We have been living here for years and after all the terrible experiences Ive had in other apartments around Springfield, MO, this place was a breath of fresh air.Its a quiet part of town, and the neighbors, at least in my building, all know each other and look out for each other.The management likes to keep a crime free, quiet atmosphere and that is very much appreciated by myself and my family .

The grounds and the buildings are very well maintained. That may seem like a small thing, but you have no idea how much people appreciate it. Thanks for going the extra mile.

This is my 4th year living here! I love my apartment! Marie is awesome & I know all my neighbors on my floor! This is the friendliest place I have ever lived!!

I’ve lived in several rentals over the years but The Pavilion apartments are hands down the best! Marie the manager is great! She knows and cares about the residents. She is very helpful through the whole application process. In the past when I’ve moved into a rental I always clean it before I move in even though it’s supposed to have been cleaned. Here when I went to clean before moving my apartment actually WAS clean! Oven, refrigerator, floors all spotless! It’s very quiet also which is a bonus. I’m very happy I found The Pavilions!

Lived there for just under a year, was sad to leave. Great place to live, everyone is friendly and helpful. Hands down the cleanest best place to rent. Marie the manager is awesome and does a fabulous job.

Ive lived at The Pavilion for almost a year now and just signed another year long lease. Ive enjoyed my stay here! This is the first apartment Ive lived in without roommates and I think Id be hard-pressed to find another one bedroom apartment like this. Its a very spacious apartment and definitely worth the price compared to so many other one bedrooms around town. Its pretty easy to heat and cool, so my utility bills are always reasonable. The neighbors are polite and quiet; Ive never had an issue with the other tenants. Great location as well! The manager, Marie, is so wonderful! Shes kind and genuinely cares that Im happy in my place. Shes just a sweetheart.Ive only had a few complaints about this place. The biggest issue I had was that the person living below me is a smoker. I didnt ask about smokers when touring because I didnt think that was even legal inside apartments! This is why I cant give 5 full stars. It would have been nice to be made aware of that fact, but it was just my luck. After the first few weeks of living here, I noticed my apartment smelled stale and old like it had been closed up for a long time sometimes, and other times it just smelled like straight cigarette smoke, which for a nonsmoker is not enjoyable at all. Like I said before though, Marie was so helpful! I came to her with this issue and she worked on it with the maintenance team until it was resolved. Sometimes, my apartment will still have a stale type smell, but it no longer smells like smoke!!!The only other complaint I have is that parking can be annoying depending on which unit you live in because of how the parking lots are split up. Its not the worst, but I definitely wish there could be more accessible parking for all the buildings.Overall, I love living at The Pavilion!

These are great, clean apartments. They are spacious with lots of parking. The courtyard is lovely and creates a cute atmosphere.

Great place to live...county feel, close to everything; walking trails for dogs; shady park area with gazebo, picnic table and grills. Marie (property mgr) is friendly and cares about her tenants. I knew I wanted to move here after meeting her. Small property which I love because its quite and safe.

Loved living here! Great place to raise my children, very friendly neighborhood ! Marie the property manager is amazing she is just a delight and even though we dont live there we still go and visit her so she can see how the kids grow . Family definitely comes first at the pavillion!

Great apartments with fast and hastle free move in process. Pet friendly and has disposal bags on property making it easy to clean up after your dog without needing to provide your own.

The landscaping is so beautiful, and they keep the grounds looking great! I love that it is so quiet too! This is just the perfect little community!

Moved in here recently and it is a great quiet community very friendly and the lady that manages the property, Marie is the most friendly and helping person Iv ever meet.

My wife and I lived here for a year and loved it! Marie, the property manager, is an absolute delight to work with and is always very prompt in her replies when wr needed to get a hold of her. All maintinance requests were fulfilled within 24 hours which was a big help! The apartments themselves are very nice and the landscaping provides a beautiful view. Had we not moves out of town for work, we would have stayes longer. Couldnt say enugh good things about this place.

Even though there have beena few different managers within the last couple of years, I believe they have hit gold! Marie is a wonderful person to work with, she loves her residents, the community and is there to help. The apartments are kepts up, its a quiet community, and the beigbors are wonderful. If youre looking for a nice, quiet, and even spacious place to rent from, then this is the place for you! She works with you on anything you need. I recommend this community over any other in Springfield!
