I found Torrez Services through Google reviews and I can vouch that they provide 5-star service! I called on a Friday and spoke with Marcelo and his team had availability to come out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent the following Monday, which was great with such a short notice. Marcelo and his partner were very polite and professional and finished the job within the estimated time window (total of 5 hrs). Marcelo also informed me of a few things I wasn’t aware of about my vents and filter system. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated the attention to detail and great communication!

Torrez Services responded the same day for duct cleaning. They cleaned my HVAC ducts, all the registers, and the return air grill. Highly recommend! They went above and beyond with the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The cost is lower than other places, but the quality of work is definitely not less. They individually cleaned all the supply vents in the house, and even repaired the dryer vent line that was damaged before. They explained everything they came across along the way and didn’t rush. I realized that the place on Groupon I used years ago for $99 didn’t even do 1/3 the job these guys did. Very happy and will be using Torrez Services, Inc. again in the future.

I hired Torrez Services for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning after seeing the neighbors reviews on NextDoor. I have three air conditioning units and two dryers. When I was told that the work would last 9 hours, I didn’t believe it. Oh boy, they used every single minute of it without any down time. They were very courteous. They showed me a couple of vents where the internal piping had some connection issues. They brought in their own tools and repaired them for me.They used blankets to protect the wood floors as the heavy equipment was used to clean the ducts throughout the house. After the work was complete, they vacuumed all the dust.I had contacted several air duct cleaning companies in the area including the ones in Maryland and Torrez had the most reasonable cost compared to the competitors and the reviews were pretty good. I made sure I read all the reviews just in case there were any fake reviews (which happened to me before when I was not as careful as now and had only focused on the number of positive reviews).I would recommend Torrez Services to anyone who is preparing for the spring cleaning!

I saw a positive review for Torrez Services on NextDoor, so I booked them for a whole-house HVAC duct cleaning. They worked for several hours, every vent, and removed a great deal of dirt and dust from my HVAC system. Overall I thought they did a great job, right equipment, and a very fair price.

They did a great job. I would recommend them to Anyone that needs to clean their vents. Overall, I am very satisfied.
