This place is amazing!! One of the best management staff I have ever worked with!! Would recommend this for anyone looking for their next home. Very safe and friendly. Love this apartment complex! The units are clean, quiet and up-to-date. Caitlin and her team are exceptional - friendly and very helpful. Like that they have free wrapping services.

This apartment complex is in a great location, has incredible storage, and is nice inside.The apartment we moved into was in rough condition during our move-in day, however. We had no screen door, were missing half a window screen, had to run drayno through the shower drains 3-5 times not to stand in puddles in the showers. There was melted, hot pink candle wax in some of the carpet and the floor was just dirty.Happy here, but it was a bummer to have to clean an apartment while moving out, and then immediately have to clean and fix up another apartment into which we were moving.

I drive for doordash, and delivery here is a nightmare!!! Whoever lettered/numbered the apartment had no brains what so ever!!!! How you post 1!!!! Letter in the middle of the building and thats it!!! And then on top of that grow a damn tree right in front of apartment K!!! Again no brains!!! Whoevers bright idea to letter these apartments needs fired!

My family lived here for 3 years and it is hands down, the best place weve lived in Springfield. The complex is clean and safe. Staff is amazing and worked hard to come up with events each month to make this feel like a true community! Would live here again, in a heartbeat!

My husband and I have lived here for half a year now, and plan on staying another. These apartments are wonderful and I have loved every second of living here, it really feels like home! The office staff are awesome and the maintenance guy is super sweet. I really do love where i live!

Weaver Creek is a great place to live. We have lived here for nearly 3 years. There are so many amenities, like the gym and pool, and events are happening each month in the clubhouse for residents. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is always there to help in a timely manner. The apartments are a great floorplan and fit all of our needs. The grounds are also very nice and it is a luxury to call Weaver Creek home.

I have been at Weaver Creek for about 8 months and it has met all my expectations. The staff are friendly and willing to help any way they can. The complex is located on a hill in a quiet area and offers a view. Weaver Creek offers more bang for your buck than many other apartments in the Springfield area. The pool lights up at night and offers a neat view. I recommend living at Weaver Creek!

My boyfriend and I have only lived here for a few months and we have never been treated so great! Super clean apartments, great location and even better staff. Couldnt even imagine living in a different community. Absolutely perfect!

Ive lived at Weaver Creek for 7 years and love it! Best apartment Ive ever lived at. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Ive rarely needed maintenance, but when I do they fix it right away. They have a nice gym, beautiful pool, and an office if you need to do business. And the location is great! Glad I found this place when I was looking.

Weaver Creek is a really great place to live! We have lived here for about a year and a half, and feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. The neighbors are nice, the amenities are just right, and every time we have any issues at all (which isnt much), the office and maintenance staff are quick and happy to respond. The complex is in a really ideal location - close to everything that you need in Springfield, and is kept clean and nice. We found this apartment complex online, and had no idea what it was like until the day we moved in. It has been perfect for us, and were so thankful that we found it.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it! Weaver Creek has everything you can think of and more!! A HUGE gym, tanning bed, gorgeous pool, a hot tub, movie rentals, resident parties, a game room, and there’s always snacks and coffee in the office! All of this is free!!! Living on the third floor is a plus because my apartment has gorgeous vaulted ceilings. The interior and exterior of the apartment is very modern and sleek. The staff, maintenance, and neighbors I’ve met are super friendly. I have zero complains about this apartment complex, staff, amenities, etc.

Weaver creek was my wife and Is home for 3.5 years. We enjoyed living there very much. It was hard to leave. the pool was always gorgeous during the summer, the 24hr gym was always great for an early morning or late night workout, and the parties they would throw in the office were always fun. We always felt safe and secure inside the complex and never once had a problem with crime. My small list of cons would be that the walls are very thin. On more than one occasions we heard neighbors having relations which was always awkward. The only other thing would be the deposit and what it is used for, we had a cat. we paid a deposit for the apartment, a pet deposit so the cat could live with us and then monthly rent for said cat. She tore up a part of the carpet because she still had her claws, and they made us pay for the replacement, this didnt seem fair to me. Now granted I am not an expert in rental agreements and the laws but in my understanding the deposit should go towards that. Even still, our living experience in Weaver Creek was enjoyable and memorable. This is a great community to live in and with.

We moved here 3 years ago after downsizing from a house. We were going to look to buy a house but after living here a year we changed our mind. We love the pool, the clubhouse. The people at the office are wonderful. We love the parties held almost every other month. Our neighbors have become our friends. So we are staying and making our home here.

Very quiet, clean, and friendly people. Great balcony with lots of storage. Love the separate laundry room spaces.

