I believe that the town houses should be more updated like for instance the water heater not in the closet of the bedrooms in the garage would be better and the certain things that brake should be fixed by Maintenance themselves not by others and therefore the renters should not be charged for the things they fix or replace. Bigger shared trash cans without no charge and finced in back yards/ front yards also. Everything should be updated on these places and correctly maintained right. The front doors need replaced and the carpets need cleaned and replaced and there should be crews that come in to repaint your house and I believe cleaners assigned for the renters place with payment from the management and rent should go drop down alot instead of $1365 or $1395 a month it should be less then that for a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom.

The staff is lovely, the grounds are well kept. Yes there are lots of children around but it isnt horrible. All in all an amzing experiance.

Don’t bother calling management. They won’t respond to your maintenance request. Just call the emergency line and talk with the actual handy-man.

This is an awesome property with very professional and helpful Staff.I cant speak for the previous management, But Charity and Bobby with Avenue5 Residential are the best and take great care of their residents and vendors alike. Would recommend to anyone!

Shared backyard you cant use because overridden with snot nosed children. you have no sense of even the cement slab being your because you can have anything on it, and if you do you get complaints that you need to remove it or be fined. people with dogs cannot exist in the pet friendly place without being fined, there washer and dryer are they provide dont even fit a normal sized washer and dryer. the list goes on and on. if you like paying a extorted amount of rent to live somewhere you get fined for living. i recommend. if you dont like living in a place where the property management looks through your windows are sits and watches you to see you mess up so they can charge you even more.. then i highly highly recommend you try to find another place to live!

Good neighborhood i dont see any criminal mischief within the townhouse community. Property well maintained. And great assistance from property managers. Clean safe environment for my children and lovely neighbors

Weve lived here for going on 5 years. In 2 seperate units. First apartment style place we have lived in but is actually nicer than i wouldve ever thought. Any problems that go down and bobby is over here fixing it immidetly, and the manager helps us with whatever questions we have. The owners before were not meant to own townhomes like this.

Wow, the management team has been busy improving the atmosphere here. They even had an egg hunt for the kids that was great!

Horrible place. My master bedroom Is bigger then my living room. Getting maintenance to fix anything is s joke. The kids are allowed to run wild and free, no supervision. If you say anything, nothing happens.

Charging people for unattended lets when everyone is clearly outside is one thing, threatening more trouble for standing up for themselves? Thats harassment. Zero stars

Its lord of the flys out here. Dirty faced kids knocking on your door daily for empty cans. Punching each other in the face randomly. Litter all over. Every night some couple is fighting about something. This place screams yep, you live in Springfield
