This was the nicest, most thorough car shop I’ve ever been in. Fixed my car to the absolute best condition they possibly could have, communicated seamlessly with insurance and had amazing customer service. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Biggest con was the distance from DC.

Excellent, absolutely excellent, customer service. Car was done a day early, and perfectly so. They even buffed out extra issue areas and gave me a bottle of touch-up to take home should I have future scratches, etc. 100% satisfied with the work and especially glad their work has a lifetime warranty. Would 100% recommend this place, especially if you have a luxury vehicle that needs careful and detailed attention to detail to make a perfect result (removal of doors and/or chrome settings around windows) and/or metallic finish in the paint.

Had a fencer fender in my Lexus, they did a great job fixing it but when I received my vehicle I notice that one of my tires have grease all over it (my car had less than 5000 miles on it and was in new condition beside the front bumper) also, one of my windshield wipers was not working, I also discovered that there was white water spot in my trunk. Took my car back to Linsey twice and they did fix the problems. It was just annoying to discover something else went wrong with my vehicle while it was in Linsey care. I definitely did not expect to pick up my vehicle with added on problems! It was time consuming and luckily I’m not working at the time so I was able to run back and fort.

Communication was good throughout the process. They had to replace the door of my vehicle and Troy was great. There was apparently a problem with the door they received and Troy called me to let me know there would be a delay. It’s great that they recognized it and ordered another new door rather than putting the one with with the problem on my car and hoping I wouldn’t notice!Not everything always goes perfectly, it’s how the company handles the bumps that come up that tells you a lot about them. I would highly recommend Lindsay!!

My truck was side-swiped on the highway and the entire left side of the truck was damaged. The repairs were extensive and several parts needed to be special ordered. Some parts were backed up on order by Ford. Rachel at Lindsay Collision kept me up to date all the way through the process with personal calls. The work was done with precision and they even detailed the interior of the truck! I was impressed with the professionalism, communication and quality of the repairs. Would definitely take my vehicles there again!

It was a bit of a wait for them to get started, but with the onsite car rental that wasnt a problem. Good communication throughout, quality work, and no problem adding on a few minor extra repairs I needed at a reasonable cost.

I had body work done from a small accident. Lindsay did a great job repairing the damage as they have done on previous work they have done for me.

I did my appointment to fix my car. Car had and still has a problem with transmission due to impact with car. First time I went I explained the problem but person said it wont be related without even checking my car. I am not mechanic but anyways I was expecting just a word that they would check it. Never got a call or email from them with the estimate or info until I got a letter from the insurance stating that they will close the case. When I picked up my car I had a better customer service experience and explanation so thats the reason of the 2 star.

Took my vehicle in for damage repair through GEICO’s express program. Drop off and pickup were quick and easy. Received excellent customer service from my point of contact, Mike, who called me back promptly when I left a message and also proactively kept me informed of progress. But most importantly, the body work repair is perfect - you simply wouldn’t know there was ever any damage. Admittedly I wasn’t paying for the repairs this time, as “the other guy’s” insurance paid, but I would take my vehicle back there again in the future even if I was paying. Great job!

I had to get my car serviced due to it being broken in. I needed to get a window replaced as well as some minor paint jobs. They did a good job replacing the window, however, it took a really long time for a back ordered part to come in and I wasn’t really updated until I called myself to check. The pick up date would state one day until I called and it was pushed back a week. Justin was good in answering my questions and calls and was really helpful. I knocked off a star because there is still glass in the trunk area and my hands have been getting very minuscule pieces of glass stuck in them (I can’t see where they are, except for sharp pangs of pain in my hand when I handle anything in the trunk and subsequently go on about my day feeling quick painful stabs here and there).

Recent storm smashed my windshield and dented my car. Lindsay Collision finished the repairs in 4 days and my car looks like new. Communication via text and phone was excellent.Enterprise has a desk in the reception area so it is very convenient. I’d definitely use them again. Insurance paid for all the repairs so I don’t know if they were a good value or not.

Excellent service. They’re service centers much closer to my house but the service, quality and efficiencies offered at Lindsay Collision in Springfield are amazing. As an aside: the enterprise car rental team are also great.

My late model car was side swiped by a van that was stolen and the driver was cracked. 8 other cars were damaged.Had my car taken here to be repaired and could not have been any happier with my experience.Christopher Endicott was my initial contact and estimator. He was beyond helpful and always kept me up to date on where my vehicle was in the process. Very professional.It has been about a month since I have had my car back (around 10k in damages) and I can confidently say it is running and looking better than when I was side swiped.I hope I am not involved in anymore accidents but if I am this will be my go to spot for all repairs.

Got into an accident and was told very good things about Lindsay. From the start, everyone was super responsive and helpful to my needs. They were clear about the prices along with when the car would be finished. Vytenis was helpful to all my needs and kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. I enjoyed that Enterprise is in the same building so I didn’t need to have someone pick me up/drop me off! Lindsay also gave my car a complimentary deep clean that was much needed and appreciated. I dropped my lexus rx 350 2020 that I just bought for collusion repair. I called and spoke with Angie. She was extremely professional and helpful and got me an appointment today. So far its been great.Update!!!!!After the vehicle completion, I was not satisfied with the body work. They left a buff swirl on the car and compound everywhere. I had to go to a paint correction to get rid of tje biff swirl. This is just terrible. They also did not replace the liner. I am so disappointed and this is why I am giving it a 2 star because of how nice Mr Troy was.

The professionalism and communication was above and beyond what I expected. I NEVER questioned the status of my car as I was ALWAYS updated. Being updated daily was a huge relief. They even vacuumed by car before pick up, for a mom of 5 I know what a chore that was!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Pathetic service. My friend drove from NYC to get his car fixed. After a day of dropping it off, they declined to work on it just because he had a my doors temporarily fixed. The agent and the supervisor were both not understanding and kept pushing on their point without being reasonable and providing him any cushion. I recommended this place but will NOT be using their service anymore. If you are reading this Id appreciate that you dont give them any business so they can come to a realization that every customer matters.Secondly, the process for him to get a rental was also very painful. First they denied him a rental and than eventually arranged for a rental after a long wait. All in all they were not worth out time & I urge you all to please visit some where else for a better experience. Thanks in advance!

I rented a car from an Enterprise Rental Car at the Lindsay Collision Center Springfield for a week and was pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness of the car. Since our cars at home are older, whenever I travel out of town, I like renting cars for safety. This company, so far, had the cleanest car! Also the whole place is very neat and they even had Starbucks self service coffee machine. Nice!!
