Went to the Springfield one. Place kinda got the job done. The ppl in there are new. One of the master barbers cut my nephews hair charged me $50, the actual skill of him not count title was really only worth $20. Had 2 other barbers cut my 2 stepsons hair same day l, same time. Both charged $35, the one next to the chick, his skill is worth $20 and the other guy in the far back on the right, the one further from the back wall.... He needs to practice or go back to school. He his cuts should either be free or $10

I recently moved back to the northern Virginia area and was in need of a new barber. Mohamed Hadi (Mo) is my go to barber and without question worth my ~45 minute drive which may seem unreasonable to some. He can blend really well and knows how to treat longer hair on top which was difficult for me to find in the past. Definitely give him a visit and see for yourself, you wont regret it!

I walked in, told them I had an appointment at 10:55 for any senior barber. I was Immediately told that my booking “didn’t say that” I had no specific barber. Which it definitely did. I pulled up the booking confirmation, and read it aloud, and no one said a thing other than “we’ll take a look at it”. They never did.I never leave reviews, even for negative experiences but to call a potential customer a liar as soon as they step into the building and then ignore them when they prove that they weren’t lying is just ridiculous.Work on your customer service, no matter how good of a barber you are, at least try to seem like you’re not a rude person.Oh yeah the picture is included for proof.

I’ve been to this place before and worked with different associates but this time I had an facial appointment with (IVAN) and the experience was totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. I came 10 mins before my appointment but still he give my appointment to another customer which I’m not sure why and rudely told me to be “patient”. I still gave him the benefit of doubt and waited “patiently” for more than 40 mins and when I went up to him to ask how much more do I have to wait he said “ don’t be ridiculous (mean muggin)“. Nonetheless, if you value your time then choose another barber.

I had a bad experience with this person named ivan, very arrogant and disrespectful attitude, made me wait for an hour by giving my appointment to someone else. I mean common man you provide services and it gotta be satisfactory.

There appointment system needs to be updated, I was not picky about who cut my hair and so I scheduled an appointment with any barber. They call me a little later saying they have no one and if I could come back another day in the morning. It would not have been a big deal to reschedule but I had military drill the next day and needed that cut to be fresh to meet cut standards and I was relying that they would honor their appointment time. was very dissapointed.I called later to see what exactly happened and no one picked up.

Today was the last straw with barbers not being on time and the lack of customer service. What is the point of a schedule system if they can’t even hold to the times listed? I pay almost $120 every couple of weeks for myself and my sons to get a haircut and it’s a 1 hour wait minimum for an appointment. Nobody shows concern or even offers to make sure the situation is take care of. I won’t be returning ever again.

Made an appointment with Ziggy a week beforehand. it was at 3:30. he messages me an hour before the appointment asking to come at 5. i agreed. he later texts me asking me to come at 5:30 instead. I couldnt make it around then so we agreed upon 6:15. I arrived and was forced to wait 45 additional minutes sitting in the waiting area. it is completely unprofessional to force a client to rearrange their days schedule to align with the barbers. I had to leave because I had waited too long and had other things to tend to. Now I have a wedding to get to tomorrow and I cant be clean cut because of the barbers untimely manner. unacceptable.

Angel gave me one of my best cuts I had in years. Very professional and takes his time with his work.

I guess you pay for the convenience of being able to book last minute “appointments” for a hair cut, but after my third time bringing my son here, I’m fed up with my time not being valued. Don’t offer appointments if you consistently run late with zero communication about how late. The max time I’ve waited for my son to get in the chair on a booked appointment is one hour and twenty minutes. There’s just no excuse for this. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend.

The shop is clean & my barber does a great job cutting my hair. I highly recommend this shop but its by appts only.

Multiple times I have booked appointments to show up on time only to get a text a few minutes before my appointment asking me to come an hour later. They make it so it is appointment only but you still end up spending 4 hours there even when you make one. Today I get a text 30 minutes before my appointment saying my appointment has been cancelled to many no shows on my account. The only “ no shows” I have is when I show up and don’t feel like waiting 2 hours past my appointment time to sit in the chair. Some of the least professional barbers I have ever seen . They do not value anyone’s time but their own.

I got a cut from Gio today. My first time here recommended by a friend. I dont ever write reviews cuz im pretty lazy lol but hands down best cut i got. Gio took his time and made sure i was cool w the cut. This cut is fresh af. Ima be coming back forsure.

We walked in at 5pm thinking they attended walk ins but they told us we had to make an appointment which is understanding so we did, we made one for 6pm, we got there at 6 and the guy who was supposed to cut my boyfriends hair attended someone before him, we waiting a whole HOUR & FIFTEEN minutes and they still weren’t done.. if they didn’t have time all they had to say was they didn’t have any appointments and we would’ve gone else where but the woman made a whole appointment for us at 6pm and literally left without saying anything. Terrible service, and we’re dumb for even waiting more than 20 minutes when an appointment was scheduled. Never going back AGAIN.

The most unprofessional barbershop I’ve ever walked into. I set up an appointment with one of their barber (goes by Ziggy), who in my opinion is amateur at what he does. Worse barber ever. Very unprofessional and doesn’t respect anyone’s time. I wouldn’t waste my time there.

Didnt hate it but Im pretty sure they allow not so experienced barbers practice on actual paying customers. Probably will not go back. Cant knock the hustle of the barbers they gotta make coins also but. For the owner thats bad business. Oh and getting to and from the spot is terrible I almost got into a head on head collision leaving the establishment.

Kay (ClipperBasquiat) is the goat. She let me know she was running late before way before she was even late. Which is extremely rare to find! The vibe of the Wisecuts in Springfield was super chill and everybody was super cool. Music was also good, I recommend an appointment just to make your life and the barbers easier. Be considerate of being a walk in and long wait times because barbers are booked up with appointments just like anywhere else like a doctors office or something. Barbers work really hard for their money so don’t forget to tip them!!!! Insane I even have to say that!

I arrived on time and I was told to wait 5 mins instead it too longer and when I asked if someone else was available I was told to wait because the lady who had my appointment is almost done. I was able to observe her on her phone and taking care of another customer even though it was my turn. I also saw there was another person free to cut my hair but I wasnt allowed to get my haircut by them even after asking if someone else is available and seeing them available. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait for your barber to get off a personal phone call and finish with another client. My first impression and last impression of this place is just horrible, dont go!

This is by far the best haircut experience I have had since living out here in Northern, VA for the past year, it is difficult to find a good barbershop! I stumbled upon the new location before there official grand opening. Jimmy hooked me up, I am officially a Wisecuts customer!

Came to Springfield from VA beach and waited 2hrs and still didnt get a cut. After being told there is only 2 people ahead of me, and they cut hair at a snails pace. Dude man in the back took 45-50 mins to buzz some guys hair.. and it was already short. They shoulda just told me that I needed to make an appointment.

I wise that you guys put that you primarily want to work through appointments. Ive been to Wisecuts several times in the past and never was as disappointed as my visit today 7-18-19. Both my son and I got crooked edge ups. The worst thing was the wait, I was told that barbers would be available when I came and there was a full house so i figured that we would be good however only was was looking for walk-ins (Im assuming she is new). I let her cut my sons hair against my gut instincts telling me to just leave. While she was cutting his hair, I sat there while several other barbers finished and not one seemed to be taking walk-ins. Due to an early interview I needed desperately to get a good cut so against my gut again I let her cut my hair also.... please post on your sit that you would like people to schedule out so nobody is left with a subpar cut. Also, I paid $25 for my sons cut, Ive never paid full price for a kids cut.... He also asked for a line and she completley ignored him....