We have been at Weaver Creek for the past 2 years & have another year on our lease. We have lived in numerous apartment complexes around the Springfield area & this is by far the best. The buildings are built well, our electric is usually under $100. If we have a maintenance issue, it is usually resolved within 24 hours. My kids love the swimming pool during the summer. We have gotten to know some of our neighbors & feel like it is a community here. They do some type of event for all the tenants about every other month & more often in the summer.We have construction going on right behind our building & anytime we have had issues with the noise or trash from the site, the manager takes care of it & it is usually resolved quickly.It is a great family oriented community & I would HIGHLY recommend this complex.

I had such a great experience living here! The gals are so nice, address problems quickly and were very easy to work with! I got married and bought a house, needing to break my lease. They advertised and re-rented it for me, and had cleaners come in so I didn’t have to stress so much about that! So incredibly thankful for my renting experience here. Gorgeous property, wonderful amenities, highly recommend to anyone!

Living at Weaver Creek for the better part of 2 years was a pleasure. The complex is quiet and there is a nice pool and a new playground. Most utilities (other than electricity) were included in rent, such as both cable and high-speed internet.Christie and the rest of the management team were friendly and responsive, and the once or twice I had an urgent maintenance need it was taken care of quickly. I left for family and job reasons, but would strongly consider moving back to Weaver Creek if I end up working in Springfield again.

My daughter and I surely love where we live! Weaver Creek is wonderful and living here has been a great experience.

We have lived at Weaver Creek for almost a year now and are very satisfied with our decision to move in. We live on the third floor, so noise is not much of an issue. The apartments are well maintained and like new. The management is always responsive to our requests and follows up almost immediately. We recently locked ourselves out on a Friday after hours and were taken care of within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this apartment community!

Love where I live I have lived here for 2 years and my family and I love it. Everything is well kept clea and staff is super friendly. Maintenance is on call and if anything is broken it is repaired ASAP. I plan on living here for many years to come.

The office staff is wonderful to work with and they take pride in knowing all residents by name and handling any issues that arise. I have lived at this community for almost 6 years and it is by far the best place in town! We moved from a house from out of the area and it was very pleasant experience. The community has some amazing features but our favorite is the pool. Trying to get my parents to move here from Chicago to be my neighbor :-)

I have lived at Weaver for a year now, and will be renewing my lease in January. I love my apartment! The awesome paint colors go great with all my furniture and is definitely an upgrade from my last apartment with all white walls. The staff is very friendly, they even sent me a birthday card on my bday. I use the free tanning and the gym the most. I never have a problem getting right in or working out. I dropped $40 a month expenses just by using Weavers gym. The pool is awesome as well, I used the grill several times this summer. Overall, I would recommend Weaver Creek to all my friends and family. Great place to live!

I have lived in Weaver Creek for over 3years+all i need to say is look at my tan! I GOT IT FREE HERE!, LOOK AT MY FIGURE!! GOT IT ALSO HERE WORKING OUT! +THE POOL,HOT TUB,CLUBHOUSE ARE FANTASTIC! .If u have a problem with anything it is truly dealt with a quickness! Wow i could go on + on but i gotta go tan+then work out+on way back to my apt i got stop by the club house+get a movie,All FREE!!! And the ladies Caitlin+Brandi in the office are Sweet!!!

Not very hospitable towards guests. Honestly considered renting from here but with the way guests are treated I will definitely not be doing business with weaver.

Lived here for about a year and its been nice. However, just had new neighbor move in above us, and its terrible now. Loud radio at night and extremely heavy walkers. Unfortunately, will be moving out when lease is up.

The apartments are great, however I would look elsewhere. Where do I start? Oh, yes:1:The apartments are overpriced, 2:the management stinks at doing their job and they do not care about you at all, 3:the maintenance is horrible about getting to anything you need fixed (its like they hired a 3rd grader and Ive met 3rd graders who can fix things better than they can and if the maintenance cannot fix it, they hire the worst service people ever to try to fix it. Ive had the same problem looked at about 10 times and it still is not fixed) 4: the gym facility is horribly unsafe for use, 5: they barely screen their tenants (some serious fights have gone down in the parking lot while putting cars and people in danger), 6: the dog pots are never changed on a regular cycle and are always full and smell horrendous, the bags are always out so if you do have a dog be sure to get your own bags, 7: the pool is supposed to be heated, well Ive never been in it once that it was heated and the hot tub is not hot at all, 8: the clubhouse is chalked full of equipment and furniture that looks like it was used and wore down for the last 20 years before it went into the clubhouse.Im just waiting my lease out until I move. Overall, the experience here has been one big hassle after another. I would not suggest anyone live here.

The management at this place is awful, they refuse to do anything about the noise complaints that we have called in. They are very choosy with who they report complaints to. The parking is horrible, if you get home anytime after 6PM you will have to park on the street. DO NOT LIVE HERE
