First time I’ve gone to sportclips and I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and they gave me pretty much the opposite. I’ve never had a haircut I actually disliked until now. I should have said something but I don’t know if the girl was new or anything and I’m just not a mean person.

MVP is very nice experience. Longer wait times sometimes, but other than that fairly easy to access. Basic hairstyles, but they save your haircut information if you want to keep the same style.

I come to this location for all my haircuts and always get the mvp. After getting home from my cut today, my wife took pictures of the back to show me. Normally I dont leave reviews but felt like I need to today. For lack of a better term, my fade was jacked up. I went back and without any hesitation, they fixed me right up. I will make sure to request Amber from now on. She took the time and put in the effort to turn my negative experience into a positive one. She was extremely thorough, helpful and friendly! This is an Awesome hair salon, my husband has had his haircut here a few times now and they are very quick and professional!

Very busy. Had to set an appointment online but went to a local barbershop. Its not so bad. They do a good job but sometimes places get busy so keep that in mind.

I went in to go get My haircut they cut it way too short And was getting upset because I asked her to do it a different way, poor quality all the way around and business was horrible would not ever go again

Amber cut my hair and she was so fun and extremely professional. I had been growing my hair out for 5 years previous, and decided to go short. She really made what could have been an anxious experience a truly enjoyable and relaxing memory for me.

Usually the hair cut quality is good. Ive had a few that werent that great. I like the mvp treatment its $22. Usually this service is good. I like the extra rub down, hot towel, and sweet hair washing. The girls are generally pretty friendly. I like their shampoo and use it at home. Tea tree stuff rocks the house.

I recently moved to the area after visiting my girlfriend, and desperately needed a haircut. Ive used sports Clips before In Mississippi but never had the exceptional experience as I did and continue to have at this location. As appointments are made online by calling Im not able to call as Im deaf, so I walked In and saw Amber, I explained my situation and wrote down what I needed, and I always get the MVP. Amber has done a fantastic job ever since and I dont mind making the hour long drive everytime to experience the very best of the best! Thank you so very kindly Amber, Brit H

I think this place has a bad rap, but I’ve been to several places including Hudson-Hawk, Rogue and etc. but I keep coming back to sport clips!!! Lindsay the manager is awesome she’s VERY informative and gives a FANTASTIC cut, as does the rest of her staff!! Give them a shot! you won’t be disappointed 😁

I asked for a little eyebrow trim after my haircut and my eyebrows were shaved so much that I can see right through them. There are also parts of my eyebrows that got completely and unevenly shaved that look like dots in my eyebrows. Safe to say I will never go back.

I had left a 3 star review because of a 25 minute wait time, and because the stylists seemed to move slowly.WOW! So, Katie the manager cut my hair, and I expressed why I came here instead of a cheaper salon at my company. She took so much time making sure that I was happy. I looked around at the guys leaving and they really had some top notch haircuts. It was worth the long wait. Ill come back for sure.

Got a hair ct today and Wendy was great T kinda get an old school cut and she was great.

Husband and I came in to get his hair cut. The stylist was one of the most inconsiderate people weve ever dealt with. She asked him what products he wanted, then used something entirely different without asking permission. The MVP is suppose to be one of the top of the line services, and my husband absolutely did not get what he wanted or paid for. We have filed a complaint with corporate. Do NOT use Theresa if you choose to come to this location.

My poor partner went here for a haircut, and his stylist left him very crooked. He attempted to tell her and was not listened to, so I took him elsewhere and had it fixed in a professional manner. Worth perhaps, a little more training for your stylists on handling an unhappy customer.

Id been driving several hours and needed a cut before meetings the next morning. Bekah greeted me as I walked in and brought my cave-man vibe back to this century. I highly recommend them for the cut, shampoo, and they offer a short shoulder massage as well. Next time I cross South Central Missouri and need a cut, I will know where to go!

Showed them A picture of the hair I wanted and it looks nothing like the picture, now Ive got to go to school looking the guy from dumb and dumber. Not only that but I had to wait an hour an a half and they nicked my ear.

Kind of expensive for a hair cut for my 8 year old but its better than Super Cuts and they always use good smelling products on his hair.

They were able to cut both mine and my one year old sons hair and did a great job!

I had my sons haircut there. I explained to the stylist how to cut it but when my son came out it was not what I asked for. Turns out the stylist just went off of the haircut he got there 5yrs ago. Unbelievable!!!

First...I apprehensively used the app to check-in and was shocked to find it both surprisingly friendly and convenient. With that I tip my hat to Sports Clips Development Dept. Second... I am particular about my hair in a manner that borders on vain and shallow and always hesitant to allow people whose abilities I question touch the mop atop my head. Yes, hair will re-grow however while it does I may look as though I had been attacked by a gang of four year old armed with those little kindergarten scissors. I have to deal with people and would rather not look as though Id lost a fight with a weedeater toting epileptic. I have found my stylist in Tereasa at a North side Springfield store. Again, while I am particular, Tereasa made suggestions in regards to a matte (is that spelled correctly?) that I normally would have steered clear of which turned out to be for the better. She told me to use the Tea Tree lotion I buy from your store to shave with. Who would have figured that out?!? Thats what I want and need. Someone who knows their job well enough to suggest changes to what -and I hate to admit it - may have been an antiquated style and format. Its entirely low-hanging fruit to tell you that she, and several of the staff, are easy on the eyes, which is always a plus, but the conversation was great as well. Very, knowledgeable in the sports department though I must question her judgement somewhat as I ascertained her to be a Broncos fan...pfft...anyway, in closing....this shop is out of my way. Its on a side of town I never go. Its two hours from my home. But Ill be back in a week. And the week after that. And the week after that. And the week..., well, you get the point.

I left the first time I came due to over a 15 minute wait with one person in front of me. I selected next available. Wasnt pleased with the haircut I got this time. Also I have mentioned 3 or 4 times before that I dont like the prompt to tip $5 or more. I also noticed a large turnover in employees.

They charge like $18.00 just for A basic haircut. Theyll spend maybe a total of five minutes cutting your hair. They constantly try pressure you in to buying their shampoo and thier mvp service that costs like $23.00
