- Towed my car from the parking lot while I was tenant and the office claimed there was nothing they could do- Maintenance man directly questioned ME about the fact that the building reeks of marijuana despite the fact that I could smell weed when I moved in. Not to mention the unemployed musician next door with the long hair.- Have a ridiculous policy of needing 2-3 MONTHS of notice before you move, lest you forfeit the deposit.The apartment itself is huge, and is in an unbeatable location. They do not do any upkeep, however. Extremely poor wiring and wood floors that have been destroyed by previous tenants.

Never lived here but they had me towed while I was parked there for like an hour visiting a friend and it cost me upwards of 300 bucks. So don’t have your friends or family over, like ever. lol.

Living here is alright. The studio apartment its self is super cute, unique, and functional (with very high ceilings), but thats not the only important aspect. The parking is usually okay, only sometimes late at night and right after people get home from work will you be forced to find a different spot. The noise in this place sucks. I can hear my lonely 40 year old neighbor [Ive never seen him, just can hear him loudly complain often] making sick rap songs in his free time, I have heard every argument he has ever had while I was home and I swore I heard my downstairs neighbor open a zipper. oddly enough to the other side of my apartment is a family with children and I would never have guessed that apartment had anyone living in it had I not seen people entering the place. Also occasional barking happens and there is a particularly loud cat. I have received maintenance notifications saying they will be in my apartment in x amount of days to bug proof or change the filter or whatever but I have yet to actually have a maintenance person show up for any of the routine things they say they will do. I wish they actually would show up because I feel bad for closing my pets up in the bathroom for nothing. A small construction Issues is: the paint job is lazy and even one whole outlet is still outlined in the ugly yellow because the painters took off the tape around it and never painted the wall spots that had been covered. The apartment has huge wood beams that I love and I think give the place its unique feel to it. Over all the issues are small and I would rent from them again. The staff is helpful and if they miss my call they reach out. Luckily Ive only had to call a couple of times.

I love the location of historical downtown! These apartments are so classy, and the tall ceilings are great. It seems so spacious!

Lived here for a couple months. All I can say is that the building constantly reaks of pot, your car constantly gets broken into and most of the neighbors are extremely rude. The walls and ceilings are so paper thin I doubt the owner even had insulation put in. You can literally hear every casual conversation your neighbors are having. Place kinda sucks for the price.
