast.

If you show him or her a picture how you want to look alike, they doesn’t cut or trim even 50% to what you have told them. But when you ask why you do this and they are like it looks good. That’s all! Very very disappointed

I go and show the man a photo of what i want and then tell him a little off the top he cuts almost all of the top where i barely have any not very good listeners also very aggressive when getting my haircut would not recommend the male barber but the female ones are great.

Welcoming staff, they do the hair cut right (at least for me) enjoyed an after cut message, however the cut comes at a cost. $19. This really cuts into the stylists tip. If you are military go near fort Belvoir, there are cheaper stylists and when you do tip, it goes to the stylists pocket for a job well done.

All of the barbers Ive had here go above and beyond. Haircuts and shaves typically feature skin moisturizer, multiple hot towels, and a some facial massage. Ive always been very pleased with the results and am thrilled to have a new favorite barber shop!

They do not adhere to mask policy, I was there only to turn around to find them working on a man with no mask on. They could have warned others before putting my health at risk. (Happened on 2/22/21, 1st chair around the corner on right, I was sitting on the last waiting chair, well withing 6 feet of the maskless customer)

Great first visit! I will be back.The gentleman wasnt trying to get me in and out as fast as possible like many barbers I have been to. He took his time and made sure the cut was good.The general feel of the place was relaxed and easy going. They had a fairly steady flow of what appeared to be repeat customers for a Friday morning. This tells me they are doing well to keep people coming back.

Been going here for years. Everyone is good but this time I waited for Lisa - she’s absolutely one of the best. As always, getting a haircut here is a pleasure.Covid edit: Still the same great haircut, just during a pandemic. They did a really good job about masks, maintaining social distance and not overcrowding the salon. They were busy so I waited in my car, and they called me when there was enough room to come in. Since I don’t get out as much now, the experience was even more enjoyable.

I have three young boys, ages 7, 6, and 2, and all three got amazing haircuts from PRO@Barber. This is the first time Ive been truly pleased with their haircuts. The cuts were not shoddy work covered in gel that washes out and looks uneven the next day (this has happened to me way too many times elsewhere); they got excellent, even haircuts that they were proud to show off! We will definitely be repeat customers! I can look forward to my kids haircuts now instead of dreading them.My two year old had to sit on my lap, at the barbers suggestion. She was wonderful with him, very kind and patient. I was very pleased with the ease of this haircut.

Very unique experience! Staff was amazing!!! They are mostly Vietnamese Women who are great Barbers and something Ive never had done before is that they give you a nice head and neck masssag as part of the service, something Ive never experienced. If I was a local they would definitely be my usual spot. Well I definitely plan to visit when Im in town again!!! Loved the experience!

A great place to get a quality haircut. I’ve seen them work magic on all types of hair. I prefer a fade with a little off of the top and they are amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly too. You won’t regret it.

Best barber shop around!!! Always perfect & use a straight razor with warm cream to shave neck (what true barbers do). Then you get a hot towel & a head massage that almost puts you to sleep!!! You leave looking good & feeling relaxed.

Solid haircut at a reasonable price.$17 for men. Wait time is not too long and you get the head massage with every haircut.

Been going here for two years. $12 for haircut and head massage. Ive never once been let down. The ladies who work here are professionals and know what theyre doing. They trim ears, eyebrows, shave the neck with a straight razor, and do a really nice job at fading.

I took my 18 month old son in to get a real haircut. Everyone was so friendly when we walked in EVEN the customers were talking to my son. We put my son in the chair and he started crying and wanted me to hold him. I stuck to my guns..he was getting a haircut!!! So I put him in the chair and was able to kneel in front of him and hold his hands and sing to him!!! The gentleman (sorry I didnt get his name) cut his hair..not only dos he do a fantastic job but he put up with my son crying and squirming. He was quick and my sons hair has never looked better. He took his time but yet he moved quickly as to not make it too torturous for my son. I highly recommend this place and this will be our go to barber for my son!!! (Hopefully next time he is not as upset about it!!!)

This place is great. Everyone is phenomenal. The only issue is that too many people are realizing this and the waits can be long.

Absolute worst. Thanks for chopping off almost all of my hair the day before I have my official portrait taken. A high fade thats a 7 on top is not at all a high fade with a 4 on top like you gave me. Now I look 12, thanks.

Unbelievable experience when compared to what you can get around the area...

Sadly, Ive received poor customer service during my last two visits. Both times, I was assigned to a barber who was about to take a break and, while I waited in their chair for them to return, customers who had arrived after me were then getting haircuts. After having been a regular there, Ill be looking for a new barber shop.
