I am very unhappy about the service, unprofessionalism, and fee I got charged today. Not only did I tip $4.00 to each stylist. I was charged $1.28 price adjustment and when I called oh sorry you werent told there are a few signs posted. REALLY!!!??? I have been coming here quite awhile and I am not happy. To top it off my daughter barely got a trim, but I was nice and tipped anyways then to be charged a fee with no common sense to tell your customer! Needless to say I wont be there again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’m new to Oregon and had been looking for a stylist to cut and color my hair. After looking at online reviews and tons of pictures, I called One Stop and spoke with them to set an appointment. From the first call to the final “fluff and curl” my experience was fantastic! I wanted a “fantasy color” all over solid purple super short cut. That’s exactly what I got. Sarah was friendly and professional while talking to me about what I was looking for. She looked at the “random web pics” of the rough style I was going for and modified the cut to what I wanted. She talked with me about the products I had previously used on my hair and the possibilities of them affecting the final color of her products before we ever started so that I knew all the risks. I asked about other services they offered and plan to return for some waxing. I’m sending my husband in for a haircut today with Sarah, I was that happy with the service. 😉 I highly recommend you call them if you’re looking for a stylist.

The entire One Stop Hair is awesome! I have to be honest I was very skeptical at first because often people have messed up my hair but not the staff of One Stop Hair. They have always listened to what I want (half the problem most of the time) and done a good job cutting my hair. They are the most affordable salon as well. I have paid half what I have been quoted in other salons for EVERY service I have had at this salon – hair cut for thick long hair, kids cuts, special event hair styling, makeup….I believe there is more…I can’t say enough.I also followed Allison, she is great. I have also now ventured out and used all three main stylists and one other. They have all done a good job.I am not being paid for this review or being given any services in exchange, I seriously have had this experience. If I can find a way to upload pics I will post some of the last salon trip for my daughter and her friend being given the princess treatment before prom. Good service, good attitude, great prices.

I loved the Springfield “One Stop Hair & Beauty Shop” until today. I was a regular and everyone here did an amazing job on my hair and eyebrows until today. Today I got a really horrible hair cut. I just wanted a trim, I wanted to keep the shape and style and I told the stylist that. I have very thinine blonde hair and I have one long layer as it’s too thin to have it layered too much. I’ve never had a bad hair cut from here but this time the stylist chopped my hair every which way. I think she knew she messed up because she didn’t hand me a mirror to view the back of my hair. From the front it looked ok but a little choppy but not too bad at first. I figured I could go home and brush it and style it to look better. However once I got home and looked my hair over it was chopped very unevenly all over. It wasn’t slightly layered it was chopped to high heaven. She also took a lot of weight (hair) off the front of my hair, my already very thin hair so now it looks even thinner and choppy all over. Even my husband whom never notices my hair (as I get it trimmed and cut the same every time) asked me what happened to my hair. He told me there were uneven pieces and chops all over the place and it looks a mess. I had to pay for another hair cut at another salon where they were in shock at what was done to my hair. The new stylist I went to tried her very best to blend all the uneven chops in my hair but she said to fix it completely she would have to take a lot more length off. She made it look a little more blended but she couldn’t do much and said I just have to let it grow out and maybe put some wave in it to blend it more. I was going to have someone else at One Stop Hair to try to fix it for free but my husband was so horrified by the choppy mess that he insisted I go some place else and told me to never go back. It’s the holiday season and I just wanted to freshen up my current style not have all these crazy blunt chops. It’s awful because I loved this place but I never want this to happen again so I won’t be returning. The stylist that messed up my hair has done my brows but not my hair until today. I’m not sure what her name is but everyone else at One Stop has been great with my hair. I don’t know if she just doesn’t know how to work with thin blonde hair or if she had something against me. Worst cut of my life.

Its an all purpose hair salon. They do mens, womens and childrens hair. They are a full service salon. Plus they have tanning beds. So whatever you need they do it. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job. Walk ins are welcome.

