I always go to Sports Clips, but never will go to this one again. I don’t remember her name, but she butchered my hair. She started off bad by being annoyed that I made an appointment for 6:30 when they close at 8:00 (it takes, at most, 30 min to cut my hair). I was the only one there. They clearly did not want to be there, or to be working. She was very rude, didn’t want to do some of the things I asked for my beard (like use a red box, which every other stylist has done), and literally chopped up my hair. I could go on and on because it was that bad. I never write these things but I had to this time. I mean she even charged me for an MVP but never even washed my hair.

This is a perfect place for a men’s cut. Easily the best haircut I have gotten in a while. Shout out to Tiffany & co on their great service and knowledge!

Kudos to Donna for a great haircut. She was nervous about cutting a flat top, but delivered one of the best flat tops Ive had. She was a very pleasant person and took pride in her work. Im glad I switched Clip locations. I highly recommend the Severna Park location. Best in the area!

The ladies here are nice, any of them can cut my sons hair for the most part, and never had a bad experience here. Try and tip with cash though... these poor ladies have to wait weeks to get their tips if you use a card to pay which is ridiculous in my opinion. I thank these ladies because I honestly dont think I could work somewhere that does that and still give good customer service.

Kelly was amazing. She explained everything, answered all of my questions and did an outstanding job cutting my hair and trimming my beard.

Atrocious! Christmas Eve I took both my sons for all of us to get haircuts at 3 o’clock. There were three hairstylists and three of us in the building. My 7 year old decided he did not want a haircut and the one hairstylists literally kicked him out on the curb in the rain. After a few select words to her, she offered to give him a free neck trim so he could stay inside. In the end we walked out with butchered haircuts and payed for three full haircuts. Judging by the ladies attitudes on Christmas Eve the terrible haircuts were intentional.

I went here once before and was very pleased but this time I got the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life Kelly was the stylist she should not be allowed to cut anyones hair worst $30 I have ever spent will not be returning

Great place for kids! Havent had to wait and the hairdressers are so nice to my 2 little boys. Highly recommend.

If you are a guy, this is a great place to have your hair trimmed up. Ive never had a bad haircut here. Staff are knowledge and friendly. Service is very good. Highly recommend

This is not a typical Sport Clips. I have been getting my hair cut at Sport Clips for over 10 years, and this use to be a great place, but since they relocated, all of the good stylists left. I have tried it a number of times and always get a Barber shop haircut, and I feel like I am being pressured to upgrade and buy their products. I dont think I will try again.

Always went to haircutery, and always had to wait, due to people getting their hair colored and other stuff. With this place I can walk in, get a great cut and go. They take their time, and you feel relaxed, you look forward to getting your hair cut. Great team. Give them a try.

They take walk-ins! After literally years of bad haircuts and regrowing the length I finally got a really good cut. It was ~30 for hurt a cut which is more than I usually pay, but it was worth it for sure. Ill be back, and recommending yall.

It was a good hair cut but the gal that cut my hair must have been stoned or something. She took her sweet time and almost looked like she was about to fall over or go to sleep. My only complaint.

Very friendly staff that is efficient and skilled...we take our 3 boys there regularly and never leave disappointed.

They did well, just make sure to either bring a picture or know the hair cut lingo also if you dont wanna wait too long just call in! I tipped $3 but if I was richer Id probably tip $20!

In order to increase revenue you need new customers. I just walked in and nobody signed me in or even greeted me. After 10 minutes 3 guys came in, signed in the computer. Hence, they are now are ahead of me. Still nobody acknowledged me. I left. Terrible.

Horrible place for a kids hair cut. Twice now we have had bad experiences, extremely inaccurate wait time estimates (due to employee breaks or shift change) and pretty bad haircuts
