Oh my I can’t praise this business enough ! They were very sympathetic to me and my feelings given I had full coverage Insurance and the company I Had Trexis refused the claim ! Broken hearted I felt all was lost ! I knew of barkers frame and decided to give them a call ! They were the absolute best ! Very compassionate to the fact I was having to pay cash out of my pocket to fix my car and did all they could to cut any cost they could if possible ! They loaned me a car to drive while they did the work! Took about two weeks but I was glad that felt as if they were doing a great job and took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome ! Brandon Blake was a true gem ! He went over and above the call of duty to see I was happy ! He knew the car was symbolic on my dads passing and also knew of the raw deal I got from the so called insurance company I had ! And how they refused my claim ! He was terrific and kept me up to date on the car and if they had any questions would call ! I am over the moon ecstatic on the final outcome ! I will be referring family and friends to Barkers frame and collosion for all their car bodywork repairs ! I owe them so much I can’t say thank you enough ! I was rear ended.i wanted to take my new car to the dealerahip,but this place was recommended by my insurance provider .cody,the person i talked to has been keeping me in the loop about the backorder on parts,what was actually wrong with my car and what they will do to fix it.my insurance offered me a rental car,but barkers loans rental cars as well.they still have my car,and am complety satisified with the customerService.would highly recommend them.

Had Barkers work restoring my 1956 Chevy. After about 2 years I got the car back. The horn did not work, dash lights did not work, back up lights were not installed. Cruise control was not installed, rear tag light was missing, wiring was left hanging under the dash and in the trunk. No grommets were installed thru the fire wall and they were there in a box they returned to us. Door windows would not stay up and would fall down while driving. Bolts were missing on both doors. Weather stripping was poorly done around several windows. The list is long. When we reported the issues all they would say was it was all fine when it left their shop. The paint job was nice but that’s about all I could give a recommendation for. Would not recommend them for any body work.

Took my Subaru here after a hit and run crushed the front of my car. Worked with Jason and he was very helpful and professional. Got my car back after about a week and it looked better than before the collision! They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car very well which was a pleasant surprise. Very good work done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Barker’s!

Took my truck in for a repair and dropped it off at 11:00 am. They called me around 4 pm and told me the work was done. Very fair price, amazingly fast service. Very professional and polite. Very satisfied. Its hard to get a 5 star out of me.

My SUV was hit on the front driver side and caused a lot of damage. These folks worked very well with my insurance company to get the SUV towed to the shop and get everything fixed up. Other than the new parts, you cant even tell it had been in an accident. They did great work and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We hit a deer with our car.. They did a pretty good job fixing it.. Only issue drive right side where we hit the deer. The headlight is not lined up with the other headlight..

Had to get an insurance quote in and out quick and without hesitation to offer help

Would not even touch my vehicle or give me a quote because they was not interested. I put new suspension parts and said they couldnt pull on that, I even asked if i put the damaged parts back on and they said No, I would still not be interested being you replaced parts yourself. All I needed was measurements to check if my frame rails where bent / strut towers / upper A arm brackets and they had no interest in helping.

After some lazy individual decided putting the shopping cart in the proper return area was just way too much work, I wound up with a big, depressing dent in my car. We took it to Barkers and you would never know it was there! I cant see it even though I know where to look. Its as good as new. Highly recommended!

My sons car is currently in the shop at Barkers. I have repeatedly talked to Jason and I am so pleased with the customer service I have been extended. I tend to be chatty and full of questions which he has very professionally and patiently answered. A tree jumped out in front of my truck when we had the last ice storm. Bent the right fender, hood, destroyed the grill and right side head light, pushed the front bumper in. Needed lots to repair. I had my truck towed, parts were ordered and had my truck back in seven days. Paint was perfect, body panels fit excellent. They even got the correct grill and bug guard for the Chevy Thunder package! Customer service was excellent. Would recommend highly. Thanks State Farm for Recommending!

Very dissapointed in repairs made by Barkers. I was sent there because State Farm said that it was one of their shops which I thought would make the repair process easier. However, the work took twice as long as it should (1month) and the quality was lacking. Obvious paint defects including small pinholes and rough feeling paint. I took it back and they fixed it but it took them another week to get it right. Not quality work and one of their employees showed me disrespect on so many occasions. I would recommend another shop if you want quality repairs.