Went to get my brows waxed and she made it look like I had a 12 year old do my eyebrows. (she waxed them thick but made them short in the middle so it looks like my brows are a mile apart) Im embarrassed to go out in public and on top of it all the lady told me to lay back kiddo) before waxing my brows....Im twenty years old and dont appreciate being patronized.Ive never been more angry with a beautician in my life.

This was my first time in a salon since my last hair catastrophe with a salon in California 2 years ago. I was so nervous to have another person cut my hair, but Im so glad I went here. The staff made me feel comfortable and they listened to what I wanted. Crystal did such a fabulous job! I had major dead ends and she really put life back into my hair. My experience has been hit and miss getting my hair done here. I always do walk in so I dont usually get the same stylist. Over a month ago I went in and for several inches of length cut off for a long angled bob. That stylist did a great job and gave me the exact style I had asked for. However I realised after a while that it was not the right cut for me, so two weeks later I went in to have the bob modified a bit. I wanted the angle of the bob evened out a bit and some long layers put in so I could get some lift and volume, especially in the front. I got a different stylist this time. I was initially told there would be a wait as one stylist had an appointment due to come in shortly. I was ok with that and settled in to wait. The stylist then got a call letting her know that her appointment was going to be a half an hour late, so she had time to get me in right then after all. I had a couple of clues that I might not like this particular hair cutting experience when she kind of dissed the other stylist that did my original hair cut and bagged on the cut. (As I said, the first haircut was done very well and exactly what I asked for, it simply was not the right cut for me) The other clue was that she didnt even dampen my hair to do the cut. This bothered me from the start because in the past the worst haircut I ever got was done dry, however that was years ago and this was a different stylist so I let Her do her thing. I explained what I wanted and showed her where I wanted the long layers to come up to (just below my lip line) but she cut then to below my jaw line ( I understand being cautious because you can always trim off more) so I asked her to take the layers up higher to where I originally asked. So she started to work on that, and that is about thentime her appointment showed up. Obviously a regular or a friend of hers because this person walked right up to the stylist by my chair and started chatting with her, they talked about why she was late (school conferences) and what she was thinking of doing with her hair that day. All while standing right behind me and looking at herself and the stylist in my mirror... While the stylist was working on.my hair. That was rather uncomfortable and I could tell my appointment was over at that point so when she finished her half assed attempt at lengthening my layers (still didnt get them to where I asked) I said It was fine and paid and left. Well, I tried it for a few days and as I feared, I just have a lot of hair and weight particularly in the front, and my hair kept falling flat. I know the have a seven day policy that allows you to come back if you are not happy with the cut and they will fix it at no charge. So tonight I went back. I saw it was the same stylist who did this cut and I was tempted to not go in, but because of my own work schedule I was at the end of the 7 days. And I wanted to give this stylist the benefit of doubt. Maybe she was rushing because of her friends appointment. This time there was no one else there so I thought she could take her time and be more focused. I explained again that I wanted to have the layers taken up to where the longest layer would start just below my lip line. I pull my hair forward and show her where I want it cut to and demonstrate how I want that too layer to follow my jaw line. It seems like she gets it. Again she doesnt even dampen my hair and starts cutting. However the very first snip she makes is an angled cut for what I can tell is for creating bangs. I sort of jerked my head when she went in to do it a second time but I realise that the damage is already done from that first snip and let her continue. Sure enough she does the upside down U trim in front. Essentially destroying the angled bob and giving me bangs. I asked for layers, not bangs. So I pretty much have a mullet at this point and I am not happy at all. I have co-workers that rave about the one stop hair and beauty in Eugene, and I may try them some time in the future. I Definately will NOT be returning to the one in Springfield.

Their write in schedule sign in sheet is a joke! Spent 40 min waiting only to be skipped by people that had been there for 10 minutes. And instead of calling the names in order on the list it was like she just picked at random. After getting my hair cut here for years and never really having a problem I guess things have changed!!!! Not happy at all. Time to go shopping for a new place....
