Lincoln Square Apartments is a great place to live. I had an apartment here for several years and the staff are always responsive if you need anything. They maintain the apartments, buildings and grounds extremely well, and the location is convenient being close to downtown restaurants, landmarks, the hospitals, and the government buildings.The courtyard is enjoyable to relax and lounge at with the pool and patio furniture. They have multiple grills that always have gas in them so you can grill out. My neighbors were always pleasant and never had any issues. There are also cameras in the courtyard, which was a plus for safety.It’s nice having your own in-unit laundry. When it comesto getting packages delivered it’s also super helpful that the office staff accept delivery of packages and then leaves them inside your apartment. They are thoughtful around Christmas and give tenants a holiday card with gift certificates to use at local places.I parked my car on the street for years and it worked perfect for me. There are certain blocks around Lincoln Square where they have an agreement with the city that you can leave your car on the street until 9am without getting ticketed. The meters end at 5pm so after work I would just park on the street.Check it out if you’re in a market for an apartment in Springfield.

Friendly management and Immediate assistance with any issues. Clean apartments. Stayed here for an year. No issues. Returned the deposit with in a week after vacating.Only downside no onsite parking, but you can park on street side after work hours for free. And there are near by paid parking garages.

This is one awesome place to stay in Springfield. Great location at right price. Friendly property manager, safe and secure community. Well maintained property. I feel at home staying here.

By far one of the best places I have lived. Professional, courteous, and available. Maintence requests were addressed quickly and security deposit returned without issue. If it was not for work relocating me I would still be a happy tenant.

Ive lived here for 9 months and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The maintenance people are always on top of things and they respond to any and all requests immediately. The apartment Im in is not part of the main quad (its on 6th street) and if there is one drawback, I will say that some of the interior appointments and fixtures are somewhat dated and could stand to use some upgrades/refinishing, so that is the only reason Im not giving a 5 star review.

Lived here for less than a year. My neighbor plays loud music very late at night at least once a month. Complained to management multiple times. Nothing has been done. DONT LIVE HERE!

A beautiful and centrally located place to live. Not like many other apartment complexes in town, easy to make friends with the neighbors. Close to all the downtown events, bars, and festivals.
