I lived here back in 2015 and before I was able to finally get out of there,I have 8 pots and pans in the floor whole water poured out of my ceilings black mold was growing all of the walls, and I begged her for four months to help me and she never did. I left one month early because of this and they have been chasing my for $1700 for 6 years. They want your money dont care if you breath blackold for months and if water is pouring through your ceiling.

This place has gone down hill and just keeps going. Went to visit an old friend and their floors and ceiling are terrible. Garbage all over outside and tweakers just hanging around. Not a safe or clean space.

I’ve lived in the townhouses over a year now and it’s been great!Casey the property manager is the best!! He’s always extremely friendly and gets problems taken care of!! The new painted balconies and Gazebo look great! Would definitely recommend!

Im actually renting at Old Tuscan. The property manager, Casey, is nothing less than awesome. If you are nice and willing to work with him, he will work with you.Not only that hes one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! Thank you Casey.

Lived here over a year now, not really any complaints! The grounds stayed clean and the management is amazing.

A new manager has taken over in the office recently from what I understood when I moved in almost a year ago. Yes they have been having problems but this manager has been doing some good things cleaning the place up, getting lots of repairs made to the building and apartments themselves. Shes also been getting rid of a lot of riff raff that she found living in here. Its a process that takes time. But I can say shes made some great improvements just in the time I have been here. Great work Dee!

The building itself is infested with bedbugs and gnats. Was told there had never been a bug problem, but at least 3 units that we know of were infested with them.The units are very old, carpets are gross and stained, ancient appliances, and VERY delicate walls... a neighbor told me today that their ceiling is covered with leaky black mold..the entire complex needs either a remodel or a bulldozer.

Worst place I have ever lived. The ceiling leaks and has mold and mildew in them. They dont ever want to fix it. They think that just putting a band-aid on it will fix the problem. WELL NEWS FLASH. You cant just patch it. The roof and ceilings needs to be replaced. When you complain about it they serve eviction when you dont pay the rent when your ceiling is falling in. Building Inspectors has been out here. The day you go to court is when they come and try to fix it. But instead of fixing the problem they just put plastic up on the ceiling. WOW THATS FIXING IT.

So glad to be out of this place. A few years ago, I had to move in a hurry due to a death in the family so I chose this place. My plan was to stay here while I looked for another property. It was in the top 5 of the worst places Ive ever lived. Run down, countless managers, and the property company that owns it was about as organized as a herd of cats. The police were there constantly and I even had to file a restraining order against a violent neighbor. I literally thank God every time I drive by the place that I dont live here anymore.

PEPPER TREE! Umm, no, the trees have absolutely no peppers on them. Very upsetting. I demand reimbursement for the all the pepper Ive had to obtain while living here. Cmon Pep pep, refund me for the pep!!

I have had a whole in my curling for almost 3 months I cannot use my dishwasher sink or any toilets in the apartment. The stove doesnt work either. Nothing ever gets done here in a timely manner and there is trash everywhere it is disgusting. This is all over complex and Casey wont get the stuff done!!!!!!!

My brother pushed me in the pool in November and the water was cold. His friends gave me $7 of the $20 for the dare. Well worth the plunge.

I currently rent a town house at pepper tree and anytime I had an issue like dripping faucet it was fixed in a timely manor. I have had a few issues with the internet, but I contacted medicom because it is there job to fix any problems not the management in which was stated verbally and in the lease. They provide doggy bags for any mess your dog makes as long as you know how to clean up after your dog and be curtious to other tenets in doing so. The only thing I think could improve is the grass being cut shorter, but other then that I love it here.

My family lived here for a year and a half, but we lived somewhere else for the past three years. When we decided to move again, Peppertree was the first place we looked. We just moved in again!

Worst place I have ever lived! The management sucks in every way possible. They never get anything done and the outside is always disgusting. Constant bug problems. The pool area was never clean. They let the pool water set forever before finally covering it.

This place is terrible to rent from. Our balcony has rotten boards which weve contacted management SEVERAL times and nothing has been done. Our air has been for 3 days and mind you its August. The parking lot is disgusting and the neighbors are loud. The pool never gets cleaned out and the laundry mat washer and dryers dont actually work. I would save the min eery and find somewhere else to rent from.

We have been here for almost a month and have not experienced the majority of the issues mentioned in the other two reviews. We do have an upstairs neighbor who is an early riser, but they dont make any more noise than you would expect from normal walking around. We have had a few problems with things like the toilet getting stopped up or something breaking, but they have always dealt with them in a timely manner and the maintenance guys have always been friendly and professional. The internet provided here at the apartments does get slow during high-access times, but we were told that it would when we first looked at the apartments. The apartment manager told us that, if we wanted to have reliable, high-speed internet, we would have to contact Mediacom (their internet and cable provider) and get our own service, which we did for under $20 per month.It is an older building and has some of the problems that you would expect for an older building, but our experience so far has been wonderful.

Very crappy experience. it took them 4 days after I moved on to get the heat fixed. the internet sucked, I had to go outside on my patio area to get the internet, I had to wait a week for my cable to work. I will never rent from this company again.
